Spacious, clean, and well equipped room (with fridge, kettle, safe, complementary water bottles), very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Excellent food and drinks at Jones!

Very loud music at the rooftop bar on Friday and Saturday nights - can still be heard 2 floors below well after midnight. Strong sewage smell in the bathroom.

The room was really beautiful and comfortable. All the equipment and electronics were modern and useful for a night's stay. Also the staff were really friendly and helpful. I by mistakenly left my laptop bag at the entrance while checking in and they had it safely kept with security until I realised and went to get it back.

I would suggest there to be a proper hoarding towards their hotel as one can easily get confused and go to the parking straight away. Which will confuse you further as the entrances in the parking don't work and lifts and blogs around the hotel are all under construction. So it gets very confusing and took me and some other guests of the hotel 30mins to get to the hotel

The staff is their asset .. the entire staff from check in until check out including the valet guys , the reception desk , house keeping everyone they are your true asset .. Each one looked happy to be there n we did not have a feeling where they’re just working Cus they have to but Cus they’re loving it .. love the hotel interior . Quality of each item provided was really good .. location is good as it has a mall just 4-5 mins away. Lots of food joints and a lovely walk with lovely restaurants at the back side of the hotel .. absolutely kids friendly property

Water in the basin was clogging and the pressure in the shower was very less and water was not very hot .. But I could outlook these things as I really loved the property ..

Design of the hotel was cute and different which my son liked it a lot … reasonable price… good location…

Pillows were very soft and uncomfortable… In the breakfast, the jars that kept dried fruit, nuts ,chocolate, honey, etc. were very dirty and it was clear that those glasses had not been washed for a long time. The sliced cake in the breakfast was very old and the color of cream was changed… At the poolside didn’t serve any complimentary water …

- Extremely nice and helpful stuff: (a) Shonay, the receptionist, professionally managed checking in and out processes taking into account my work-related needs; (b) Jouda, the supervisor, was always there to address my questions, she gave the best recommendations on restaurants and how to navigate/move around the city, on the top of that, she manually developed an invoice for me as there were inconsistencies in the system; (c) the bartender on the rooftop bar was nice and welcoming. - green policy - urban design - breakfast buffet - cleanness - service

Lovely and beauty place with friendly staff , The roof top gives a nice view and you get to fine dine enjoying good music and food. Special mention to the team that designed our honeymoon suite what you did guys was way beyond our expectations you outdid yourself. Julius and James 006 we appreciated your customer service. I recommend Radisson Red Dubai Silicon Oasis even on my death bed I would still choose you.

The suite we got was very spacious and good for family stay, the operational staff (Cleaning Mr Taris and Breakfast Mr Vamshi took great care of us.)

based on my profile I was recommended to stay for a longer period which I did, being a radisson member I was offered an additional night at discounted rate which I accepted but during our stay we were suddenly told it’s not possible and rooms are booked, we asked for any other room as we had made plans accordingly but no use. Ivan at front desk was helpful, but the management wasn’t as helpful as I hoped. breakfast was good but choices were limited.

I love how they handle my request upon arrival. They prepared a wonderful birthday setup for my partner and my cat. They gave us a room with a good view as well. The red roof ambiance is amazing!

I had some issue with my membership number which didn’t allow us to maximize the benefits and discounts. I asked for 6 bottles of water they only gave 2 bottles which is quite disappointing as the 2 nights we had we were on DND and didn’t ask for housekeeping service atleast they can just provide us with our simple request. It can still be improved.
