it was very clean, very comfortable. I met Samuel at the reception and he amended our booked rooms as we asked for connected rooms. He helped us with the luggage, we appreciate what he has done. He went beyond the expectations.

one disappointing point that there was no facility for the luggage trolley. no one can help as it is a self serve trolley. this is the first time I come across this. We were only women and we could not find anyone to help us to take our luggage out. You should consider this as sometimes you have people with disabilities or elderly people , how can they help themselves?

As far as have dals around Dubai Warsan, Internnational City and Dragon Mart, This is the best Hotel at the very appropriate location. I have never bee disappointed by the Hotel Staff. Always Mr Eric and Mr Afify, will make sure I get the best service and best rooms. The receptionists Lithin, Stephen and May had a very good welcome, moreover they could allow me for a bit late check=-out. Breakfast is excellent with very good continental presentation and varieties. The room cleaner on 6th Floor, made sure we had sufficient complements of Tea/Coffee and water. Rooms are very quite despite heavy traffic on the nearby main road. Generally, Premier Inn Dragon Mart, has very good management and well cared.

NONE Best Hotel at the location

The Hotel is at the strategic business area, Location is very easy to reach. The Receptionists Sofiaan, Roshan and Ramy were very supportive and gave us a really warm welcome. The Security Officer Charles. Never hid his smile and even helped me with my luggage, very kind person. Of course Valet Stafdf, Sandeep and Yasir, thge will handle my car with wide smile and good hands. The varlet team deserve very good complements.. I always enjoy the continental breakfast here. The waiters always make sure we get the best and always serve us at the best. The Hotel is very very clean and conformable too. I'm sure this ecxellent service is beacuse of excellent management from Mr. Eric and Mr. Afify. Weldoin to all

It is time to change towels. They are getting old and rough/hard. Maintenance required to some hand soap holder and shower gel holders. Premeir Inn Hotel is a very good hotel please maintain the best standards

DEAR DUBAI VISITORS, TRAVELLER, TOURISTS, RESIDENTS, READ THIS COMMENT AND WASTE Dubai Premier Inn Dragon Mart is more like my home. I love the hotel and I always get best welcome and cared the best. My wife is always pleased and she enjoys staying here. The breakfast is far much better than many 5stars hotels in Dubai. My staying this time was very exceptional: While taking my breakfast, I felt sick and became almost unconscious. I dropped down to the floor. Immediately the restaurant attendants acted picked me up to the sofa bench and report to the Reservation Manager Mr. Mohammed who arranged an Ambulance. Mr. Mohammed and Mr Erick (Operational Manager) gave me basic First Aid and within five minutes the ambulance team was in the restaurant. The team did there job perfectly and I could feel the recovery/ The Hotel staff who attended me deserve the best rank and complement as I believe they are more concerned on someone's life and safety. Excellent care and support from Dubai Premier Inn Dragon Mart. Weldon to the Hotel Management The Reception Team Leader was Afify. Security was Dipen. The Hotel is very convenient for anyone who wants to shop at Dubai Dragon Mart. It is just across the road and few second walk. The Staff: Mr. Mu'min, Mr. Emad and Miss Gern Alyn are very supportive and will act promptly whenever one has a problem. These staff deserve very good complements as they make a difference and encourage to stay again and again. The Room attendant Floor No 5 Miss Halima (Nigerian) very polite and she keeps the room very clean very hard working The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. I do not want to forget Mr. Yasir the car parking staff, he is very obedient and very polite.. Thanks to Hotel Management

the front desk force us to add 2 more room which was not accepted by me in the first time since my booking was clear that we are coming 14 adults. once we reach it was too late evening and the receptionist request us to add 2 more room to allow us to get the room. this is disappointing which I will never book again from them. and booking.com to investigate why this happend.

Very Good and Very Clean Hotel. The Staff are very evry polite and helpful. The best of all was Mr. Mu'min the receptionist. The room cleaners. Mr. Basijal and one cleaner Nigerian Girls (on 24th August afternoon shift 5thFloor). For anyone need to shop at Dubai Dragon Mart, this is the best place to stay. because it is just there for 20steps walk. The breakfast is just acceptable, though could be better

Breakfast: There were no fried eggs, I could see scrambled eggs where No one ate. fired eggs is the simplest thing at any hotel. Three types of Beans!! for what?

Friendly, courteous staff starting from Sandeep at the Vallet service to Rudra in the housekeeping with exceptional support provided by Reception staff.

No proper almirah with shutters. No table with drawers.

Excellent hotel with superb services. Super amazing breakfast, which I would rate as the best ever! Location is a bit odd as it's sort of remote/secluded but everything else is amazing! Rooms are chic!

Staff can be a bit more helpful. I had to carry my luggage myself which is fine but I was with my family and young kids so that was not a nice experience carrying everything to the room. A small help can go miles.

Break fast was good. Room cleaning was frequent. Windows were reasonably clean. view was excellent. Low noise of traffic.

Lights in room was not sufficient. Light while shaving was wrong angle. Wash basin was too small. There were no Pakistan channel on TV. There should be drama and news channel from Pakistan.
