I am writing to share my heartfelt recommendation for the Address Creek Harbor Hotel, particularly for the exceptional reception team, Aly Fawzy and Anastasia Kadatenko. During my recent stay at the Address Creek Harbor Hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with both Aly and Anastasia at the reception desk, and I must say that their level of service was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome and at home. Throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply answering any questions I had about the hotel. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist truly made my stay at the Address Creek Harbor Hotel a memorable one. What sets Aly and Anastasia apart is their genuine warmth and friendliness. They were always happy to engage in conversation, and their enthusiasm and positivity were infectious. They truly embody the spirit of hospitality and made me feel like a valued guest. In summary, I cannot recommend the Address Creek Harbor Hotel and the exceptional reception team of Aly Fawzy and Anastasia Kadatenko enough. Their dedication to providing excellent service and their warm and friendly personalities truly made my stay a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Well AS For 5 stars Hotel - The Break Fast Wasn't Good Enough IT Same Level As 4 Stars - Maybe cause it new . ( But The View Supeeeeer Coooool ) The Cafe Shop In The Lobby : Close ON 10 PM - No Cimix - v60 Coffee ;) - Sure Not All Have .

I booked a room with city view. The receptionist Kamal was so cooperative and professional with us. I mean, He meet customers expectations. He upgraded to Deluxe with sea view + balcony. the view was amazing. The room was perfect. Everything that you needed are available. it’s really more than 5 stars. Location was great, 3 minutes to festival mall, 7 minutes to Dubai mall. The lobby is really awesome. Decorations and the atmosphere take you to different world. There is welcoming juice, hot towel and Arabic coffee with dates are available all the day.

The hotel is at a level above and wow, a team that provides a service that I have not yet received from a hotel I have been to. The cleanliness of the hotel is at the highest level. There is peace and quiet. Visitors to this hotel are people at a level. The service is everything you ask for in a few minutes. In short, the hotel is in front of them. A family looking for peace only there. And many thanks to the hotel staff. It goes without saying that they are grateful

An amazing hotel, very friendly staff, clean & very beautiful creek view

The parking access ! you have to give your car to the valet parking & get a ticket everytime you go in & out ! and everytime you go access yourself you need to call for someone to open the gate for you. Parking access must be given to all hotel clients by using the room access cards. I don't like anyone to drive my car & the delay is meaningless..

very nice property with vey nice view, we booked for premier room but it was upgraded to skyline suite which made our stay even better, all the staff were nice and smiling all the time, very nice experience, definitely I will repeat it again, and ai will recommend it for my friends.

the only negative is that the Google map is not accurate in grand creek harbor, it is better to follow the signs, a problem that is definitely will be solved soon.

The hotel was at the top of magnificence, beauty, cleanliness, and everything was unique, the outside view (the view) the indoor pool, everything was very beautiful, this was our first visit to this hotel and it will not be the last for sure, we will return soon.
