Everything is brand new! The hotel has been designed to fit students needs, thus there are a lot of seating areas, games, a gym, and a swimming pool. The staff are nice and responsive. The parking area is huge. Very secure and you need to use the access card several times to get to your room......many doors and gates. The value for money is very good. Poojaa on the reception was very helpful!

The location is horrible! It's very very very far away, even if you have your own car it will be like a 30 min drive to get to the heart of the city. Bed sheets were a bit small to cover the mattress and the mattress was a bit hard. The AC was broken but they fixed it right away. On your checkout day the power will be shutdown automatically in your room

I really enjoyed my stay at KSK Homes Hotel in Dubai Academic City. The facilities were perfect for my needs, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dubai. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the front desk supervisor, Ms. Priya. She welcomed me warmly when I arrived and helped me with the check-in process. She was very kind and cooperative, and her smile and positive attitude were infectious. She even went out of her way to recommend me to visit with my family. She was truly amazing. I would also like to thank Ms.. Pooja, who was also very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the prices at the hotel supermarket were very affordable. There were plenty of entertainment options available, so I never got bored during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at KSK Homes Hotel, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is super clean. The staff are the nicest I ever met in Dubai, very helpful, and super welcoming. For an affordable price, I totally recommend anyone to stay here. They have free entertainment too such as ping pong, pool table, and swimming pool. If you're hungry, they got a very cheap cafeteria/mini market where you can find a variety of snacks and sandwiches.

This is the best place to stay in Dubai when you are here for work or long time stay, they give you all did you kitchen with you watching bro and they have a very nice and pic study area where we can work very nice people around here from college students.

Slow public transport bus, It stop everywhere until u reach metro station

Receptionists were very friendly and attentive, they seemed to know everybody by their name which reflects great relationship maintained. Pooja was kind enough to allow me for late checkout at 2PM and supported with providing extra towels. Other receptionist were supportive as well. Love it!

The check in was a bit slow. Maybe the computer system requires many interaction with and information. I don't think this is hotel problem, but with the software used, maybe? Plus side, the check out was absolutely a breeze!

I would like to say that everyone has been extremely helpful and wonderful in everyway, the level of hospitality and understanding is far beyong expectations! And my stay has been nothing but excellent! Because of Hnin, devlaxmi, Aftab, and Jean who work at the reception are the most friendliest and motivated workers I've seen! I can't remember the names of the rest but these guys are definitely great! Also in on the room cleaning staff, Solomon is the best at getting the job done when it comes to his cleaning duties! So far I've only had the pleasure with these few but definitely a strong backbone of the ksk homes facility!

The wifi could be better it's not always the best in my opinion! But I feel like it can be a bit faster! I feel like keycards could be massively improved because they sometimes don't work properly at times, but other than that everything is exceptional!

I would to share something my stay was very good and very stable and good place valuable money used also I would to thank one girl from front office miss pooja she is very very nice because she help me a lot means a lot entire my stay I will give her 10star and she deserve that because she know the customer happiness and she really appreciated girl ksk all staff are very good and helping nature but pooja is my one of favorite entire staff thankyou so much

What I personally overall like about the hotel is the staff they're extremely friendly and understanding and super accomodating! Especially sumera, Hnin, devlaxmi, jean, Aftab they've always been sure helpful! So you're in good hands if one of these guys is helping you out to make the stay be more comfortable and good!

Prices are weird sometimes it's good rates sometimes they're too much and they keep changing a lot but I guess that's normal? But idk for being a budget friendly place it's still affordable compared to others but not all the time.

The place was welcoming and presented a refreshing change. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Priya, supervising the front desk was very accommodative and supportive of our stay. Ladies @the reception, Nang Ja and Laxmi were very courteous and professionally customer oriented. Great and affordable place to stay if you need to stay around Academy City in Dubai
