All. But we were there for the 4th time, but we will go back again. Everyone is very nice. We arrived at the hotel at night, the last day our plane departured even later, they allowed us to stay an extra 5 hours in the room. ❤️ Our little boy was also able to sleep in this way before the long journey. The food was also excellent. Dinner is varied and delicious. Especially the Indian food was very authentic and delicious. Part of see was suitable for bathing, it was nicely cleaned. The res of area is a fenced ecological section. That was great. And finally the garden and the peacocks were wonderfull.

This hotel was faultless. From the room, breakfasts, lunch’s, dinners, drinks, transport on site with buggy’s, service from staff everything was just perfect. This place is more like a retreat stay, away from all the hustle & bustle of Dubai. There are plenty of places to eat, mostly a la carte dining for every meal. The kinara & white orchid restaurants by far the best food I’ve had ever. Absolutely unbelievable tastes. I loved the peacocks which were just freely roaming the grounds, the pools were all a great temp & great swim up bars too. The shallow kids pool in the shade was amazing as the kids were too hot in the sun all day. I could not recommend this place enough, it was just in incredible and you will not be disappointed.

The kids water splash park was more aimed at babies. Having kids aged 3 and 6 they would have both loved to have used the main kids slides together however we had a very upset 3 year old and a very happy 6 year old who was able to use the slides. There is a high restriction on the entry of this pool.

For the price we paid for half-board the food options and value for money on the A-la carte menus was exceptional.

Quit disappointed in the buffet breakfast (too crowded and therefore layout wasn't so hygienic. some of the food wasn't as fresh as one might expect.) Water sports options far too overpriced.

AC louvers must be adjustable to change the air flow or avoid cold air directly blowing to people’s body while they are sleeping. Variety of food for room service need to be enhanced and improved. beach cafes and restaurants needs to provide food until night not until 3pm. swimming pool lifeguards need to be trained how to talk to guest! they are super rude! I had bad experiences! contractor companies executing this work which is horrible! I hate arguing with them as they are so stubborn and keep whistling the whistle for no reason. kids didn’t get any enjoyment. stupid nonsense rules away from safety rules! hotel needs to understand we are coming there with kids to get enjoyment not to argue with your stupid stubborn lifeguards!!!

All staff was very welcoming. The resort is great with a lot of pools and activities for children. The rooms are specious and clean with a lot of towels:). The restaurants offer great food but you need a reservation in advance. Restaurant Smoking gun is a different thing though just amazing

All restaurants are great but buffet breakfast and dinner was nothing special, they need to upgrade it for the money value y pay. Some of the barmen were not so polite and i had to ask for elementary stuff like ice to put in my drink…and when i did they rolled eyes… There are a lot of peacocks roaming around and they are very noisy but I didn’t mind at all. It would be very nice if they welcomed you with a drink and a hot towel like most 5 stars hotels do. Just a recommendation;) it makes the difference believe me :)

Beautifully refurbished apartment rooms within Palm Tree Court, overlooking the gardens or beach but both are fabulous. spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Great selection of pools to chose from, as you get to use all 3 hotels on the complex. Buggies run all day to transport guests between the hotels and leisure facilities. The all inclusive plus package isn’t cheap but is worth every penny, you can eat 3 course a la carte every night if you want and in over 15 restaurants and bars. Good selection of wine and cocktails too.

Boys had to sleep on a sofa bed, which luckily was two single beds and while they said it was comfy the springs were v noisy. Also an interconnecting door to the room next door means we heard our neighbours

astonishing experience, this is the best resort i have ever been to. what a lovely experience me and my family had, very professional welcoming staff(astonishing how the staff is well trained and polite), amazing views and facilities, lots of activities that you don’t even need to go out the resort, extremely comfortable and clean.. you will enjoy everything from the waterfalls, the peacocks, the green lands and flowers that support the beauty of this place, very relaxing and enjoyable.. i have been visiting dubai every year for the last 12 years and this is the best place so far, absolutely recommended.. and for sure will come back again.. thank you JA!

absolutely nothing

We visited this place for the second time and were same happy as before. The rooms were recently renovated and are even nicer than before. Breakfasts and dinners are great, there is a good variety of restaurants included into half/full board. A lot of pools and beach equipment. There is always a place everywhere. The stuff is nice and friendly, always ready to help and do all the services fast.

The unfinished palm island is still there and spoils all the sea view. It is not easy to get to/from the hotel, so if you plan the active holidays you would need to rent a car and still that may be inconvenient. Some of the staff members are not that helpful: sometimes they help you to load a stroller to a cart sometimes they may just stay and wait while you unload it yourself.
