The apartment was clean and spacious. The customer service was impeccable.

Very strong scented diffuser all over the property. Lovely scent, just really strong. There is no cable service on the bedroom tv. You can only connect to streaming apps.

rooms doesnt have carpet and tiles are very cold. slippers werent available. disposable tooth brush and paste also not available

All the hotel staff are experienced and professional. The room service makes very delicious food. I wish I could have stayed longer with them, but I have to visit this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessities. The hotel in general is very excellent. Before I forget, the hotel has security and safety.

Very tidy and clean room, the stay was enjoyable and was able to clear my head in a good vibe environment. I would also like to thank the staff especially Mr.Ahmed for their hospitality and heart warming welcome.

A soft opening of hotel apartments and they really looked after us. The rooms were big and comfy, clean, and had a lovely stay. Was given complimentary coffee on arrival and the check-in staff and housekeeping were lovely. I didn't use the breakfast facilities as the bed was too comfy! I therefore cannot comment on the food or dining experience. However, I would certainly come to stay again when in Dubai.

My wife and I were here for the Emirates Dubai Sevens over the weekend 29th nov to 1st Dec. Pyramisa offered and excellent location close to The Sevens stadium complex and an easy taxi ride into Dubai City on our day off. Our room was excellent thanks to the work of Shahzad who we met during our stay, he did an excellent job maintaining our room to a very clean standard. 10 stars to Shahzad! Overall super happy with our stay and will stay here again when we return, we were very thankful we opted to include breakfast, recommend the made to order omlette.

The parking garage is so tight and small

Price was good with good breakfast in morning. The location and area was best for me. Dubailand is really good area and quite. The rooms designed with highest technology and studio room was elegant with full kitchen stuff available. All the staff were friendly, attentive to the guests & details. Eden resturant staff was very Proffisional. Adnan helped and supported alot. The cleaners were willing to attend all comments & friendly I remember names like odan & shakeer Even I got a two small boxes gift after my checkout. Thank you for having us

It was slight smell of drainage system in the kitchen sink that we couldn't remove even after the cleaning .
