The room is very good and clean, close to the metro station and quiet area , breakfast is very good

I Had to pay the first night before arrival through a securelink they sent me, although that my booking policy was "free cancellation, pay all at the hotel", I contacted booking.com and they assured that it's not their right and i shouldn't pay anything through any other website., then again they asked me to pay it as I'll arrive after the free cancellation time which was 6pm., otherwise they will cancel my booking which is against the booking policy we agreed on. The swimming pool timing wasn't suitable for a business traveller 8am to 8pm

We have spend a week at the hotel. We were two families, for vacations! All staff was helpful and with a smile to answer all your question! Our first experience was from Mrs Salma, (the receptionist) thanking her for her kindness and professionalism, she was so friendly welcoming us with a smile make us feel like home from the first step. The hotel is just at the middle of everything, easy to move around, quiet, clean, pharmacy just across, and with a small mall in walking distance. I highly recommended either for families and also for people who wants to relax.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Bur Dubai, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. During our visit, we encountered a minor issue with our initial room. However, the way the staff handled it truly impressed us. They swiftly and seamlessly upgraded us to another large room, complete with a breathtaking view and even a Jacuzzi. This unexpected gesture went above and beyond our expectations, and it made our stay even more memorable. The accommodations themselves were luxurious and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility. The Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, providing us with the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Novotel Bur Dubai surpassed all expectations. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and stunning amenities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional getaway. We can't wait to return!

While the hotel itself was a haven of peace and tranquility, its location slightly removed from the center meant that it took a bit of time to travel back and forth. This meant we had to plan our outings with a bit more consideration for travel time. However, despite this small inconvenience, the quality of our stay more than made up for it. The hotel's serene atmosphere and excellent facilities provided a welcome retreat after a day of exploring the city. In conclusion, while the distance from the center was a minor drawback, it certainly didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay at Novotel Bur Dubai. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable accommodation option slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Quite a convenient place. Nearby WAFI mall provides Carreful and many other shopping facilities. We were in Dubai to attend the GITEX2023. The transportation between here to the WTC is just 10 min by cab. The swimming pool is small but clean and decent to use.

Toothbrush and paste aren't provided by default. You have to call them 3 times to get you the needed toiletteries. I understand this is out of concern to eco-friendly. However, I expect my room to be equipped with all the facilities at least on day 1 so I can choose instead of improving the difficulties of appllying one.

Bed, pillow , blanket, excellent and I never enjoyed such things in my several stays for last 25 years Break fast is excellent with all choices for all continent. Vada and live fosa for South Indian is incredible

Room service wqs very very poor: when I check in there is no power in electric plug - I call the Room service it take one hour to fix the problem. The breaker was off There was no paste and brush. I asked it at 8:00 PM and reminder on -10 PM but not delivered Next day morning- called two time and finally I got it I have explained this to the manager As I forget to keep the CLEAN MY ROOM badge in door our side- I have to make 3 call to room service/house keeping to give me tea bag and sugar

The hotel was very comfortable, room was comfortable and very clean, with a view of the Burj Khalifa! Tea/coffee/kettle in room Bathroom very nice with a good shower. Wide selection for breakfast, and it was good quality. Cute rooftop pool and lounge area. There is also a spa of which I availed of...lovely treatments by professional staff. Lovely, professional, friendly staff in all parts of the hotel! Dubai Healthcare City metro is 5 mins walk (green line). There is also a cute mall (Wafi City mall) across the road.

I liked the atmosphere. It was clean and professional. Perfect for work trip. Good location, quiet area. I also liked swimming pool area. Small but cute. Also, room service was perfect! Food was delicious and the waiter was so professional.

That I can't order food to room online. Hotel has QR code and menu but it is not usable. I should be able to make an online order. But in our case we had to call to restaurant and order. Not so convenient. Also, one day we didn't have towels. And didn't get any.

It was clean and comfortable! The staff was courteous as well.

At times the room service was slow and you never got what you asked for. They desk people, specially Mr. Sherif, are so professional that in being so they lose the element of a personal touch and just go by the book. Once the very sweet girl Grace tried to talk casually to me and he told her in a very strict tone to not talk to guests and be professional. I found his smile also mechanical and very professional which at times put me off!

Good location, close to the metro station. WAFI mall with restaurants and supermarket is just 10 min walk away. Very helpful staff. Iron in a room is a real advantage. Rooms are smoking and non-smoking. Good breakfast with a variety of food to choose from.

The note near milk at breakfast says you need to contact staff in case you want vegan milk. I asked for it, and there was no vegan milk at all. When I arrived late on the first day, I tried several times to order dinner to the room. No success - room service was unreachable. So, I ordered on Deliveroo app instead. Also, there was some unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Before the trip the hotel answered my questions and helped me, so their communication with customers is on the high level. It was a really good stay! I slept very well after a long travel and enjoyed the swimming pool, especially in the evening after sunset, even though it works until 20:00. There's a good supermarket and some restaurants in 10 minutes on foot from the hotel.

I was a bit surprised to see a combination of a bath and a shower. It's not bad but I think to have a simple shower would be a bit more comfortable.
