I contacted the hotel by email and asked for an apartment on a higher floor for it be as quiet as possible as my daughter has autism. We were on the 15th floor, we heard no one. It was a huge 2 bedroom apartment, with 3 bathrooms and kitchen, there was also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a toaster, coffe maker, plenty of cutlery, pans, dishes and an electric cooker, oven, microwave and fridge. Apartment was cleaned everyday. Nobody bothered us. There is a shop downstairs to buy some quick essentials. If you wish to buy more, there is Wafi mall nearby. There is also a tram stop if you walk a distance of 10 mins. If you go round the corner to the front of hotel, there are plenty of taxis to take you wherever you want to go. The staff were great. If you wish to order food outside of the hotel you can download an app called talabat and they will deliver the food to you. Great convenient lovely apartment.

Apartment size was superb. Very spacious for a family of 6. Good location too, 7min drive from the airport. Good size of outdoor pool and great gym facilities. Next door Grant Hyatt offers various places to wine and dine. Very good shisha in Italian restaurant. There is a small shop at the residence, but if you are planning to cook then plan a trip to local supermarket. I had an amazing facial spa ( additional cost) and my husband enjoyed very modern gym and indoor pool with sauna (including in the price of the apartment). Great value for money.

To be honest all our requests have been met.

communal areas are very nice ; pool and service there is generally good - the gym and inside very good.

stayed at the Residences; first place I lived when I moved to Dubai 10 years ago - do not seem to have changed at all ! technology ( TV / the plugs in room etc need to come into the 21st century - very dated. that being said - the WiFi was excellent - a big improvement on just a couple of years ago. I have moved to the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek today because the price was so much less ; apartment is understandably smaller ; but much more comfortable furniture / much better technology - sure I will miss the big pool - but not the actual apartment or the price. the bathrooms here are x 2 better for example.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good. The waitresses in the breakfast area were supernice and made our children feel very welcomed there. Pool area was nice even thought in the afternoon the sun stayed mostly behind the high hotel buildings. The room was really spacious and everything in the hotel premises was really neat and tidy.

The price was quite high for the stay, but since we have a quite large family of five children I don't complain. It is expensive always. The compulsory new year´s gala I would have skipped if possible and rather went to see the Burj Khalifa fireworks closer by.

I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hyatt Residence recently and I couldn't wait to share my incredible experience. As a new customer, I was already looking forward to a comfortable stay, but what I encountered went beyond my expectations, making it truly exceptional.Upon arrival, I was graciously greeted by the hospitable staff( Mr. Nazeem ) , setting a warm tone for the entirety of my stay. What left me awestruck was the unexpected and generous upgrade from a flat to a villa. The villa was a sanctuary of luxury, offering unparalleled comfort and breathtaking views that truly made my family stay memorable. It was an unexpected delight that made me feel incredibly valued as a guest.

We were upgraded to a three bed apartment which was very spacious. Indoor pool (20m) great for swim training with no small children allowed access until after 11am. Indoor pool open 24hrs. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. The location is good for the airport and getting into the old town.

Construction site next door - hotel expanding it's outdoor pool area. This was not made clear at time of booking. No washing up liquid/tea towels etc supplied in the kitchen. Expensive quote for airport transfer - get an Uber - it's easy and much cheaper. A good 10min walk to the Metro - it's a long journey to Dubai Marina/the Palm etc.

for 7 family members, the utilities provided are inadequate including the towels. also you need to ask for indoor slippers.

The apartment is big and spacious , even though it looks dated but it is well maintained and neat , very good for a family of 8 to 10 people and the kitchen has everything that we need , The grocery store inside the hotel is really good and open for a long time in the evening for all your daily needs , overall a very good apartment and good location , we thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Felt a little overpriced as we opted the refundable option , please book the non cancellation option where you save more

The Grand Hyatt Residence: 1- The property location near airport and downtown with lots of malls , shops, fuel stations, restaurants …etc. 2- Highly recommended when visiting the Dubai Healthcare City. 3- The apartment is specious with lovely view for the city of Dubai. 4- large outdoor and indoor pool joyful for kids and families even adults. 5- Would like to thank Amit in the concierge he is a good assistance always smiling and helpful.

The reception guy of Grand Hyatt Residence told me to park on the paid parking 🅿️ without notifying me it’s a paid parking for RTA. Which resulted of me having a traffic fine of AED 150 😞 that was really unpleasant
