I am pleased to share my experience, marking my fourth or even fifth stay at Raffles Dubai. My visits have spanned both business trips and Christmas family vacations, and without fail, I have encountered exceptional service on each occasion. During my recent stay with my husband for business purposes, we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's renewed swimming pool area, which has undergone renovations two months ago, now presenting a fantastic ambiance. What sets Raffles Dubai apart is its intimate atmosphere due to its modest size. The pool area, in particular, provides a sense of privacy, with few people present, creating a comfortable and VIP-like experience. Notably, the hotel effortlessly fulfilled some special requests we had, without any additional charges. The Reception and Concierge Service staff left a lasting impression with their remarkable assistance and attentiveness. Our dining experience at the Italian Solo Restaurant within the hotel was equally delightful. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the service maintained the highest standards. For those seeking outstanding service, privacy, and a unique atmosphere at a reasonable price, I highly recommend choosing Raffles Dubai.

In very close proximity to the international airport and also the Dubai Mall & Burj Khalifa. Beautiful hotel design and interiors. Service was very quick and very friendly staff. Technology provided in the room being able to manage all lighting and air using an iPad was pretty neat.

No Netflix/ Amazon Prime option available on the TV in the room. Only could connect an android phone. There is a massive upgrade required here because smart TVs are as essential as having water in 5 star properties nowadays, especially when you’re paying top dollar. Check-in process could be improved - staff should ideally come to the customer (who’s sitting in the lobby area) to gather all the required information - passport, signature, cards, etc., instead of the customers standing at the counters for long.

everything was amazing, upon arrival they informed us that they had upgrade our room to a suite,which made our first stay in Dubai even more memorable. The suite was very spacious and the bed incredible comfortable. The whole stuff went far and beyond to make us feel that although in holidays, we were like living in our home. We had dinner in Tomo, the Japanese restaurant at the top floor. The views were amazing, the waiters very attentive and friendly, but the true star was the food! The best Japanese food we ever had. Dubai is a wonderful destination, loved the city and the people there, but above all we loved our stay in Raffles Dubai!!!

initial check in was not the most welcoming, need to take into consideration we’ve been travelling all day and new to the country. so when pricing doesn’t match what we’ve been told, have some patience and assist your guests. busy road on the pool view, book garden view - in my opinion it’s a better view and a lot quieter!

We were traveling for our anniversary. We have stayed in many hotels in Dubai but this one really stands out for the incredible service you receive as you walk through the entrance doors. We only stayed 2 nights and the staff actually remembers your name and even knows what you like for breakfast. The staff were onto everything, in every detail, incredible! Yes, very good breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. We had dinner in both their options. The Japanese restaurant on the last floor was "just" good and very slow. We also went to their Indian option on the second evening that was very pleasant. The Signature Room was spacious and prepared with a surprise decoration for our anniversary. The bathroom was very nice. We loved our room but I think it might have nearly reached it's day. Last thing I must mention is the Pool area. This unfortunately does not match the rest. The pool area is not well maintained and this is a real shame as the main pool is large. You also have a kids pool, a Jacuzzi area and a water massage area too offering different temperatures in each facility. If maintained to a 5 star, this hotel could compete easily with other hotels in the area only if someone decides to make the pool area a nicer place to be. To resume, all in all, this hotel is worth going to, the service is excellent, the food is good, the rooms are clean and spacious. The grandeur of the lobby is "wow"... Just the management should look into improving the pool.

The room is really spacious with balcony. Clean.excellent food and helpful staff especially the brake fast..mainly Ahmad I can say everything was luxury..a real 5 stars hotel without forgetting Mr Issa Mari the chief of reception he is professional and very helpful. The wafi mall is attached to the hotel..we can find everything there. Compared to other 5 stars hotel like Givora..is 10 times better I really advice everyone to go there

Nothing I liked everything

Amazing Hotel with everything in the room controlled by pressing a few buttons. Breakfasts were super delicious, everything was very fresh and really tasty. We ate out at the Japanese and Italian restaurants - Tomo & Solo, both well worth visiting. Raffles Salon was a great place too, totally fresh ingredients and really delicious. Lovely staff. The pool was great, I was escorted to the sun beds and had parasols arranged around my sun bed. Staff were attentive and drinks were lovely too. We had access to the Raffles Club Lounge where we were very well looked after by Fahim. He looked after us so well. Hazel in Reception was amazing too when I had to return to sort out the billing. All in all a wonderful stay. Look forward to visiting again very soon

Oh we enjoyed our stay. The room absolutely luxurious. As you enter the curtains open with the panoramic view of the Dubai skyline. Spotlessly clean, comfy, provided with most luxurious toiletries. To be frank I wanted to stay in the hotel because I liked it so much. Breakfast brilliant and premium. Staff most welcoming I’ve seen everywhere. The grounds smell amazing . The afternoon tea and evening canapés also was brilliant. Can’t fault this place.

The only thing I would say is the balcony is noisy as it’s on a busy highway. So I couldn’t sit there and relax. Nonetheless breathtaking views.

Beautiful hotel that is well equipped and very clean. Attention to detail was good with welcome chocolate and a bookmark provided when they noticed a book on my nightstand. Breakfast buffet had a very wide selection and was delicious, and room type included access to the club lounge with complimentary drinks and canapés in the evening. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Location is good, 15 minutes from Dubai Mall etc. Asked for a softer pillow and it was provided. Solo restaurant on the 3rd floor was delicious, and hotel is connected to Wafi mall which is convenient. All together a great stay!

Loved the hotel, the Business Club was a nightly pleasure, alternate pool was very good. Main pool was unfortunately closed. Very convenient for the airport. I simply wanted to chill and it was excellent for that. The staff were absolutely amazing. Exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. I regret not singling anyone out. But ALL were incredible! I was made to feel truly appreciated at all times. Some, of the nicest staff I have encountered in my many travels. I will make every effort to return next year and that sums it up best! I should add photos but difficult at the minute. It is a very interesting hotel shaped like a pyramid with incredible matching decor.

I was offered a room upgrade for approx £185. But then discovered it was £185 a night!!! Room was ABSOLUTELY amazing but unnecessarily costly with actual final price taken into account.
