Despite the location being away from the center of Dubai, the hotel made up for being just a short walk away from the Metro. It’s rather located at a tranquil part of the city. One of the best experiences was the forthcoming, helpful & supporting attitude of the staff, especially at the reception. They just met each one of our demands. Truly unbelievable. Really added great value to our stay. The hotel rooms were comfortable with not that bad a view. The gym was really good; could be used 24/7. A but costly but the overall experience was very good. Since I stayed with family, we’d surely want to stay over again next time around.

The pool is open 24 hours but wasn’t kept clean. Both the rooms and food were a bit costly.

Enjoyed well my 15 days vacation in UAE. Front desk was friendly and very patient with me since I cahnged my room two times. Dinning was excellent. Dilhara(nice smile girl🫣🫣) , Sami (missed your cappcino last days of the stay), Aicha (not looks like sri lankan🙄🙄) and other staff also very helpfull and did there service very well. everything is perfect eventhough I didnt mentioned others names happy about their savings. (Housekeeping girl in 10th floor, trolly boys, vallet parking boys and all others) Thank you and will see on next time too..🙏🏻

Bari wasnt my favorite person. Not satisfied with her cause I requested a fingerball or wet tissue, but she wasnt be able to serve that with her nice smily face. But other staff helped me for that.

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. Overall, I had a positive experience. I loved the room! It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I was happy with the quality of the food. The location was convenient, with the metro station only 200 meters away. While the surrounding area is still under construction, it didn't significantly impact my stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

Reservation's poor judgement! I canced my booking earlier than 2 days in advance (nearly 3 days earlier). The regular procedure i happen to be aware of, though a committed reservation, is not to penalize entirely. That is the regular practice in nearly all cases. Though these hotel in the current season has no occupational shortage, they decided to charge me fully, may be selling the room i would stay-in twice. That of course didn't sit well with me as a very experienced traveler. The reply was even worsely composed stating the obvious.

Breakfast was ok, staff overall was very friendls, food in the pub was ok, overall a good pakage and value for money. Location is very good and central

Check in took quite some time but staff was very friendly. Asked for late check out which was granted but 2 minutes after I reached the room a very unfriendly lady called me and asked for check out before 12 while it was 11.15. She was very rood and this was a bitter aftertaste dispite I was granted check out by 3 pm by the front desk manager.

Overall a great hotel that I’ll gladly come back to, this is the second time I stayed here and I love it. Great location, staff is always very nice and friendly. We received a call during our stay , they were making sure we have everything we need and told us to dial 0 if we require any assistance. That was a really nice touch.

The only downside is that it’s very hard to reach the front desk / operator on the phone. I wanted to order wake up call and called 4-5 times, nobody picked up. That’s ok since mine was such a minor request , I just wanted to make sure I wake up in time for my flight. I understand evenings were very busy during my stay , but maybe someone needs urgent help.

Great staff, they can win for hotel even if nothing else is special. From check in to check out very kind and helpful. Hotel location is not ideas but metro station is right next to it, so it is very convenient to get to modern city as well as old city. Reach breakfast, something for everybody’s taste.

The pool… definitely not the view from the photo. The shuttle, could be a great benefit for some but it is driving ones or 2 times a day only. AC in our room didn’t work, we were lucky to be in a time where it is not so hot so we could switch off for night. During the date it was freezing cold but we were mostly out of the hotel so not such a big problem as well.

Location is perfect , very near from Airport and the nearest metro station is just 100 meters away. Rooms are big and clean as brand new.Breakfast was amazing with many choices. Thoroughly enjoyed.Hotel has many facilities like swimming pool, Gym etc and they are in good condition and equipped with excellent staffs.

Most of the hotel staffs are very accommodating and courteous but the bartender on 23rd night was very rude.We arrived at the bar at around 5 past 12 midnight and inquired about the happy hours. Instead of replying that. it is not available anymore , he replied us in a rude way. It was not hospitable at all. There is always a nicer way to respond guest's query in the hospitality industry. It was like , he wants to slam a door on our face with his reply.

Breakfast was delicious. Not too crowded and well designed to make people feel spacious. Very helpful staff. Check in cookies are one of the best I had. They offer 3 people room and it is at a very good price but it is not that spacious since they put an extra bed to a king room.

We had an airpods missing at the rooftop and already was staying in another hotel. We called the hotel next day and the housekeeping and lobby staff told us 3 times that they didnt find any airpods. But when we said it was still in the building and tried to track it down by ourselves they surprisingly found it and gave it with smiles. I am not blaming anyone for theft but they shouldnt have told us they couldnt find it before we tracked it down…

location is great (8 min from the airport) and few minutes walking to aljadaf metro station, a quiet area with the availability of basic services such as grocery stores, a pharmacy, a laundry, a car rental office..etc. The staff including reception, room service , security and others are all nice and helpful. A varied and delicious breakfast. I asked for a room that would be suitable for my son from People with special needs and they have provided it, free wi-fi is available throughout the hotel, quick check-in and check-out procedures. This hotel will be my first and preferred choice whenever I intend to visit Dubai
