The good: Clean apartment, all necessities are provided for. Nice swimming pool and gym. Helpful staff. Soundproofing. Smart TV, Dishwasher and Washing machine. Hot water 24/7 on all taps. Food delivery riders can come up to your door if you want. I think parking is free.

The shower's drain isnt big enough to handle the flow of the water. Water backs up if you open the tap more than slow. International plugs are not placed in convenient places like near the bed and I could find only one international plug. Detergent and diswashing cubes cost extra everytime, ideally should be free. Location isnt very convenient unless you have rental car. There's not much to eat or do nearby. Uber costs can add up fast.

Location, staff, view (creek), Internet speed, underground car parking that opens with room key, fully loaded studio aparthotel including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, full kitchenware, clothes drying hanger, ironing set, even the detergents were made available.

Very sensitive fire alarm near cooking area was easy to trigger prompting security to call up several times to check that everything was ok.

During the last stay the rood didn’t have all the utensils I needed and no toaster, but for a short stay it was good enough

Location of property is very nice. Metro station is just 800m walking distance. Property staff is very cooperative and helpful. Especially Sib, Hope and Shareef were excellent amongst hotel staff. Shareef help us to upgrade our room almost at no additional cost and allowed 8hrs early check in. Rooms were super large with beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was very helpful for quick preparation of early morning breakfast. Superstore is also very nearby at walking distance. Room had all comfortable amenities including unlimited tea/coffee and water bottles, cozy bed, blanket, pillows, smart TV, iron stand and iron, sofa, safety locker and balcony with breathtaking creeks view. We could not enjoy pool and gym, but they were awesome too. Housekeeping service was super prompt and helpful. Area is very safe for family to roam 24x7.

The staff, facility and location is excellent. Pricing is reasonable too. Metro station is close by and Supermarket is nearby too. Responsive staff.

The restaurant was not functional. Breakfast was outsourced. The comfort of eating within the hotel was not there. This was not communicated to me art the point of booking.

I really loved staying at this hotel. Our room had a full kitchen and refrigerator, a balcony and the bed was incredibly soft and cozy. The lighting in the room was perfect and I could see to put my makeup on. The staff was always pleasant and very professional. The decor of the hotel was great as well. They are also just a few minutes walk down the street from the metro. This is a great location and a wonderful hotel, that is still very affordable. I would definitely stay here again. The gym and pool were also very nice.

I would have loved it if they would have had a little restaurant inside the hotel.

Few challenges in guest washroom. Found a lizard but it was promptly removed.
