Lovely little cottage had everything we needed for our little break. We actually enjoyed it that much that we're thinking of booking again for a week in September, I think next time we'd opt for one of the lodges with a hot tub.

We used the restaurant twice whilst on our stay, the first next the food and service was first class. On the second evening however this was not the case, we both ordered steaks, they were not very nice cuts of meat very chewy, we complained and the waiter and waitress working laughed and shrugged their shoulders. Myself and my partner both work in hospitality im a restaurant manager so this was definitely not how I'd have delt with the situation. Still wouldnt stop us from coming back.

Our room was comfortable. The reception changed our room to give my wife a walk in shower. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were mainly well kept. There was a good choice of food options on the upstairs restaurant. The pool area was clean and tested regularly. The facilities were close to the Birks of Aberfeldy car park, which was just downhill. The town was about 800 yards downhill within walking distance.

The outside sports equipment was limited to giant draughts, 9 hole putting and connect 4. There was no organised evening entertainment. Disabled access to the hotel was via a steep ramp. The pool dressing rooms needed upgrading. The room was too warm at night and could have done with some extra ventilation.

Ideal for a family holiday in a beautiful location. Easy walk into town & lots of nearby activities for the family to take part in.

The resort is looking a bit tired & in need of some maintenance work.

The property was a good size and comfortable The restaurant staff were very friendly and we’re lovely to our young son which makes a big difference when visiting somewhere. The location is fantastic for exploring and the swimming pool was great.

Not that we didn’t like the property but we booked 2 adult and one 4 year old child in a one bedroom cottage it was a great size but the sleeping arrangements didn’t suit to well with us having a young child we couldn’t have our child upstairs alone on the pull out bed or alone in the bedroom downstairs so we ended up not using the bedroom downstairs and used the pull out bed and sofa upstairs it was still comfortable and work for us that way.

Loved the location. Very tranquil. Walking distance to the local town. The staff we spoke with were all lovely and seemed very accommodating. Nice facilities, though it is needing a wee face lift. Great value for money for a little family break. I'll mention a few things below under the " didn't like" but honestly they are more of a things to bare in mind. Overall we had a great time and would visit again.

The beds are not the most comfortable very hard mattress. The cottage is very worn out and needs some TLC. No bath tub, not ideal for (some) kids. The pool booking system takes away abit of the spontaneity. It would have been better to go as we pleased. The pool changing area was freezing. And was not prepared for it. We mostly self catered and found the kitchen equipment lacking in functional essentials. For example no chopping board. Blunt knifes, no coffee press.

The staff were amazing, food lovely and the resort is situated in the most beautiful, lush and green location.

There is an excellent choice of vegan main dishes and starters and dairy free milk alternatives (in the bar and restaurant) but we were disappointed with the choice of desserts, with only fruit salad and sorbet available. Also, only dairy milk is available for the rooms, although that's disappointingly standard across the industry! Also, very minor gripe but we couldn't find anywhere to obtain soft drinks before midday when the bar opens.

Surroundings are beautiful. Staff were lovely and attentive. Food was good in felmmyng restaurant. Room was big with a wonderful bathroom and good shower.

Restaurant was too expensive for what we had, in our opinion only. But the food was still good. The bed and pillows weren't exactly how we would like it in terms of comfort but it didn't make much difference to our stay. Only nitpicking because this box needs to be filled. We had a wonderful time. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so :)

Big spacious lodge. Lovely settings. Nice big fluffy towels.

It stated it was for 2, when it actually had a bed settee too. The lodge was rather dated, could certainly do with an update & freshen up. We went to use the facilities and were disappointed as there was no steam in the steam room and no working showers! Also, annoyingly a crow woke us up on both mornings at 0715 banging on the roof. Not necessarily the hotels fault but could clear the moss or put in some deterrent.

Beautiful location the surrounding countryside is just stunning and we were lucky enough to have sunny weather! We stayed in the hotel part room 19 had own parking space very close to room lift up to room and the room itself was very spacious huge comfy bed and own separate sitting room and extra TV Massive bathroom with bath and shower and separate shower cubicle All very clean and comfortable Can't fault the cooked breakfast even on one morning it was extremely busy but the staff coped admirably Also tried the other restaurant in resort great food reasonable prices and lovely staff would reccomend it Only used pool and spa area once as have to pre book it but was nice jacuzzi is small only large enough for 2 adults If you go into aberdeldy would highly recommend three lemons restaurant exceptional food and cocktails and amazing service the owner is a lovely guy Also reccomend the putting green in aberfeldy near the blackwatch monument and Bridge it's great fun and very cheap too Have a drive around Loch tay as quite close by and absolutely stunning scenery We would love to come again Also dog friendly only in the cottages though

We had a very well equipped, comfortable and clean cottage in the grounds of the Moness hotel. There are trees, grass and bushes everywhere, and plenty of birds to listen to, you can see rabbits hopping about. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like logs. There is a lovely woodland footpath into Aberfeldy along the burn, we saw red squirrels. We had 2 good meals in the bar in the evening, lovely staff. Twice a day we used the swimming pool and sauna. I had a lovely facial at the Spa, using the discount as hotel guest.

We did not know we had to switch the water heater on, called the handyman out for it. It would be good to have it pointed out at check in. There is no opportunity for recycling, we had to throw everything in the black bin. Steam room only worked occasionally, did not get very hot. Hot tub cycle should be shorter, and then not lock out too long before the next cycle.
