We liked everything. We’ve been travelling for a month in the UK and Ireland and this B&B would be in our top 2. Our room was clean and comfortable, nice linens on the bed, the bed was comfortable, a nice selection of teas and coffee available in the room with kettle and decent sized tea mugs, bathroom was spotless, well lit, shower was a new model and worked well. The room was quiet and had great double glazed windows that opened out for fresh air and views of the town. Breakfast was equally as excellent with lovely fresh local fruit, cereals, pastries, lots of condiments and some great cooked options to order.

no negatives at all for us. The parking available is limited but this is well communicated and there is a car park across the road very close 2 min walk where you can park if need be. the B&B provide a pass so it’s free.

Great location and very nice. Very friendly checkin. Excellent rooms, clean and very good quality interior. Beds and bathroom are super. Also the breakfast was above expectation. In total a super B&B.

Parking your car infront of the location is a little minor because its very small with a max of 5 cars bumper to bumper. The host asks your carkey incase another guest wants to leave with their car. There is a big payed parkingplace across mainstreet on just a minute walk. Also if you’re having leg problems there are a lot of stairs.

Our host, Johnny, was very friendly and accommodating. Donna on the staff wav very gracious with a good sense of humor and good service. The breakfast buffet and dishes were fresh and prepared nicely. The location is great for restaurants, shopping and transportation.

We had booked and paid for an en-suite room and instead got a room with an external bathroom. This was awkward and inconvenient. It was supposed to be restricted for our use only but it was obvious someone else used it too.

The guesthouse is in a very good location situated in the centre of Pitlochry. The bedroom was well decorated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and freshly cooked.

We were surprised, with the amount being charged, that the bedroom was not serviced during our stay. We were not notified of this on arrival. We felt it would at least have been a nice gesture to change the mugs, top up the tea supplies etc, and also supplies in the bathroom. We had to request tea bags and milk when we returned to the guesthouse in the late afternoon after the first day. It would be good to be aware that the car park is very tight. Three light bulbs on our bedside lights were not working.

Made to feel very welcome, room was exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable. The guest house was tastefully fitted throughout with high end fittings and decor. Breakfast was delicious.Top quality ingredients, beautifully presented. (Best flavoured sausage Ive ever eaten) Beautifull courtyard to sit in ,very relaxing. Would definetly go again and would definetly highly recommend Rosehill. 10 out of 10

Definetly not a critisism but I would have liked if there had been tea making facilities in the room but thats only because we tend to waken up 6ish . Breakfast was served at 8.

The host went to great lengths to accommodate the secure parking for a small boat that I was towing. I thought at first I would have to park in an exposed public car park, but Johnny sorted this by rearranging the car park facility. Well done Johnny.

Other than magically creating more car park space, which is not possible due to the closeness of surrounding properties. This is definitely not a complaint, just an observation.

Very nice townhouse style, rooms very well furnished, cozy atmosphere, great breakfast with ample choices, friendly owners. Definitely recommended.

Our bathroom was not in-suite, and while we knew about it, it might not be the most convenient option, especially since it misses a plug for the hair dryer. But it's still nice and just 2 doors away, so nothing major. The parking is tight, but they offer spots in the nearby public one.

Room superb spotless,well decorated. Good shower room and a really comfy bed. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. and when my husband asked for extra milk it was brought right away and told to help ourselves to any sachets, sugar etc. I had forgotten to ask for a top sheet as soon as we asked it was supplied. Toiletries were good quality as were the towels. Breakfast was very tasty and good quality food. As much juice, tea coffee anything was no trouble. Very nice decoration and clean as the bedroom

Can’t fault a thing. It was all exactly as I could hope for. Jackie has very high standards.

Room was great, breakfast was fantastic and location can't be beat. If you have mobility issues, the majority of rooms are up at least several stairs so be sure to request a main floor room.

Parking. My only downside is the parking situation, and it appears that most of the lodgings (guesthouses) in the area have this issue. There isn't enough parking for the # of guests, and we had to shuffle cars around a bit. Definitely not a deal breaker, but was a bit inconvenient as we had just come in from a long drive, and didn't necessarily want to deal with squeezing our car into their tiny lot. Especially after we were told by one of the owners we were OK where we parked the first time around. Small issue overall.

Perfect location, in the centre of town so handy for train and bus station and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Blair Atholl distillery, Festival Theatre and Fish Ladder. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. Big tv on wall and tea and coffee facilities. Also area very quiet at night so no external noise at all. Jackie, the hostess, is very nice, extremely helpful and very friendly.

I liked everything. The only pity is that i didn't have the chance to try the wonderful breakfast served between 8 and 9.15 as it is too early for my stomach to open up!!!! They offer a very good choice of hot food, from full Scottish/English breakfast to salmon and eggs and also continental breakfast. By the way my husband and the other guests were enjoying it, it must have been delicious!
