I was a solo traveller looking for a decent place to sleep. The hotel location was within the city centre and less than 5 minutes from Caffe Nero and other establishments. The place was clean and quiet. The room was small but the bed was big with clean sheets. In the room, you get a soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, milk and sugar. There is common lounge where you can use the microwave and kettle anytime or you can go to the common kitchen to get yourself toast for breakfast for free from 8am -10am. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos but for me, this is perfect, it's a gem and a great value for money.

Kitchen is only open for breakfast from 8am-10am. I would suggest that they open at 6am.

For a short, cheap stay in Belfast this was perfect, great location, within walking distance of the centre and has nice restaurants around it and a newsagents right around the corner. Bed was comfy too. Staff were always helpful and it is well maintained, room was very clean.

The car parking is on the side streets, I got a space and to be fair you most likely will too but just keep in mind there is a lot of cars there so you need a bit of luck. The room was very small too but as I said before it was very cheap so it wasn't really a problem. I would happily stay here again if travelling solo.

Fab little hotel, staff really friendly. Hotel & room was lovely & warm, easy access with fob key after hours, approx 20mins walk into city centre, easy enough to get to. If using Hop on-Hop off bus; get off at Botanic Gardens/Queens University, literally round the corner. Nearest train station is Botanic. Hotel & room really clean & spacious, towels & mini toiletries provided & hairdryer available from reception.

Couple of little pubs on the same street & delivery lorries come early so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room at the back rather than the front as it’s loud. Bathroom could do with a little re-grout as was abit dirty but room & en-suite was absolutely fine & clean.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and excellent. Thank you so much to Darsey she called me on 11 th dec evening asking where are we and tried to guide us about how to arrive at the botanic rest. Thank you to other receptionist sorry I didn’t know her name but when my daughter had small injury to her feet she promptly helped me giving necessary first aid..plaster etc. overall our experience about the stay was very nice. Staff was excellent ! one thing want to say the radiator were good. But was not able to reduce temperature on radiator control.

Mattresses could be better.

It was what I needed for the days I stayed. They let me leave my bags there until my room was ready. I arrived around 10 and left my bags and went to explore the city. Came back finally around 7 and checked in and got my bags. That was super helpful! Also borrowed a blow dryer because I didn't bring mine. I did have to go down and ask for it. They also had a light breakfast from 8 - 10. Simple toast, cer al, coffee, tea and juice. Again it saved my tummy before checking out so I would be able to take my medicine. Also the location was great, there are many places to eat literally outside the door and the same with the bus. There is a stop right in front.

There is no place in the bathroom to put anything. It would be great if there was a small shelf to be able to put your tooth brush or even the little soap they provide. Also a hook or something near the shower to out the towel would be great as well. The shower is very small. I barely fit in there and the doors did not close all the way so all the water would slip out.

Room was clean and just as needed, with ensuite. Great location with many food options. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to store bag for the day which was super helpful

No kettle or tea, milk in room. Went to ground floor lounge for tea which was fine but no milk provided and there were some off items in communal fridge. As i was on top floor, with no lift, if i wanted several cuppas, i would have got loads of steps in! Milk was provided for breakfast which was simple toast, tea, coffee, cereal which i was fine with
