I had to be at the uni for a conference and it was the ideal location. Also really easy to walk or get a bus into the centre. Great facilities, very clean, easy check-in, and very homely. Everything was provided that you could need.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable - I could feel all of the springs. I would really recommend to the hosts to either replace it or get a mattress topper. And the doors to the living room and bedroom couldn't be left often, which was annoying as it meant I wouldn't have been able to hear my daughter when I put her down for a nap. I used bits of cardboard to wedge them open, but I would recommend providing door stops so there's an option so leave them open.

Really good location, easy to park, flat was very clean. Comfy beds. The communication was good for arriving and exit. Good value for money and close to lots of nice pubs and places to eat. Tesco Express just around the corner. Welcome gift of wine and crisps was a nice touch. Property request a deposit but this was swiftly returned after leaving.

Flat could have been a bit cosier. All tiled floor which is nice and clean but some rugs/blankets would have made it nicer. Hallway is pitch black, some plug in night lights would be good. Nice kitchen but would be hard to cook a proper meal.. No scissors or oven gloves for example.

Fantastic apartment in a very central part of the city 15min to the city centre lovely beds very clean and we couldn't have been happier with the it had everything we could whisked for the staff are amazing my wife was getting some treatment in the City hospital which is just across road from the apartment the staff got us a lovely ground floor apartment because she mobility problems which was great we have stayed in Central Belfast apartments a lot and the care you get is always 5 star

The apartment was in a convenient location for access to the city centre and the Botanic Gardens. There were plenty of eateries and bars nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished with comfortable beds and a well kitted out kitchen. Contactless check in and out made it very easy to suit ourselves on arrival and departure times. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Belfast. It helped make our stay a memorable one

There was a little noise from the upstairs flat but mostly when the toilets flushed or the shower was running.

It was in a great location. it was a 15 minute walk to the city centre and close to other amenities. A ground floor apartment A full kitchen. A good bathroom with a hot shower. Washing machine A welcome pack.

The bedrooms were very small and could be airless. They overlooked the garbage area. Some basic supplies such as oil and salt and pepper would have been helpful. The substantial security deposit.

Apartment was within 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the city centre with cheap buses in Belfast this is something we made use of. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen, utensils and bed was comfy. A bottle of wine was provided on arrival along with complimentary tea and coffee which was well received.

Hot water was off for a day at the end of our trip just as a small note but didn't really affect the high quality of our stay.

The apartment was absolutely great just what we wanted, a great location, you could walk to the city center if you wanted to but we preferred to get the bust at the end of the road straight into the city center in 5min, plenty lovely walks felt very safe without hesitation I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

To be very honest there were no negatives but if I was to nip pick the Wheely Bins in the street needed emptied

Easy check-in; accommodations good w/ enough of everything needed for my stay. Good central location w/ just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

The bed itself (mattress) was 'meh'==not the most comfortable but passable. I'd rate it as a 2 or 3 on a scale of 5. Could have used 1 smaller dresser for clothes, etc., but otherwise very fine all around. Some would appreciate a mounted TV in the bedroom.

It was a lovely apartment , plenty of space for our family of four . The apartment was well stocked (including NI Tayto lol - the jury is still out) The apartment was spotlessly clean . The beds were very comfortable with crisp white bedding and plenty of pillows . It is well located and even though we had our own car there were plenty of bus connections etc. There are many shops and restaurants close by to suit every budget .

Great location, modern apartment. Very pleased with it all. Nicely decorated and great to have free parking. Had lots of cooking equipment and was able to cook meals. Nice touches such as a bottle of wine, Tayto crisps and a few washing pods was lovely.

Small things. Bathroom extractor didn't work. Only 3 big plates. No recycling available and bins super full.
