Great location, recommend this OYO Queens Quarter to anyone, cleaning staff were very friendly when leaving.

Really enjoyed my stay couldn’t fault it at all

Location is easy to reach from the Belfast city airport ( I got a public bus from the airport ). Check in was hassle free. Room space and the arrangement was good even for a couple. Bathroom and shower room has been cleaned well. Room got a window with a town view. Bed and beddings were cosy and comfortable.

Room is not sound proof. could hear even minute sounds from other rooms. I think the heater was not working which was not an issue for day time but I felt cold at mid night. No soap or shower gel provided at the bathroom. All three paper cups provided for tea, were soaked (? are they used ones ), Kettle was well functioning but kept on the floor under the dressing table ( difficult to reach )

It was clean, it had all the essentials apart from a body wash/shampoo but liquid hand soap was provided. Towels were provided and were clean. The toilet was a bit narrow but it worked well with me. The room was big it was a good place for the price I paid. I will definitely use it again if I am back in Belfast! It was a good experience too to have a self-check in process and no keys or cards to carry just the codes for the main door and tour room. Excellent overall!

Wash soap/Shampoo not provided. Also I didn't know if the heater wS working because I tried to use it but it never worked

Great location in the City, walking distance to everywhere in the city, really. The poor staff had some unruly behaviour going on one morning, out of the 3 I stayed there, with guests being rude to them and loud. They are all lovely people and didn't deserve that. I event left my room to help the cleaning ladies during it all, they are top lasses. The owner of the property is a Gentleman and I had great conversations with him during my stay there. Great place to book if there is a big gang of ye going to Belfast 💚 Thanks guys

Excellent value. Comfortable, clean room. Working kettle. Was able to use the common fridge and freezer to store traveling snacks. They're in the process of installing electronic locks, so 24/7 check-in is possible. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and nearby train station.

Everything was good. Spouse and I had no complaints whatsoever. Even the cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. I didn't like the linoleum in the bathroom--that's my only gripe.

I was just expecting a literal room with a bed and en suite, we got a self contained little appartment, little sitting room with couch tv and table, coffee making facilities. Cozy clean little apartment. Checkin was hassle-free, free street parking and not far to walk to local attractions/restaurants

I liked how friendly the staff were and they seemed to be upgrading the place! I was worried looking at reviews on Google but nothing went wrong for us. To access the door you have to swipe your hand over the touch screen at the top as an FYI though. So unsure if we got lucky or the place is genuinely improving

i had room 5, room was very clean privacy was great new towels offered every morning. bed was extremely comfortable and room was bright and open with a blackout blind available.

bed only had 2 pillows would have enjoyed a few more. mirror had a crack but was very minimal.

Practical, clean room with everything we needed. Towels replaced and tea and coffee top ups on day two, which was an unexpected bonus

The room felt a little institutional but I think that probably makes it easier to keep clean

Room we had was clean and very spacious there was plenty of towels provided the whole hotel was maintained to a very good standard

Paper cups for tea and coffee would of much preferred a normal cup this was only downside
