Location was very busy at night (weekend) Noisy outside but didn’t really affect us. Hotel provided earplugs which we didn’t need, closed the window and job sorted (also fan in room which was great). Hotel aesthetically looks beautiful inside, very comfortable, coffee machine, phone, water and bath miniatures, all added to a nice touch. Location is ideal, lots going on in and around area. Great base.
Breakfast was lovely however we were charged £15 per breakfast (same for children) Our children are 11,9 and 6. One child had one sausage, beans, one egg and was still charged £15. Tea and coffee was unlimited, daughter wanted a cold drink and we were charged extra. £78 for breakfast with three kids was excessive. Restaurant is beautiful and the food that we ordered was lovely and beautifully presented, I just felt that the value wasn’t there for children and perhaps a separate children’s menu would be beneficial.

Staff were very nice to deal with and very helpful. Nice bar / restaurant. We had lunch on one of the days, which was lovely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great!! Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and the best way to acknowledge that is to say that if visiting Belfast again, we would stay in House Belfast again.
The only negative was that our room was very warm with the heating on throughout the hotel and unable to switch off. As our room faced the street, we were unable to ooen the windows at night to help. Gor a lot of people, the heat likely not to be a negative, thus is a personal thing to us. We did speak to the staff who took our comments on board, and they explained that it was something that was gring looked at. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and the best way to acknowledge that is to say that if visiting Belfast again, we would stay in House Belfast again.

Good location, and surprisingly quiet! The room was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. We arrived just after the 'unrest' in August 24, and were a little concerned before arriving, but we needn't have worried and felt very safe.
We weren't too sure about parking - the hotel recommended a certain location, but it wasn't clear there if we were permitted or not. To be fair though, we didn't bother asking, so entirely possible that would have been easily resolved, and alternative parking was easy to find.

The location was perfect it was a short walk to anywhere, the staff were very professional and pleasant and very helpful, the room was small but very comfortable and clean with good facilities. We had the breakfast and it was really nice we were happy with this.
The location of the room was not great, it was at the back of the hotel and even with the windows closed the noise of the bottles being dumped was so loud it was like it was in the room with us, there was no power in the shower very weak flow, and when we arrived in the room there was 2 flys, no issue with this as it happens but we killed them, within a couple of hours there was 3 more which we killed, in total we killed 10 flys in the room that had the windows and doors closed for the entire time we were there, still don't know how they were getting into the room, but the price was the big one for me, I did not think the price we paid was worth the stay.

Staff were all fantastic; so friendly and helpful. The service was second to none. Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of choice. The location could not be better. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. Beds were incredibly comfortable and it was great having a coffee machine in the room. The shower was great too, and the toiletries smelled amazing.
Aspects of the room were disappointing. Some things were small, like there being cracked tiles in the bathroom and a lot of rust on the towel rail. Other things were bigger, like the window being sealed up with duct tape, and therefore allowing a lot of noise in at night. We were awoken several times by noises from the street, even when using the ear plugs provided.

Stand out for me was the check in staff were so helpful and really friendly! Nothing seemed like a bother for them when asked, which was great and really welcoming. Especially Jodie from start to finish was so helpful! All the staff were actually great and friendly when dealing with them. The hotel bar is stunning and great drinks & food ! A really great stay so thank you all.
I know it was a bank holiday weekend and it was the Sunday of the Marathon, however we kept getting moved in the bar before we were due to leave for our train. I recommend maybe putting down reserved signs on the tables that are reserved, and if you move a group from one reserved table and see them going to sit at another (as it has no reserved signs) maybe inform them before they sit down, order a round of drinks and then are drinking their drinks that that table is also in fact reserved. Now the manager who came to tell us was extremely lovely and nice to deal with.

We arrived at House Belfast not knowing what to expect. It was electric absolutely on fire. Lovely place, rooms a bit dark (a paint job of a lighter colour would be nice) we went to our room and left the case in and went down to get a bite to eat and had a few drinks, very pleasant, stayed for a while then went to Botanic Gardens to see Van Morrison, great show and such a direct walk of 4 minutes to it - everything just was nice and calm no stress - and got up the next day to the most wonderful breakfast ever. I have stayed in the most luxurious hotels and this was the best absolutely so so nice - thank you House Belfast and especially the chef and staff, very pleasant.
The colour of the rooms inside and out of the rooms - dark

Really pleased with my stay here. Great location and stylish decor/bathroom. I was initially apprehensive about it being loud during the night but we didn't hear anything. The staff were so friendly (including the cleaners) which makes such a difference.
The breakfast wasn't the best - limited veggie options (with meat substitutes). The bed in the hotel room dipped a little in the middle. Wasn't sure if that's because it needs replacing or if it's a water bed (?) but it was still quite comfortable.
