Good location for university meetings, good breakfast,helpful staff.

The hotel has a deal with a very unreliable taxi firm. The staff know this but are prevented from calling better firms. Our taxi was half an hour late and we were late checking in for our flight. Several other guests were also kept waiting for cabs that morning and the tension in the hotel foyer spoiled our visit. This is a decision outside the control of the hotel staff which needs to be addressed at a higher level. I would advise guests to make their own arrangements and not rely on the hotel to book taxis

Self service breakfast included in the price. Good selection of cereal, fresh fruit and juices, toast, pastries, yogurt, hot food. Comfortable bed, two good pillows. Good sized tv with enough channels. TV in reception showed some of the football. There was an all day menu and reasonable bar prices. Location was fine for us, about 15 minute walk into city centre. There were buses on the main street but it was easy enough to walk. Nice, pleasant staff at reception.

No milk or tea in the room for two out of our three days, had to get some at reception. No fried eggs at breakfast. Those clothes hangers you have to fight with.

Absolutely lovely welcome after a really long day sightseeing straight from the airport. Staff throughout make a big effort to take care of guests. Breakfast was good, we had a hot meal and it was very tasty and filled us up. There was plenty of choice of hot/ cold food. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfectly adequate.

Location is a little bit out from the centre and not in the nicest area ( looks like student area?) but felt perfectly safe as just off the main road and walk into the city is flat so fine for us

The hotel is located very close to all the attractions. The best is the free covered parking within the precincts of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was cleaned everyday. The bathroom had nice hot shower and the toiletry was adequate. They also gave me a complimentary shaving kit, as I had forgotten mine. The breakfast was adequate and loved the spread, which was not elaborate but had everything that you can expect.

The breakfast spread could be varied with different dishes. Every day it was just the same. Like they could have changed the eggs to fried or omelettes instead of scrambled every day.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Clean room. Beds very comfy. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Always someone on hand to answer any questions or fulfil requests. Only five minutes walk to public transport. We arrived a little early and our room was ready for us. No noise through the night despite the hotel being busy. Even the cleaning staff were lovely and helpful. I came to visit my daughter who is at queens uni and I will definitely stay here again next time.

The only slight negative was the area. A little run down but I felt safe enough. No other negatives to mention.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and more modern than expected, which was a welcomed surprise. The bathroom was nice and clean, modern and a little roomier than normal due to its polygon shape. Also one of the catering staff guys was so lovely he made the bacon crispier, as my Mum liked it and brought it out personally with a smile! Nice guy…

The location was a little bit of a walk with our suitcases, but a cab could come easily I expect. Some of the people around the hotel were oddballs, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! One of the reception staff females could’ve been friendlier, but another with an unusual European accent was nice to us at least.

Our room was a generous size,bed was comfortable.Very quite.The included buffet breakfast was very good.Staff were friendly and helpful.There were light meals available at any time . The sitting casual dining area was bright and roomy. Within walking distance to Queens University and Ulster museum and Botanic gardens.

There were no restaurants close by,but was within walking distance of a few. We chose to use the hotels evening meals as the weather was quite cold. The area near the hotel looks quite run down but seemed safe.

The room was a good size and clean. The shower had very good pressure and a nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Central location which is what I was looking for. Gated parking.

Thin walls, i could hear people in the corridor and the person in the adjoining room. I brought earplugs with me which I made use of. If you're a light sleeper definitely bring earplugs. I also got confused about the address having first arrived at the Holiday Inn Belfast City. Luckily it was only 5 minutes drive to the Holiday Inn Express Belfast City

Good location. About a 25min walk to the centre of town. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Nice work, guys.

The room could have done with another shelf/drawer to put clothes into. If it wasn't hanging up, it needed to stay in the case. The duvet was too thick for me. There was good AC/heating in the room, so the duvet didn't need to be a winter one. Also, the smart TV gave access to Freeview channels but it would have been nice to have YouTube or be able to case from a phone.

From our arrival the staff at reception were fabulous!: good humoured, attentive & very helpful. Our early departure meant we would miss breakfast, but the staff had breakfast bags made up for us to take away! A gluten free one for one of our party was no problem to them either. I would highly recommend this hotel for a no fuss, comfortable stay. Thank you!

That we only had a one night stay! Also, the room was a little tight for 4 people.
