The staff at the hotel were so lovely and couldn't do enough to help. The interior was also very nice.

Finding the hotel parking is a nightmare and so is parking in the place. I would certainly not want to be parking there late at night on my own. It was so congested the next morning and I was a blocked in by a work van. There are renovations on the row meaning the walk around to the hotel from the car park is on the main road. The interior is very quirky but the room needed a sheer curtain. It was either black out or exposure to the car park and yard. Not ideal getting ready. The view from the room is bleak too. Into car parks and yard. It made me feel uneasy that all the balconies were also connected. Anyone could come up to the door.

Could not have asked for a better experience. A lovely and unique boutique hotel, very clean, great wifi, super comfy but the highlight was the absolutely fantastic front of house member of staff on reception. They are exceptional, It was a real ease from check in, to departure, very informative, super helpful and very friendly without being intrusive. Thank you! Lovely walk close to the city, felt safe in the area, Car parked in small carpark behind the Hotel. It is very close to the University and if we were not there for work would have taken the upgrade, however will definitely return and highly recommend.

Everything! This place was amazing! Way better then I had expected. The lovely man at the front desk, William, was very accommodating and made sure we had all our needs met. Unlimited tea was offered, and there was a cute bar and sitting room, along with a breakfast in the morning (15 pounds). This place was so cozy, with very cool and unique decoration everywhere! They had a lift and stairs to get to the higher floors. All the rooms were themed after a famous person in Irish/northern Ireland history, we stayed in the Seamus Heaney room. It had a kettle with coffee and tea, and water. The bathroom was very spacious and so was the room. It has an old timey feel, but was very clean and the bed was super comfy! It was located very close to Queen University so it was in a safe area. There were many guide books and brochures for stuff to do around, and there were many cafes and restaurants around. William was also more then happy to recommend stuff to do in the area! 10/10 would stay again!

Nothing, everything was amazing!

There isn't enough I could say about what a beautiful time we had here - this was the most comfortable non-chain hotel experience I've ever had. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous, but the staff are lovely and there's always coffee. I'd go back for the bed alone, which I'm still dreaming about. With its olde worlde charm, it's still clean and comfortable with modern bathroom fittings and even the smaller rooms are cosy and well-equipped. I cannot recommend this place enough and thank our powerhouse of a hostess, lady on reception and bartendress for such a kind welcome and taking care of us so well.

The hotel is a beautiful place to stay, quirky interesting artwork and decor at every turn. Super friendly staff, we were greeted on arrival by the owner who made us very welcome with complimentary tea and coffee in the bar. All of the bedrooms are different and are individually themed on famous people from local history.

Breakfast felt a bit chaotic, the young staff were overwhelmed and had to ask several families and guests to come back later due to lack of tables. There was a decent range of breakfast items but a cooked option would be good. That said the staff were polite and done their best.

What a fantastic stay. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Angela assisted us to set up a tour in Belfast prior to arrival so that we didn't have to worry about that when we arrived. Not only were we offered an early check in on arrival, but our room was also upgraded, a lovely surprise after a long wet drive in the rain. The room was large enough to fit a four poster bed, sofa and full sized bath tub as well as having a separate en suite - it was very luxurious. The staff were most helpful with arranging taxis for us and helping to retrieve a lost coat that was left behind on our tour. The decor is quirky and delightful with something to look at around every corner. Located an easy 15min walk from the center of town, it is quite enough to get good rest at night. We stayed for three nights and absolutely loved every minute of it. We were sad to leave!

Nothing, we loved everything!

The eclectic quirky-classy, elegant-daring little boutique hotel is a hoarder’s dream house! There are lovely surprises at every turn. The wallpapers, the teacups, the cupboards, the paintings… Heating is adequate and toasty. It is a little dark inside the room. For the hotel names after so many famous writers, maybe a reading lamp can be helpful. I was getting blind trying to read and write something. (If only I were Irish I would definitely apply for residence :3) It was marvelous bumping into Sofar’s gig on Sunday night. Absolutely beautiful voices! (I wanted to record but everyone else was just enjoying the moment, but I will defiantly follow the artists on instagram/applemusic/spotify <3) Vertically the soundproof is epic, as I couldn’t hear the music until I was on the first floor. Human voices do travel, however, between rooms on the the same floor (my sleep tracker can record that). It’s not too bad. I was trying to rebel against my biological clock and sleep a bit more and it turns out I still wake up at the usual hour, partly due to my neighbor who kept the same habit. Added the breakfast after seeing the beautiful lounge, though the menu is quite simple. Porridge is excellent. Sticky, heartwarming, with a hint of salt. I dip my bread and egg in it, and eventually ham too :) Wheaten bread is aromatic after toasting. Now the crispy cold morning of Belfast feels cozier than Summer. Croissant and pain au chocolat are delivered fresh everyday. They look pump and enticing but I’m skipping them for bigger meals later. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is convenient with bus stops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the consulate area near by. It only takes 30 minutes to walk to the city center. 100% looking forward to coming back to the charming city and living again in the enchanting house!

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel in Belfast. I stayed in the Van Morrison room and it was gorgeous. It was in a great location, close to Queens University, but far enough out of centre to be lovely and quiet. Breakfast was amazing! If you haven’t had whiskey and honey in your porridge you have not lived imho. This was my favourite hotel during my 7 week stay in Ireland.

Difficult to find carpark. It needs street signage.

The breakfast could have been a little better. A cooked option might have been nice, even the option of a bacon roll but understand facilities are limited. I liked the boiled eggs.

The view from my room wasn't thrilling but the fact of having a balcony made up for it. The photos on the web site do make it appear as though there are 'grounds' attached to the hotel. A little clarity on this would help.

I was delighted with the interior! Victorian furniture with the bias to flirty surrealism, looks so unusual and unique. It was very clean and it was the best shower in my life without exaggeration! Not just a place to sleep but an aesthetic pleasure as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is not the most central but quite good, the university and botanical garden is quite nearby. I stayed alone but I'd recommend it for a date:)

They could add slippers but it's ok
