The room was very comfortable, secure and good, and likewise was my stay. Very good. Cleanliness, tidiness and with so many good standard amenities within the room. Definitely a good sound standard professional set-up. This was also reflected in the accommodating, attentive, disarmingly obliging and friendly front desk staff. The location was conveniently central. Hotel certainly had a good easy-going and secure ambience.

Having to pay the high price but then that was reflected in the better quality. Would have preferred internet and YouTube availability on the wall-positioned television. But seriously, these are trivial, captious complaints. Not much or anything not to dislike here. A good high standard hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. I was a little early and the member of staff said to me that I could leave my luggage and check in later or I could pay an extra £10 for an early check in as they had a room available. The heavens opened up as I got off the bus from Dublin, so I opted for the early check-in so I could dry off before my afternoon tea. The room was good, perfect for what I needed. The bathroom had a shower/bath which you could soak in after a day of walking around Belfast.

The bed was a little harder than I'm used to, but this could be easily rectified with a mattress topper to make it a little more comfortable.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel you had everything you needed just outside it, restaurants, takeaways and everything was in walking distance from landmarks to museums. The room wasn't massive but it was perfect for a couple they had a kettle with teas and coffees sticks to stir your coffee and sugar provided, the bathroom has soap in the bath which is brilliant if you didn't bring your own, the view wasn't bad either you could see all the benches and restaurants where it was bustling with people enjoying themselves, restaurants right outside the front door of the hotel which was amazing, the staff were friendly too and another bonus of our stay was if we wanted late check out it was only 10 pounds until 2pm which was awesome!

I didn't like how expensive the hotel was thinking it wouldn't be the best but surprisingly for the location that it was in, it was worth it! And it was clean so all in all the whole stay was a breeze

The room was a good size and the bed and pillows were comfy (something I usually struggle with). A nice little coffee/desk area. Hair dryer obtained at reception. Staff were super friendly and helpful in general but also with transport and places to eat information. The area is great for bus links and there's also a small tesco express round the corner which we found useful.

Not much to grumble about as you dont expect 5* with a travel lodge, however the bathroom was in need of a bit of a re do. Generally just a bit shabby with flooring starting to lift in places and generally feeling out dated but it did appear clean.

Very friendly staff, lovely room. My bed and towels were changed whilst I was there. The room was very clean. The location is very convenient, as it’s right next to the city centre. I was able to leave my luggage there too at no extra cost which was fantastic.

I was there during the riots, so there was some disturbance at night time (fire alarm went off), but there were no issues with the property.

Great central location. Our room was an adequate size, very clean and had extremely comfortable beds & pillows! Ideal for a short stay and competitively priced.

Storage was a little limited in the room ie there were no towel hooks or shelves but overall it was fine for a 2 night stay. Air con would have been welcome as although the window could be opened a little we were disturbed extremely early each morning by nearby builders who seemed to be making the maximum noise they could.............!

Room was clean and tidy. Location was great for city centre and close to everything. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Room was clean and tidy but could do with a few repairs to window. Thr Window didn't close properly which was fine the 1st night but chilly on the 2nd night when the weather got cold. Vending machine in the hotel cost a fortune! £2.50 for a bar of chocolate or packet of crisps!

Facilities and convenience. Clean , tidy property and friendly caring staff who are fabulous at dealing with disability issues

Not enough communal seating in foyer and no available coffee / canned drink machines .I really prefer breakfast facilities but none were available at the price which other hotels offer . It can be Noisy with new lodgers coming in as the walls appear to be thin, but I always sleep well when I travel anyway . I booked twin room for two but I didn’t think I was entitled to a refund for the unused bed when only I stayed myself in the end

Disappointed that there was no food facility, but staff pointed us to a lovely cafe for Breakfast, which was fantastic, Staff were very friendly and Helpful, Hotel was very nice and bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it. You should be so proud of your staff and hotel.

Food facility would make this a perfect place to stay, it’s nice having breakfast in house, even if you just offered this service, it would make a big difference, but in all, Hotel and Staff are great.😀

Does what it says on the tin. Its basic, but very clean, comfy bed, and size of the room is bigger than average. Its also quieter at night than I was expecting for being so central. Out of all the budget places to stay I think its great, dont be expecting the Hilton for the price you're paying. Would definitely stay again.

There is no breakfast served which is a bit annoying having to go out for food.
