This hotel is exceptional. Location is perfect to explore the city. Rooms were appropriately sized and the hair/body lotions were exquisite to smell. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially Nathan who obliged us with every request. A great hotel, pleasant staff, good comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast - who wouldn't want a wee overnight stay here...

The hotel as per the description is a home away from home. Check in time 2pm, unlike most hotels and check out at 2pm, unheard of unless you specifically ask or pay for a late check out. Love the little kitchen where there are tea & coffee choices, cooking area if you choose to cook, cute little bags should you wish to go shopping with. The list is endless, this hotel is one of a kind and I loved it. Coming again with friends in Feb ‘25 and can’t wait. Also the location was absolutely perfect with loads of fab restaurants & bars close by.

We loved the location of the hotel as well as the attention to detail in the room. It was brilliantly maintained and very clean. We loved having the kitchenette and being able to cook in the room after a long explore or having our own breakfast in our room. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and cleaning staff were always so kind and helpful too! Loved the live music downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the vibe of the hotel is great. Thought the bathroom was lovely and super clean. Overall loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Will definitely be visiting again.

We thought everything was great. No real complaints we just would have loved somewhere to put our clothes like a set of drawers or shelves as the clothing rail was a bit small and shelves for folded clothes would have been more useful.

Everything! What a fabulous hotel with an even more fabulous staff! The lobby and rooms were so stylish and cozy, and I slept fantastically in my bed. I also appreciate all the efforts they have for sustainability, it's nice to see recycling and the like in a hotel. I had breakfast in the lobby restaurant one morning and it was a good value - lots of options with a nice selection of espresso drinks. Nathan at the front desk went above and beyond to make me and my travel companion feel welcome - he gave us a ton of restaurant recommendations and even checked up on us from day to day as we came and went. Truly he was one of the most friendly and talented hospitality professionals I've ever encountered! I will absolutely stay here if I am lucky enough to return to Belfast, and would recommend it to anyone!!

The only issue was that one of the two elevators was out of service, so there was a bit of a wait each time I went up. I was on the 7th floor so I didn't mind taking the stairs down, but up would have been a bit much. This wasn't anything that could be helped though, and I loved every minute of my stay!

Great location and friendly staff. Entertainment for a few hours on an evening great live singer. Allowed us an early check in as room was ready which we were very grateful for. Bar staff fantastic lads remembered what we were drinking and always had a smile.

It’s very cold sitting in the bar area had to Sit with our coats on and noticed others did too. No towel for standing on when exiting the shower onto the tiled floor had to go down twice and ask for one. Remote for tv batteries not great had to Keep whacking the remote for it to Work requested new ones they never arrived.

It is great location, super central to the city, so everything is within walking distance pretty much. The property itself was stunning and the room was lovely and comfortable. They have a WhatsApp system setup for any enquiries during your stay which you can call or text. Also, the check out time was 2pm, so that’s a major plus.

The evening menu was basically just pizza and some other small bits but I didn’t mind this as it encourages you to get out and try the places within the city. The room we were in had a locked door between us and next which meant we could hear the neighbours pretty clearly but they weren’t a hassle so it didn’t bother me really, still something for others to be aware of if it is a concern.

Our stay in Room 2 at Hotel Belfast was great overall. The staff stood out for their friendliness, helpfulness, and prompt responses to any requests. The entire hotel was spotless, and we enjoyed the cozy bar and café in the lobby, which offered comfortable seating to relax in. Although the hotel was on the pricier side, the high-quality service and amenities helped to justify the cost. The breakfast selection was comprehensive, fresh, and of high quality. Each evening featured live music, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary chilled water and fresh fruit in the lobby, which was refreshing, and the pet-friendly policy made it a welcoming stay for all. Overall, our experience was very positive..

While the location was ok, it worked for our needs. The room was slightly small but had a cozy feel that made up for it.

Booked an overnight stay for my daughter and myself as we were attending a wedding . We loved it ! The decor is so funky and the rooms really comfortable. So well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge , hair dryer and great shower etc. The breakfast was excellent and great value . We really enjoyed the live singer . Wish we could’ve stayed and listened to him longer . The location was perfect - so handy to the city centre . We were especially impressed with the friendliness of the staff . We got our room early to get ready for the wedding which was amazing and much appreciated. Special mention to Kerri on reception . So helpful and pleasant and she couldn’t have made us feel more welcome . We will definitely be back

Great to have a mini-kitchen so have the option of not going out to eat every evening. There was a little dining area with table and soft bench chairs. Breakfast was excellent - better than most hotels.

Strip light at head of bed was too low and too bright, glared into eyes, and could not switch off without also turning off the light over the table. The light switches were a bit odd in what switch controlled which lights. Waste of space to have strange 'raised bed' area and hidey-hole "wardrobe" behind the head of the bed - the space was unusable as a wardrobe as too low to get into and not a proper opening. However this did not impact our stay as we lived out of the suitcases - but not much space to leave suitcases open and flat. Would have liked to sit in the lounge in the evening, but live music too loud and not to our taste.

Comfortable rooms with a great design and feel. We had a loft. Fruit and water at reception was a great addition.

One lift was broken and staff were still using the lift at the breakfast time which slowed us down every day. We ended up walking the stairs. There was loads of staff but, no one seemed to be in charge and they did not interact with customer unless you approached them. I only saw the chef once so even though you can get eggs cooked any way you want it was difficult to get them. In addition, one weird thing was there was only one salt shaker for the whole restaurant. The customers had to figure it out and share. Please buy a few and put them on the tables.
