I love it's location. It's in the perfect position for easy access from the train station and there are plenty of food and drink places near by. The staff are always really pleasant and professional. It also feels very safe

I stayed in the Maldron before, not long after it first opened, so I noticed a big change in the upkeep of the rooms. There were a lot of scuff marks on the walls and the bathroom door was breaking down at the corner. Also noticed some staining on the bedding sheets. The towels for showering are not really big enough unless you are a size 8-10. I realise it's hard to keep maintenance up in a hotel that is so popular, it's just a bit unfortunate

Great location and nice quiet comfortable room, great pubs nearby and easy to get to from airport by bus, bar and food prices a bit pricey but as mentioned quite a few pubs and eateries right by hotel that are less pricey

Breakfast was adequate but not the best, but did have plenty of choice, so perhaps just my taste buds, as you could have as much as we wanted of cereal, cooked breakfast , Tea & coffee just no pastries, ate at the hotel for 2 mornings and then went to greggs round the corner for 1/4 of the price for the other 2 days

Location was good, giving easy access to tourist and other facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was self service buffet and quality and availability suffered.

Breakfast service was Buffet self service. Hotel was full and as a result breakfast service suffered. Stocks of food types were either depleted or tough and unappetising. Given the price being charged the hotel breakfast was not worth the cost. There are other facilities nearby.

Clean rooms and friendy reception staff, nice bar downstairs for unwiding or working on laptop

Breakfast was bellow average, the bar has a staff that is friendly but not very interested in serving its customers

Friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast did not deliver value for money. It’s better to go to the closest restaurant and get a better meal for the same value.

Amazing location right in the centre of Belfast. We walked everywhere (Crumlin Gaol, Titanic Experience, Cathedral Quarter) and didn't need to use public transport. Within minutes walk of a huge range of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet. We were on the 5th floor and looked out down a street. The buffet breakfast offered a great choice and also had vegan and GF options. The staff were welcoming from the moment we stepped inside. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The bar in reception had a really nice relaxed vibe, we enjoyed drinks there on one night. All in all, a great base for a weekend in Belfast. The price was slightly steep for the quality of the accommodation but the location made up for it.

The cooked breakfast choices could've been better for vegetarians (there were no veggie sausages or meat alternatives). The rooms were slightly tired in places i.e. scuffed/marked walls but the place didn't feel dirty. Whenever the shower was on, water went all over the bathroom floor and the bottom of the bathroom door was heavily water damaged and chipped.

the staff were excellent, very friendly and smiley. The location was superb - right around the corner from The Crown and the bus station. Breakfast was good too with a good selection. Being able to stow your luggage before and after checkin and check out for a small fee which went to the air ambulance. Having a special parking rate at a car park just a few minutes walk.

It would have been nice to have had a few extra touches in the bathroom such as a shower cap and mini toothpaste. The paint was peeling off in the bathroom and the bottom of the door was rotten. The housekeeping staff didn't come in every day so we ran out of tea and coffee.

The location of the hotel was superb. Very central and easy to get to cafes, restaurants, shops, attractions etc. The level of cleanliness was superb. The room was very comfortable. Although the hotel is very central it was quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags after check out until it was time to go to the ferry terminal.

The only criticism was the size of the bath towel, bigger ones would have been lovely however they were changed daily so this made up for it. The hairdryer was working although the nozzle did not fit as part of the hairdryer and the nozzle had been melted.

We stayed in a triple room with a double and single bed on 10th floor which was really spacious and nice. The bed was quite comfortable along with very comfortable pillows. The room temperature was able to be controlled remotely which was a god send as it got too hot in the middle of the night. The bathroom was nice with a great shower. The room had plenty of amenities such as tea/coffee, iron, safe, TV, hairdryer and toiletries. The hotel was very central and decent value for money.

The check in was easy however very impersonal as it was self check in on a machine and check out was the same.
