The hotel is very clean and modern, with multiple restaurants and bars. Our room was also very clean and modern. The location is wonderful. You can easily walk to many restaurants and pubs. A shopping center is just a very short walk, and the City Hall is a walkable distance. It's located in the entertainment area on a pedestrian street. When we needed a taxi, they were able to order them for us at the front desk and the taxis were right on time.

On a couple of occasions, there was a lot of noise in the hallway next to our room. It sounded like the staff was rolling metal drums down the hall. This noise happened in the evening and very late at night. The bathroom, although it looks new and modern, is poorly designed. There is virtually no space next to the sink to place things like toothpaste or shampoo. The sink is very small. The shower has body wash and conditioner provided, but if you bring your own, there is no place to put them but on the floor.

Staff were very friendly. We arrived quite early and our room was ready so could book straight in. Food was very nice . Nice outside area. Very lively in the evening with music. Location was right next to the cathedral quarter for all the bars in the evening.

We new the room would be small which was fine as not in there long. Just could have done with some coat hooks on the wall inside the door as no where to hang coats and had to leave them on the floor which I tripped over a couple times going to toilet in the night, it was January so had big bulky coats with us.

The location was in the very lively beating hearting of Belfast. Situated between St Steven’s market, Albert’s clock, the Cathedral quarter (Duke of York Pub and many other pubs and restaurants) and a huge mall. All this in a very pedestrian friendly location. Titanic exhibit is 5 min drive. Belfast castle 15-20 min. Within the hotel itself are a pub on the main floor and a modern lounge on the roof top. Our room was huge and sumptuous. The shower was especially large and we appreciated the elbow room. Opt in at least one day for the breakfast.

The parking is a block away in 2 different parkades and you are technically not supposed to pull up in front of the hotel so with luggage and rain and not knowing where to go (the signage was subtle) it was a bit stressful but once we figured it out it was actually fine. The front desk will also give you a parking coupon so your parking will be half price.

The location was exceptionally good, smack bang in the middle of the city. Lovely pubs and restaurants nearby and shopping if that's what you want. Bedroom was sound proof, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless with a great rain shower. The lobby was the most unique I have ever seen in the dozens of hotels I have stayed in. It was buzzing with activity giving it great energy. The staff were friendly, dressed casually, very professional, fun and respectful. We loved it. We ate in both restaurants within the hotel and both were amazing.

I didn't like having to go home. If you find something wrong with this hotel, there's something wrong with you.

As soon as we arrived we were really impressed with the whole vibe of the place. Central location, really laid-back feel, and the staff were lovely; friendly, helpful and really welcoming. We'd had to divert some urgent post that was due to arrive while were we away, but the staff were on the ball and got it to us really quick. We'd only arranged a 2 night stay as we were planning a bit of a road trip, but we loved it so much we tried to get an extra night - they were fully booked unfortunately, but we'll be back again for sure. Breakfast and dinner options were great (even for us vegans!)

The location of this boutique hotel was fantastic. Walking distance to so many beautiful things to see. Close to a large shopping center with ample parking and the hotel gave a discounted rate for the parking. The staff were all fantastic - especially the girls at the front desk.

Everything was so charming. The hotel was a little difficult to find at first - but that's not a reflection on them ... we just couldn't figure out how to access the parkade at the shopping center because google maps kept sending us in the wrong direction. lol

Location was great. On site restaurant was good. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Had a table and two chairs. Everything seemed clean.

If you use GPS to drive to this place It will take you down a road you are not supposed to drive on. Go past that road to the next turn in and that is a parking garage. Park there. We had the largest room in the hotel. The space in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet was tiny.

The hotel is very central and the industrial deco is lovely in the room. We were on the upper floors and had a nice view of the street. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs which was very nice.

The room was a bit small as we didn't really have much room for our luggage. Although the staff were lovely, at check out we waited way too long to finalize our account as there was only one staff member who had a very long, casual conversation with the previous customers when he could clearly see that we were waiting. We arrived by car and were advised that we had to park our car in the car park down the street where we would pay a discounted fee.

Older city hotel with eclectic updates and a cool vibe. We booked a standard king room ("dinky") -- which was smaller in size but had everything we needed for a 1-night stay in Belfast on our way to the northern coast. We did not book the room including breakfast, so I can't speak to any of the food or drink that the hotel offers but the bars definitely got busy at times!

A message sent from Bullitt via Booking.com prior to our arrival said that we would receive a VIP card upon arrival to use at the hotel bars -- it was never mentioned and we would have liked to been told about all that the hotel facility had to offer upon our arrival but were only told where the elevators were. We knew the parking area would be a bit of a walk with our luggage to get to the hotel itself...it definitely is, but we did get a validation ticket to get a discount on the parking rate at Q-Park at Victoria Square.

Location is great

It’s was my second time staying here and the first time I could not fault it one bit it was perfect, the only thing that let this stay down was when we went to go to bed the double bed had no sheet on it just a mattress protector that was stained 🙈 when we rung reception a few times and no answer went down to the night porter to ask for a sheet he was a bit rude and said he didn’t have time he was too busy, we said to him we will put the sheet on ourselves so went back up to the room and waited for about half hour and still no sign went back down again and eventually he gave us the sheet. Everything else was good tho.
