Location is great for NEC Check-in was easy & room was comfortable.

Dining room let the hotel down - buffet breakfasts over 2 days were not good. Cold food & we gave up trying to queue for tea & coffee. Evening meal - food was ok but service was slow. Restaurant was busy but there were plenty staff on. Sadly they were not attentive & were congregated round the bar area, leaving diners to wait. We had to interrupt a waitress to get an order taken. When the food was finally delivered we asked for more drinks - they were never delivered so we paid & left disappointed. Other diners at adjacent tables had the same issues.

Location to the NEC is great!! The staff we very friendly and efficient. The room was great although alittle tired. But clean!! The beds are comfortable even with my bad back. The breakfast was toasty and fresh and the dinning area was nicely decorated and clean. And again very friendly staff.

Only issues I can see is using the sat nav to the hotel missed the car park so I had to get directions but not sure if that's a hotel issue, a postcode issue or the sat nav. The room was a little tired some of the furniture had marks. And I think an extra £10 to park isnt great considering we paid £130 for our stay.

The Hotel was chosen for it's location next to the National Exhibition Centre,and have stayed there before. The food was very good,the staff were very helpful,very polite easy to talk to, good sense of humour.

Not accepting cash payments,especially at the bar,I don't like the "CARD PAYMENT ONLY" nonsense,that is being forced on us,we have the right to have a choice,when you remove choice,you also remove what little freedom we now have,it is WRONG,and this is my only gripe about my stay in your Hotel. Many people gave their lives for this Freedom,it came at a great cost.Stop pandering to the Banks,who are pushing this, because they make a lot of money from Card payments,Especially from Companies your size.Give us back "CHOICE".

Room and contents very clean. I was on the second floor, used the lifts ( 3 of ) on every occasion that were fast and always available. Plenty of parking but not free ( the car park is serviced by 'yourparkingspace') You can either pay for parking in the hotel, or by the machine, or as I did online, either way you have to pay parking at the rates.

The fridge in our room was a little dated, occasionally it rattled the cabinet door when the motor was running, sounding like someone was tapping very fast on the door with a little hammer, it stopped after a minute, but when this happens in the middle of the night it really alarms you.

The hotel was great and comfortable, also warm once I figured out the temperature settings. The price of the room and location was also ideal as I was here for a concert at the Puls LIVE venue so very close.

Not so much didn't like but I found it difficult initially to navigate the heating settings. Wall instructions could help with this. The breakfast I felt was a little pricey on top of the hotel at £16. If it was even a little cheaper at about £10-£12 I would have considered buying it. Not so much a criticism though as I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Thank you.

The room was lovely. very clean and comfortable. i stayed here with my sister for her birthday as we were visiting the NEC.

Dinner was an absolute disaster. they forgot to come and take our order and many others were served before us and still had their food even before we had ordered, when it did come they sent the wrong meal for me, when the right meal eventually came it was really bland and tasted like something that had been boiled in a bag. did not enjoy the food at all. with that said though, there was a staff member called Nicky who could not have done more to try and put things right, even a complementary drink as it was meant to be a birthday treat.

Very quiet at night. It was one of the best nights of sleep I've had at a hotel. The food was delicious too. We arrived before room service was available but after a quick phone call to ask if there was anything they could do, as we was really hungry after a long drive, they delivered it to the room shortly after. Amazing service.

The only thing to comment on is that the shower kept pointing to the left when on full power, but this was easily fixed by turning down the power. It's not something that would deter us from coming back in the future

Easy to find when driving to. Parking was cheap BUT be sure to pay through the hotel when checking in, and not the machine outside as it's around double the price. Lovely relaxing stay, room was spacious and clean. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was lovely - had plenty of choice. Hotel is very spacious and modern. Lots to do nearby.

Our room was next to the ice cube maker so every time someone used it we heard it.

The room was comfortable, clean, and both room and bathroom in very good condition. The staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, there were six in our group, and when we went to the restaurant in the evening there were no tables free for six people, but the staff very quickly created one. The breakfast was excellent and again the staff very helpful ,after breakfast the hotel and surrounding area had a power outage and as we left to go to our rooms there were staff on hand to explain and guide us to stairs etc ,well done. We ate in the cafe bar - waitresses were excellent especially careful with a food allergy I have. Room was as advertised and very comfortable. I asked for a room on a 'high floor' and it was.

I asked for no 'feather' bedding due to being allergic to feathers, however on returning to our room very late in the evening we found the pillows on the bed were feather. I hadn't noticed earlier when we put our bags in the room. It was too late to wait for more to be sent up so we shared the 2 'very hard' non feather pillows we found in the top of the wardrobe.
