Breakfast options were amazing, literally everything for everyone and the items were really good quality. The staff were also really welcoming. Stayed for Disney on Ice and had complimentary goodie bags for the children at breakfast time, a lovely touch. The location for us was great. Literally off the motorway and directly next to the venue we were attending the next day with the added bonus of the shopping centre and food quarter The deco in the lobby and the bar area is really stylish and welcome, felt really high end and looked spotlessly clean during our stay.

The room was quite warm but not unbearable. Personally reluctant to use the air con too much As we had a child with us the sofa bed was set out ready, this took up alot of space and restricted the use of the chair by the dresser when using the hairdryer. Sofa bed was also uncomfortable so had 3 in a bed during the night No huge deal breakers

I had a really enjoyable stay, the hotel, room and location were lovely. The staff were all lovely, pleasant and very helpful.

My only negative would be the disabled parking, when I arrived at the hotel all the disabled parking bays were taken, I had to park on a bit of pavement/grass verge next to the parking bays. Also the bed in my room, whilst it was extremely comfortable, it was very high. Even though I'm a wheelchair user I can stand and walk a little bit so I managed to climb onto the bed but it wasn't easy, I think some disabled people would really struggle with the height of the bed. Everything else, the room, bathroom etc were lovely and all accessible.

Great location for Resort World and Arena, hotel was very clean including the room. Staff pleasant, breakfast good. The only thing for me on the breakfast was that the sausages tasted cheap and the tea is out of urns and therefore you cannot make your tea as you prefer it. Also there wasn't enough milk and sugar in the rooms. We have stayed twice now, both times when visiting the arena and its great as you can just walk over to it from the hotel. Just a note for those with poor mobility issues, although its close, it still might be hard going for you so I would consider a wheelchair if you have one.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were helpful when I needed an extra towel and cup as only 2 cups and 2 towels were in room for 2 adults and a 15 yr old. Was a good short walking distance to the resort arena and shopping outlet.

Didn’t like kettle and coffee/ tea equipment in the wardrobe. Safe didn’t work in room, didn’t bother mentioning it as was only there for one night, but think it should have been checked before I checked in. Service at bar was very slow. Must of been waiting at least 15-20 minutes before I got served and it didn’t seem that busy and looked quite disorganised.

This is our 2nd time of staying. Room was big, very nice and comfortable. It was also lovely and warm. Staff were lovely and friendly and couldnt help enough. Didnt take too long to book in, quicker than last year. Bath was quite big. Shame i didnt bring bubble bath 😬. Bed was comfy.

The iron had been burnt by a previous guest and marked my husbands shirt (shamd on them!!!). The soap dispenser in the bathroom didnt work properly, either by shower or sink. When having a shower, it kept going to boiling hot one minute and normal temp the next so had to shower in double quick time.

Cleaning not exactly up to standards. Kettle - coffee- tea tray inside cupboard where people put their clothes/ coats. No bin liners, especially in toilets’ bins. Reducing plastic is one thing. Not using bin liners at all is another and totally unacceptable. During breakfast time staff was very busy, but always helpful and polite. However, the way tables are cleaned and set up for next guests are against every hygienic rule. Using the same cloth from table to table, no gloves.Placing paper towels and cutlery straight after, not washing hands in between, touching the clean with obviously unsanitary hands and ways.

the location was spot on,right next to the nec which we visited and went to one of the resorts world restaurants for our dinner which was even closer to the hotel.the room was good,the bed was very comfortable and the room was well soundproofed from the noise of the road and airport outside.We couldn't fault the full english breakfast which set us up for the day ahead.

The bar area and the reception area was cold with a door at either end to let people in and out.we had to leave our coats on to keep warm while having a drink on the evening.I will let you off this time because it was very cold outside that weekend.

Room was comfortable, could do with an update breakfast was lovely plenty of variation cereal, continental , cooked. Staff were helpful and lovely.

Did not like that we were nearly charged for an evening meal we did not have and I am sure a lot of other peoples food went on my total bill but this could not be proved. All food should be paid for at the bar when ordering because anyone could say other peoples room number and not pay could you please sort this as I am not happy with the way food is ordered and not happy with my final bill.

The room was clean and well prepared, we liked that it had a bath. Location was good for the N.E.C. The evening meal was acceptable but needed more on the plate as it wasn't have enough. The breakfast was good with a large choice.

The water could have been warmer for the bath water. The green power indicator for the emergency light just inside the door was to bright at night and cast a green light over the room. The room has an adjoining room with a door, the people in the room made a lot of noise late at night and were coming and going to the early hours, and there was no hair dryer.
