The room was nice, the shower was a good size. The staff were lovely. Even though we didn't have breakfast included they let us have some free coffee from the coffee machine in the morning.

I would have loved having some face towels as well as bath towels. One downside is that the bathroom is in a pod inside the room so you can hear every sound. Flushing the toilet at night will wake the other person in the room up, and let's just say there are no mysteries as to what's going on in there. We were also warned that the AC only put out hot air so did not turn it on.

We had the friendliest welcome we have ever had at a hotel - what a top bloke on reception. Great location - affordable parking within easy walking distance of the city centre; didn't need to check out until midday, and though we were expecting to be subtly hurried on our way by cleaning staff this didn't happen. Chilled vibe generally.

Breakfast a bit sparse but adequate and a nice environment. Loo roll holder fell off the wall on first use, the bathroom door on one of the rooms couldn't be closed properly unless really slammed hard, and when we tried that an entire panel fell off the wall. It was easy to wedge it back, and in general we didn't find this too much of an off-putter as it's a budget hotel.

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was hot, the breakfast selection was as you would find in a more expensive hotel. Bar and small lounge area if you wanted to sit out of your room. Problems dealt with as soon as raised. Additional pillows offered when requested.

We were charged £8 for parking as we booked through Booking.com had we booked direct we would have got free parking so even with the booking.com discount it was slightly more expensive using the app The room was not as clean as we would have expected but nothing that couldn't wait until we left. The tv did not work however, we were offered a room change as it could not immediately be fixed. We did not move as we used our laptop instead.

Perfect location for our evening venue in Digbeth. Although a fairly basic room and caravan like bathroom it was extremely quiet, clean, a comfortable bed and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and appeared efficient. Decaf coffee in room always good to see as often I need to ask for it. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of cereals, hot food and pastries. Secure parking was good value. Would stay again.

Towels were a little flimsy and no extra hand towel. TV a little low if you had to watch it for longer than we did. Otherwise everything was fine.

the hotel was lovely! Bright, clean with everything you’d need for a stay. special mention to the staff! they were all so lovely! in-fact I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and happy, always smiling and happy to help with nothing being to much trouble. I wish I knew all the names so I could mention every one but the only names we got were in the evening and they were Vicky and Atif …… we loved them!! Oh and the two ladies who checked us in were there to see us off, we were even offered take away coffees to take on our journey home. How lush! Amazing people and a lovely hotel!! The only thing we felt was that the room was cold but that was the fault of nobody. We mention it to a young man on the desk and he very kindly brought us a little heater .

The hotel was very close to where I needed to be. The hotel had good facilities and a nice bar and seating area. The room was clean and the POD idea for the bathroom is a good one. The shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little hard and not as comfy as I would have liked. Didn't like paying for parking, it should be free if you are staying as a guest. The TV could have been bigger. Premier Inn provide these things better than Ibis

The room was very clean with a nice view out to trees at the rear of the hotel. The bathroom 'capsule' was clean, hygienic and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good choice of TV channels available. The free wifi was fast too. The staff were super friendly and I enjoyed chatting to them whilst coming and going. On several occasions they advised me on local shopping, jogging routes along the nearby canal and on places to eat nearby.

I was happy with everything, no complaints at all.

good cozy little size, stayed for 4 nights and perfect for what we needed!! house keeper staff are all lovely and made us smile a few times!

Reception staff need more support. We noticed a member of staff struggling, he seemed stressed and there was a possibly slight language barrier. He was great though, very friendly and we could tell he was working to the best of his ability☺️

Desk staff excellent, very efficient and polite. Room spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfortable, location VERY close to where we needed to be. Price exceptional. Perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back next time we play in Birmingham!

Breakfast was apparently not available on the day of our stay (but there's a McDs next door, so we didn't starve). Sink turned out to be blocked, which ppresented a minor inconvenience. Tea-making provision was a bit stingy (two tea bags in a twin room, meaning we had to choose between a tea before bed or one in the morning).

Great staff who booked a taxi for us and came to our room to advise. Then another member of staff who knocked on our room door and offered extra clean towels without prompt. These are stylish economic rooms with a great shower. Also it was great to check in and grab a drink from the bar to take up to our room to drink as we were getting ready to go out for the night! And free parking was a definite bonus!

The location was a little difficult to find at night. You seem to have to drive through MacDonalds to access although the sat nav found it easy enough. Had we have travelled in daylight and not in darkness and high traffic it would have been far easier!
