Upgrade to deluxe double on arrival from twin room originally booked. Large rooms. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Good quality towels too. Shower was lovely (rain shower & big cubicle) Newly refurbished rooms, high quality decor and furnishings. Liked my walk in wardobe/vanity area, separate to bathroom. Flatscreen TV with netflix. Plenty secure parking, friendly staff and good value for money. Great location; opposite train station that took you to city centre in minutes.

Bedside tables needed. Beds could be king-size (double too small) Breakfast/Dinner options needed. Asked for extra pillows that weren't received.

The one part of the stairs needed a hand rail. A little difficult when you have mobility issues and carry a case down .

Close to New Street station and my event. The staff were lovely. The room was lovely - really nicely decorated. Bed was really comfortable. Although my room was by a busy road, I wasn’t overly disturbed by noise and slept well.

i arrived at one o clock in the Night, the Guy ( Bodybuilder) behind the desk was so kindley, he explaned me everything and toke the Time for me, perfect service from him, „Great Support“

the property is very modern and clean, the rooms are off a very big good size the staff are very polite and help when ever possible, Ive stayed a couple of time and always receive the same Warm welcome. no problems what so ever. also the property has more than enough parking which is free off charge.

Location is a little out of town but not a problem to either walk down the canal or get a 5 minute taxi.

Room was great. I got my room upgraded and treated really well by the staff. The décor was really appealing clean and nice.

The bar/restaurant was not yet open. The facilities were being built/ refurbished. It was the only that that took away from the experience.

Good size room. Clean. Good access to Birmingham Centre. Hotel staff all extremely helpful and welcoming.

The room was comfortable and so were the beds. The cafe was reasonably priced and the food was great. We will use it again.
