Bedroom was very luxurious

Very loud noise in the night constantly, sounded like the lift, didn't stop all night

The staff are lovely and helpful. The bed was comfy and room very clean 👌

The reason I'm giving 8/10 are a few things. The gym, whilst clean, has ONE single mat which is ridiculous, and it was falling apart. They need a few more. The room had a fridge but it was noisy and there was no access to turn it off. The lobby area had been sprayed with a super strong perfume or similar and was extremely antisocial to people who are sensitive to perfume. Just little things that add up making it 8/10. But I'd stay here again if it was a good price compared to other nearby hotels.

As a group of 4 women we all commented on the fact how safe we all felt by the security on the door was a nice touch we split up once we all got bk into hotel to grab some food the other two ladies went to grab the food and when coming back a man tried to follow them in the lift and they told security that he was acting strange and was asking what room they was in security was prompt and said to the gentleman let's get the ladies in the lift first and then waited till they got off before allowing the man to get in reception staff was excellent room was spacious bathroom was excellent overall had a great time there couldn't hear any traffic or music perfect night at the hotel

I had an email of the hotel at like 6 am to remind me checking out was 11am so that woke me up but what i didn't like was we had a knock on the door thinking was our friends and was the cleaning lady it was 9.40 and she said when we leaving I said about 10.45 ish and she was like oh and pulled a face so I felt like I was rushed and she was quite rude I'll leave when I'm meant to not when she wanted us to id understand if It was around 10.40 and was asking but was like 1.30 before check out

Loved my room, bed and extras provided or available if needed. The bar and lounge area was fab, location ideal for what I needed but be aware of noise from the busy street & bars close by. Breakfast offering was fab, although took a while to figure out where everything was and what the system was as you're not shown to a table & nothing is explained or served to you. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

Breakfast staff weren't particularly welcoming or helpful. Room was cleaned but the dirty cups and spoon were left so I had same ones for 3 days & 2 nights and the floor hadn't been hoovered as there were some hairs from previous guests left in bathroom

Centrally located, easy to check in and out, lovely staff, very clean and everything needed in the room, including a kettle (a morning brew is a must!) Blackout curtains, very comfy, big bed. The extra touches with the coffee pod machine and gorgeous smelling hand/shower wash was lovely. We stayed on street side (Broad Street is very busy on a weekend) however with earplugs we barely heard anything and the view of the city was lovely. The bar/restaurant area looked really nice, although we didn't use them. We'd happily stay again!

Frequent humming/rumbling noise which we realised could have been the lift. It didn't disturb us, we just noticed it, but could have had we been in a room closer/next to it

This hotel is in the perfect location, from a walk along the canal, visit to the ICC, or a walk into town. Tram and buses run along the street every 8 minutes. Staff were very friendly and explained the amenities. Rooms were spacious and boasted a small coffee machine ideal for coffee lovers like myself. The rooms were clean and well presented. A bottle of water was offered in the room, and it also had a fridge. There were nightclubs along the street playing loud music, but once in the room, it was faint and didn't disturb us. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and hot. We are already planning a return

There is nothing to dislike.

The hotel when we arrived were brilliant and couldn't do enough. Your company Head Office support is poor to say the least. I e-mailed, called and talked to someone over the phone. No-one passed on a message to the property, no one had the courtesy to call me back. No one had the courtesy to follow up on an email. No one had responded to an email request from Booking.com to upgrade the room. This is despite having 24 hours to sort. I gambled and went anyway. The Hotel sorted it for me when I arrived. If I have anything that isn't quite right in the future or wish to upgrade. I will choose another Hotel group as you cannot talk to the hotel and the support online and over the phone is terrible.

I like the hotel for location, the rooms are fairly spacious. Staff will accommodate guests needs if possible.

I've been staying at this hotel for the last 4 years to attend herbalife events as it's a 5 min walk from the ICC. Every year, the bar area has been open in the evening for non guest to use, however we had friends staying at another hotel that would of liked to have a drink at the hotel bar, but now it's something that's not allowed when previously it has been, so I was a little bit disappointed with that and the cost of drinks at the bar were expensive, I heard a lot guests commenting on how expensive a large glass of wine was.

The hotel is really well decorated and looks really good. The staff were great and our room was gorgeous. The room was even nicer than I expected, and it felt really luxurious. I'd happily stay there again. The location was perfect for going to an event in the arena, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Great stay, I would absolutely come back.

Due to the clubs and the nightlife in the area, we could hear music in our room until the early hours of the morning. We weren't too bothered as we had the TV on whilst we slept, which covered the noise. It was well worth it, considering everything else was spot on. It is easily solved if you take ear plugs for when you sleep. Everything else was great and I'd still return as noise can be expected when in such a busy area.

We were on the 14th floor. The room exceeded expectations and we upgraded to an executive superior room for a £2 fee. it did not disappoint - at all. It was luxurious, comfortable (especially the bed), clean, stocked up with coffee pods, tea/coffee/milk, every glass you could every need, bathrobes, hairdryer, iron and board. Everything you could every want or need was catered for. You could order room service and the nespresso machine was an added bonus complete with pods. The duty Manager Richard Westley was the most accommodating, sincerely kind and thoughtful person we have ever met, especially as I have mobility issues. He thoroughly orientated us to the hotel and its facilities, made sure I knew what to do in the event of a fire and where to go with my wheelchair. I could not have felt more safe. I really appreciate his kindness. This man needs a promotion! The unlimited breakfast was fantastic, very tasty and hot. Even the coffee was perfect. I have not ONE single complaint for this property and I will recommend it to all of my family and friends visiting the area in the future. I will never use another hotel in this area for its location and facilities. so easy to get to and the added bonus of a private car park was amazing. For those of us with disabilities, go here - they are amazing and very accessible friendly. if I could give this place a higher rating I would have. 10 stars not 5 !!
