Well equipped kitchen, lots of heating systems, nice view, quiet street

Hair dryer was missing, the doors inside the apartment are closing automatically: impossible to open room door and leave it open. Check in experience was not very smooth - we arrived pretty late (10:30pm), but had mentioned that in advance. On the arrival the building was closed, nobody on the reception, just dark inside. We had to call the emergency line, the girl was very nice and kind and told all the instructions. How to improve ? Just tell in advance that there will be nobody to meet the guests. At least being prepared to that would make an experience quite smoother.

Excellent value. Clean and good-sized accommodation with an easy system for arrival and check-out. The location is excellent, being close to nearby bars, restaurants, shops, parking and the O2 Academy which we visited for a gig. The staff member we met upon arrival was pleasant and helpful, providing good communication.

External fully glazed door at high-level (4th floor) won't close fully. There is a 1cm gap when closed. There is a guard rail in front of the glazed door to prevent a fall. Dinning chairs are very uncomfortable, the timber frame could be felt on all dinning chairs. The instructions for nearby discounted parking could be made more clear. I arrived and parked my car in the recommended discounted car park, but was not aware I needed to have downloaded and registered with the app first. Due to this, we were unable to access the discounted price. These are generally minor issues - we would happily stay again as the accommodation was of good quality overall and value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay there. I had such a relaxing bath. I spent over an hour in it. The water was so nice and hot! The apartment was clean and comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying there again!

It would have been nice to been greeted by a staff member. Although, I'm aware places like these there is usually door codes, and self-check in. Also, I was unable to empty the bin as I wouldn't have been able to get back into the main building. I would have locked myself out, as I wasn't given a fob for entry in and out of the court yard. So the cleaner bless her, took my rubbish from me, when I left.

Firstly I couldn't rate staff properly only due to not seeing anyone really, we turned up with self check in, but we briefly saw a lady who asked how is the room and she seemed friendly. The apartments were brilliant, clean, homely, spot on location would definitely stay again if we were ever passing Birmingham again.

Didn't get to meet reception staff/anyone in charge which was a shame, as would have been nice to feel comfortable knowing who to contact if we needed anything, as unsure on main reception opening times/who to contact out of hours, felt abit left to it, however I would imagine it's written somewhere in email/on building, we only stayed one night so thats prob us not looking properly.

From checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. We arrived and was told that we'd been upgraded which was a bonus. The room was very clean. Very well set out, facilities were great, nice to have a kitchen and lounge as opposed to just one room if we'd booked a hotel. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in for as long as I can remember. I didn't want to get up! To top it off, the price was great too. Glad I found this gem.

To be honest, everything was great. If I wanted to be really picky, I'd say I didn't like the smell of the hand wash but that's just personal preference.

Location excellent as not far from bullring shopping centre. The mailbox is dead opposite with lovely restaurants, Harvey nicks and malmasion spa which was well worth a visit

I asked for a standalone shower due to both my friend and I having mobility issues. It would have been helpful if someone had replied to advise u didn't have these. Instead we only found out once we got into the apartment. We also booked 2 double bedrooms and had 1 double room and 1 room with 2 single beds. They were comfy though

The central location right next to the mailbox with all the restaurants and bars was fantastic. The views were ace and the staff were exceptional. It’s just a stones throw away from New Street station, a casino, bars and bullring too. Just a short walk up the canal took you to Brindley Place which is also populated with bars and restaurants which would be even better during the summer - I’m sure Towels are fluffy and provided dishwasher washing machine iron and ironing board everything you needed in a fantastic little apartment. Shower was excellent and balcony was lovely. Loads of mirrors which was great for two female sharing

Nothing we didn’t like

The accommodation is quite close to the train station, which is really useful if you are travelling (like we did). The apartment itself was quite roomy (actually a bit more than we needed), so it's very nice and cozy. Also, the place is easy to find and the instructions from the host were quite intuitive (finding the key was like a mini-treasure hunt, but it was fun).

For our short stay, it was everything we needed, so we can't really point out any downsides. The TV was a bit weird to use (didn't really work), but it didn't bother us.

It was in a very convenient place of town. It was easy to get to.

I came to this property over 10 years ago and it’s still has the same fittings and fixtures. They are looking very dilapidated and could do with renovating as the grout and some of the silicon in the bathrooms were mouldy and the kitchen cupboards are looking a bit overworn also there was a loud humming noise like there was air-conditioning units outside of our building that made a noise that kept me up most the night. Once these properties are renovated, then I believe that The amount we paid for rental would be acceptable. I hope that this is done to a high standard as I would love to come back and stay here again very soon. ❤️

We arrived at the property early and was welcomed by Timothy who informed us that our apartment was ready and that we could check in immediately which was fantastic. Timothy was an absolutely superb host, greeted with a smile and professionalism. Even advised on parking. We were so fortunate in that we were upgraded too. What a bonus. The apartment was superb. So spacious, clean and with great facilities. Bedrooms so comfy and clean and heating was great! Location far enough away from the bustle of Broad Street to not be effected by noise but still only a few minutes walk away to there and the town centre. An overall fantastic experience and we will definitely return. Thank you so much!
