you definitely know the owners are committed to their business and customer service, extremely friendly and provided me with secure parking (separate nearby location/reasonable fee) the cooked breakfast was outstanding, room had good floorspace and en-suite, a fan was provided and i'm sure if i required anything else it would resourced, i didn't feel the owners are invasive but certainly not distant of their customers

a thicker mattress would have suited me better

Sarah was lovely & welcoming. The room & ensuite was clean, cosy and the beds comfy. Family friendly & quiet which is needed for my son due to his special needs. The easter treats that Sarah gave my children made their morning, my little girl said that was a very kind thing to do ☺️ The food smelled lovely but due to my son's very limited diet we ate out. Thank you for a lovely stay, I would stay again and would recommend to family & friends.

Friendly staff who are helpful and engaging especially with children. Kids felt so comfortable. Property close to transport, beach and coral island. Location is perfect for our family needs. Breakfast set you up for the day (fried bread is particularly worth the mention!) and the bar area of an evening great, cozy and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Room was very nice with a nice shower. The owner made me a slightly earlier breakfast when I asked for this-and the breakfast was very nice. Staff were really friendly.

The wifi didn't work in my room. I think this was just a glitch though as there was another net work that I could have used -I just wasn't aware of it.

Been here numerous times now and always book here if I can. Its always so clean and tidy and such a great location too away from the busy sea front but still so close its a 2 minute walk to front or coral island. Sarah is always happy and willing to help and just have a chat. She's doing a brilliant job and I'll keep using this lovely B&B

The property is so close to the main attractions in Blackpool but you don’t get all the noise from the clubs and bars. It’s very clean , the room was brilliant for all 5 of us (2 adults, 3children) Sarah is a lovely friendly lady and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was really good!

The location was great, food was tasty. Sarah could not do enough to meet our needs which made our stay outstanding. This was a warm, welcoming, friendly and clean hotel and would definitely stay here again. 5stars from both myself and my mum. Thank you Sarah, See you Soon x Rachel & Wynn

Nothing was bad all excellent The place was lovely like the owners and the breakfast was lovely I would highly recommend staying here

Nothing didnt like but one point is the TV was in a corner of the room high on the wall but was too small to watch anything but that's myself not criticism.

We had a lovely 4 night stay we had a good sized family room. Sarah was absolutely lovely so kind and friendly. Good choice for breakfast in the morning. Nice warm shower in the room. Good location for attractions. Would definitely return again.

What a beautiful little gem of a hotel, if I could give it more stars I definitely would, as soon as you walk through the door you can see and smell how clean it was, the bed was so comfortable o could have slept for England, Sarah & Stuart are the perfect hosts, breakfast was superb with a really good choice of food to set you up for the day, cannot stress enough how lovely our stay here was and wished we could have stayed longer, it’s literally a 5 min walk to the seafront and we have booked again for next year. Oh and we can’t forget their gorgeous little dog, we missed our dog so it was lovely to sit and pet her.

Absolutely nothing! The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to go home for work
