No breakfast as per booking . Location ideal my usual area. Kian checked Tv Signal seemed ok but when I change channels no signal this was proven by going through menu on Tv..was looking forward to Match of the Day the price was fair but could have been cheaper due to shared shower and separate ablutions was bit inconvenience by remembering to take the room key .Shower was excellent no problem with water flow. All in all a CREDIT TO THE HOSTS

Nothing regarding Hotel . Peaceful except some outside revellers on Saturday night . I wasn't bothered about it due to out doing some walking. Angie was always on the go from my observations.

There's a lot to list here, from the lovely, clean entrance, Angie is amazing and remembered us from our stay at a different hotel years ago which was lovely, the hotel smelled really nice and looked great from the outside to inside.. . I LOVE the new carpet throughout the hotel, it just makes the whole place look and feel super comfortable from the second you step through the door. The room was a nice size and had what we needed. It was lovely and clean throughout and was just a really nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again!

The mattress protector was a little loud (I'm a light sleeper and it rustled when you moved) the toilet roll dispenser was super loud if used through the night, again more of an issue with me being a light sleeper than it being an inconvenience really.

Lovely couple. A warm and hospitable stay. Lovely breakfast. Location was perfect for all the attractions. The proprioters Angie and Kian always on hand when needed.,so welcoming. Felt like a home from home. Spotlessly clean hotel that i would thouroughly recommend to anyone.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the proprioters. Did not enjoy our trip to sealife. Was over crowded...hardly room to see anything. No cold drinks available only slushies for the kids.

Angie and Kian was so welcoming and friendly, the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and locatated 5 minits walk to the beach, shops and bars. Will definitely stay there again in the future as ir was so convenient. Thank you both. Gillian and James from Brighouse xx

Very good location easy to get to. Friendly greeting and helpful to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything else to make my stay more comfortable. They have a fridge and microwave that can be used. I loved my stay there.i

The couple that operate this guest house are very welcoming and obliging. The guest house looks to have been redecorated to a high standard recently and the quality carpets in the common areas were only laid two weeks ago. Scrupulously clean and a great location for easy access to just about everywhere. Good value for money. I will definitely use again on future trips.

the owners were very friendly and chatty, the location is excellent just a minutes walk to the promenade and shops, the room was excellent value and nice and clean, they upgraded me free of charge which was very nice of them. thank you!

no complaints, it was a bit too cold for my liking, electric heater was on full the whole time but the room was still too cold for someone just sitting in their room working, I wore my coat the entire time and it was sufficient, but given the LOW price and the FREE upgrade it was really not a big issue

I've been reading a few reviews on this and I'm shocked !! .. Did they in fact stay at the same hotel as my husband and I ?? The rooms are beautifully decorated and obsessively clean Great location At £46.00 a night great value for your money. I have stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool and this is my favourite so far .. Hosts..are a beautiful couple💖💙 who bent over backwards to support us there was a we accident in the room we went out all fixed when we came back...None off this .. YOU BROKE IT YOU PAY FOR IT !! Rules no take aways in rooms ..So!!! You can eat in the dining area of an evening that was so nice to do if I'm honest hosts visited and chatted with us .. I see there point ..bedding sheets covered in food floor as well ..didn't ower parents teach us all to be respectful in others homes ..hotels included..off your £46. A new bedding set if dye doesn't come off sheets all goes in the bucket ..but thats ok they make a fortune No!! They make a living like you and I ... A great place to stay that is welcoming from the start. The place is spotlessly clean and fresh. Breakfast is fabulous, with 7 items on the full English, plus cereals and toast. Definitely recommend.

My only negative comment is that the single room I had is small and if you are a big build like me, then the loo is a tight squeeze. But that's a personal thing and not really a reflection on the hotel.

Lovely hosts...Happy to stop for a chat. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee etc refreshed every day.

Single Room was a bit tight but cosy. Main light was a bit harsh...needed a lamp.
