Arif & Sam (apologies if names not spelt correctly) were absolutely fabulous hosts. We were greeted with smiles and they spoke to us every time they saw us. The accommodation was clean and cosy. And is in a great location for Central pier / the tower area. Was also good to know they managed a few properties and also have some apartments. Would certainly recommend this place and would definitely return ourselves. Thank you guys for a wonderful weekend for the airshow

The only down point I can make is the cleaner had missed a few little details but spoke with Arif and he apologised with sympathy and advised he would speak to the cleaner. May I add the little details did not affect our stay in anyway.

I quite sceptical before getting to the hotel due to previous bad experiences. However when i got there i was happy to see that i had a bathroom all for myself for the price i paid. The host made me feel welcome. The location was very convenient for my travel, and the price was great for that location. The hosts are very helpful and kind, always checking on how things are going and ready to help with whether I needed. Overall it was a good stay. Will definitely be returning.

The room was smaller than I expected, however its was enough as I was travelling alone and also equivalent to the price I paid.

The location was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We honestly couldn't have asked for better regarding the location. You could see Coral Island from the front door of the hotel, and it was 2 minutes walk on to the beach. The staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for me and my young toddler and made us feel safe and at home. It was a little daunting staying in a hotel with my toddler by myself for the first time, but the staff really put us at ease, and were available without feeling as though they were imposing. The only drawback was lack of storage space to place clothes etc. But otherwise, no complaints!

Sam and Arif were excellent hosts, really nice and friendly, couldn't fault them!! The location of the hotel was good, in fact so good, that it's not worth saying the coast, Blackpool Tower or The Winter Gardens etc was a 5 minute walk away, as it seemed that they were more "on the doorstep"!!!!

Owner was unreal, could not do enough for you, room was amazing, and the value superb! Will defo be returning here in the near future.

Nothing, amazing

This room is what you pay for, its cheap there is a lovely man who runs this place, if you want luxury the answers no, we enjoyed our stay, no frills, nice and quite when we were there, you get what you pay for great budget hotel.

i found as said every thing was fine for us, but we did expect this when you don't pay out a small fortune to stay there, we paid £138 for four nights, and we did not have to get up to early, we could stay till 12 am not 10am on the day we left, so that was good, what is here to dislike, we found every thing about this place ok.

My room was clean and cosy and the staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. My welcome at Belroy Hotel was the warmest I’ve ever had at any place I stayed and the location is excellent. When I visit Blackpool the next time, I will definitely stay there again!

I love staying there Sam and arif make you feel so at home their lovely people feel like I’ve known them years.

Owners super friendly, really nice professional hosts. The hotel is exactly what you need close to anything you would need.

The water pressure in the showers was slow, we had 2 rooms and we all showered in the one with better water pressure. However could of just been when everyone was in the shower.

I liked everything about this hotel as the location is fantastic with only a short walk to the beach the host was very welcoming and the room was perfect for me and my family

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel as it ideal for if you want a cheap and local place to stay
