The location was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We honestly couldn't have asked for better regarding the location. You could see Coral Island from the front door of the hotel, and it was 2 minutes walk on to the beach. The staff were amazing and so friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for me and my young toddler and made us feel safe and at home. It was a little daunting staying in a hotel with my toddler by myself for the first time, but the staff really put us at ease, and were available without feeling as though they were imposing. The only drawback was lack of storage space to place clothes etc. But otherwise, no complaints!

This room is what you pay for, its cheap there is a lovely man who runs this place, if you want luxury the answers no, we enjoyed our stay, no frills, nice and quite when we were there, you get what you pay for great budget hotel.

i found as said every thing was fine for us, but we did expect this when you don't pay out a small fortune to stay there, we paid £138 for four nights, and we did not have to get up to early, we could stay till 12 am not 10am on the day we left, so that was good, what is here to dislike, we found every thing about this place ok.

My room was clean and cosy and the staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful. My welcome at Belroy Hotel was the warmest I’ve ever had at any place I stayed and the location is excellent. When I visit Blackpool the next time, I will definitely stay there again!

Great location, round from the corner from the town centre. The property is nice and cosy throughout.

No complaints really just one thing when we stripped the beds for the owners we thought we would do that. there was a stain on the mattress, it was old though so can’t fault that the beds weren’t comfy cos they were. toilet floor seemed a bit rotten but wasn’t an issue, just something I’d noticed.

Owners super friendly, really nice professional hosts. The hotel is exactly what you need close to anything you would need.

The water pressure in the showers was slow, we had 2 rooms and we all showered in the one with better water pressure. However could of just been when everyone was in the shower.

I liked everything about this hotel as the location is fantastic with only a short walk to the beach the host was very welcoming and the room was perfect for me and my family

The location was brilliant for what we wanted. Me and my little boy stayed for 5 nights and was very close to all the attractions. We booked thus hotel last minute due to an issue with the previous booking and the hotel was very accommodating in letting us drop off our bags until the room was ready.

The room was a tad small but was only a base for us so it was fine

I Liked everything as the host waa very welcoming and went out of his way for me and my family and we had a lovely holiday and will definately be returning.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel and for people who would like to stay in a nice cheap hotel this is certainly the right place.

free wifi perfect location 2 minute walk to tower and town, landlord and wife where lovely, lounge downstairs was a bonus and free wifi, cafes and takeaways 2 minute walk very easy to find, provided with tea sugar milk clean towels and soap

our second stay, husband and wife run hotel both very welcoming and friendly, nice living room area to use during the day, clean facilities our second stay we had shared bathroom, and was happy with how clean it was kept and never got stuck waiting for somone else to use it maybe we got lucky ha! location is amazing and for the price I was expecting something a lot worse! but we are very happy and will book with the belroy hotel again next time!
