- Walls are very thin, the TV, conversations and snoring from the room next door are clearly audible, earplugs are a must for sleeping. - Housekeeping let themselves in while I was in bed, under the impression I was checking out a day earlier than agreed, presumably a miscommunication somewhere and in fairness I think they did knock first. - TV Remote was missing initially - The room's dedicated Netflix account didn't recognise the device so was unusable (potentially down to Netflix's own recent service update).

Great location, freshly decorated, clean, nice bright big room, fantastic bathroom,, good room facilities. liked the codes for door and room entry, loved the view of Blackpool Tower from the room window, the large TV with Netflix etc, plenty drawer and wardrobe space, big comfy bed, good quality bedding and towels.

No hand soap in bathroom, very noisy on the street outside at night, one night upon arriving back at the hotel someone had pitch the snub on and the front door was lying open,

No mirrors at all in either the bedroom or bathroom.

We parked at South King Street car park as there's no parking at the hotel. It was literally down the next road so a few minutes away. Brilliant location, everything is at the end of the street. McDonald's is a 2 minute walk away so we went there for cheap breakfast most days. Easy check in. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was quiet. Easy to find. Lovely big shower and beds were very comfortable.

The only downfall was there was no mirror in the room, not even the bathroom. There was a very large one in the corridor outside which I used to do my make up but I did pop to poundland which is around the corner to get a small one to use in the room. Everything else was great though.

The location is great right at the heart of the city center, the hotel is very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The communication is very clear and the check in is very easy.

The fact is that some renovations going on there was strong smell of paints which was a bit uncomfortable for my sensitive nose I’m allergic and my nose easily blocked from such strong smell. It will be great to put a bin in the bathroom, a hanger for jackets in the room and check the water flow in the shower.

This place was fantastic value for money. For a price where I would normally expect to have a shared bathroom, I got an ensuite shower room. Everything looked very new and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. The free wifi was excellent. The location is as central as you can get with many takeaways and food shops close by. This is the first time I've stayed in a place with access by code rather than key and I was a bit nervous about it, but in fact it worked without a hitch. The staff were very efficient and professional in sending the codes and also a number to contact them on if you needed help.

The TV remote seemed to be missing but I didn't want to watch TV so I didn't bother about it. There was nowhere at all to hang anything up, even a couple of hooks on the doors would be a help. The light switch is on the other side of the room from the bed so a bedside lamp would be good.

Check in was so simple and everything you needed to know is on the back of the bedroom doors (wifi pass, check out times etc). I love how close the guest house is to all of the main attractions! It had such a homely feel in the room. Such amazing value for money! I would definitely come back here.

The only tiny things wrong were that we couldn’t find the hair dryer in the room (Room 7) so it was either stolen or broken and removed from the room. Also Netflix didn’t seem to be working but again just minor issues! Nothing major at all!

Location was spot on. Quiet street but right at the heart next to tower. Room very clean and freshly decorated. No noise from other residents, despite other comments of this. Maybe we were just lucky😀

Room very hot, despite having windows open all day and night. We were at the top of hotel so guess heat rises!! Bedside lamp would have been good, to save on ceiling light being switched on all the time.

It was super clean with a really comfortable bed and very handy for where we needed to be the water was lovely and hot with fluffy towels and very clean bed linen.

The shower door was loose and really needed a bathroom mat.there was nowhere to hang your coats or clothes not even a single hook on the door.
