Stumbled across this lovely, quiet and clean hotel as a last minute booking, upon arrival and during our stay you could smell that the hotel was clean and is cleaned regularly. There was free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix in our room, there was also a mini fridge and safe. The location was superb, close to all main attractions and promenade. Really nice staff, had no issues at all during our stay, would honestly recommend.

Honestly there was nothing that I could complain about.

Fantastic stay here, extremely good value for money. The staff were very nice and friendly, everything was clean and tidy. Our room was a lovely little ensuite located to the back of the property up the stairs and was nice and quiet. Tamarind Cove is centrally located close to the promenade, local shops and restaurants. There will be something close by that should suit most people's needs. It is thoroughly recommended for a stay. We will be back for sure. Top of our value for money list 5*+

No breakfast on offer due to renovating the property

Although recently decorated the bathroom is very tired and needs a refurb, the sleeping area was a squash but totally fine as we only used it as a base for sleeping. The room again freshly decorated but cleanliness was an issue. Don't get me wrong particular issues were sorted straight away and reassurance was offered that replacement beds and mattresses had been purchased however the lamps were terribly dusty the radiators full with dust but you can see they are renovating and working hard they just need the cleans in my opinion to be more thorough.

It was a perfect location for everywhere in blackpool the rooms were nicely presented very quite and nice place to stay

I didn't like that the shower was broken I did try and place the pipe back to where it should go but it just kept popping back out so it was impossible to have a show after a rainy day at the pleasure beach I just wanted a nice shower. Also there was a old bottle of Fanta under the bed that didn't belong to us and there was tags and a coat hanger left etc which indicated to Mr that under the bed wasn't cleaned properly other than that I couldn't think of any other faults at all

location was excellent, was nice and quiet at night (except for the partner snoring 🤣) super friendly - customer service was great when we called with an enquiry before check in, was a fan in our room which was a god send, the bed was king size ! can’t tell you how happy I was with that, I hate small beds and being cramped up. excellent value for money it was just what we needed for a mini break

only thing I didn’t 100% love was the mattress it was very soft - sat on it and I sunk in, it wasn’t comfortable to sit on to watch the telly or unwind after walking all day, but overall it was a minor issue and I would return regardless

property was good location. 5 min walk to coral island, tower and seafront. the property was quiet and so was the streets outside. The fridge in the room is bonus for storing cold drinks. the b&b also supplied complimentary toiletries. Staff were really helpful when my little one was sick and I need new bedding and cleaning supplies.

if I was nip picking then maybe the decor needs updated as some of the paint in bathroom was breaking off in the bathroom. however this didn’t effect my stay whatsoever and would stay again

Bed was comfy, staff were helpful, locality good

Room was quite dusty and needed hoovered, however toilet and bed were clean. Radiator wouldn't turn down or off was very hot room, however staff turned it off for us next day. On the last night the owner knocked at 9pm asking if he could show some people our room as he was selling the hotel. Which was odd, parking was £10 per day which is quite expensive. Nothing touristy open this time of year but nice break.

Both lads spot on and friendly, breakfast was lovely and on till 12 if your a late riser like the kids, new floor being installed looked great so looks like full place is getting a makeover so any small issues I may have had most likely picked up in the maintenace. located in a perfect spot not far at all to walk and your at everything. Would stay again ideal place

Not told about parking charge until I arrived sure when I booked said free parking but after a 4 hour drive with kids I couldn't be bothered to pull him up on it Toilet was not fitted secure to wall and floor correctly so had movement, shelf under TV that held tea ect was loose had to move everything off until we left. But nothing massive floors were just being laid looked good so assuming that it is ongoing work anyway so I am sure it will be sorted on maintenace Didn't like how when I asked a price to book in advance he had to search it rather than giving me a price straight from him he checked online.

All staff are helpful & very friendly. Very close to the beach, amusements, food places, and cheaper parts of the town. Food was well presented

Unfortunately, the cleanliness does let it down a bit in the rooms and crockery. Bar expensive we took drinks with us after 1st two nights - I would still stay again

Really good value for money.Nice surprise that you are able to use the bar and facilities from the neighbouring hotel. Decent food for the money, plenty of meat given in the carvery. San Miguel only £3 a pint! Great location. Would stay again without hesitation.

Rooms could be slightly cleaner and some parts of the hotel are unfinished.
