We loved our stay at The Braeside. Firstly location, you can park for free on the road outside; we used the tram a lot which goes from Glynn Square at the end of the road; the B&B is in the quiet end of Blackpool just behind the Savoy Hotel. We had a triple room and economy double - the triple room is the best room in the place and overlooks the beach and has view of the Tower. The double room (9) is compact but was clean and welcoming. The tea tray and biscuits were welcomed by the children. Next Nick and Nikki are the most welcoming hosts and were very hospitable at breakfast. The full English and continental options had something for everyone. Thank you, we hope to return one day!

Lovely bed and breakfast. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Stayed in family room 1 single and a double bed, really comfy beds had a fab sleep. Room lovely and light with side view of the sea. Located near to Glynn Square tram stop for getting to and from anywhere if not keen on walking, right next to a small park and beach just across the road. Excellent location. Hosts very welcoming, friendly and attentive, and sorted my issue with original room booking missing people off so no problems on arrival. would definitely recommend. Also excellent taste on shirts like my hubby 😃. Thank you x

The property was immaculately clean. The owners were both so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was first Class. I’m confident this has to be one of the best places to stay in Blackpool.

Everything was exceptional. Staff always accommodating to my mother and the kids. Nothing was too much .

Everything was rated amazing to me by my mother. She absolutely loved her stay and wishes to return.

Have been before will go again, nice and clean accommodation, breakfast was top notch the hosts Njcki and we're friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble, we chatted to them for so long they could have charged us for a second night. A little out of way but there's a tram stop a 100 yards away so no trouble getting to the center.,would most definitely recommend.

Firstly there was free parking outside the place then we checked in and the hosts were very friendly and helpful took us to our room which was lovely and very clean told us to get settled have a cup of tea and check out the room before even taking our money told us to be happy with the room 1st we had a lovely night's sleep and the breakfast was amazing cereal fruit tea coffee ful English excellent bacon and sausages not cheap muck really enjoyed all of our stay here and would definitely go back 💯💯 .

Breakfast was very good Nikki went out and bought a special item for Breakfast Couldn't do enough for us, all we had to do was ask Heating had packed up but we were given 2 heaters for the room which they told us to keep on all the time so that we were warm enough

Everything was fantastic but no heating which we was told about and gave us so small oil heaters I was fine but unfortunately my daughter was cold through the night they did say half price next stay because of it so truly go that extra step to please .

First off, the cooked breakfast was amazing! The cleanliness of the guest house was well above what we expected, not a speck of dust in sight. Very welcoming and friendly owners. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that we needed. Parking outside is also a big plus.

Not much to say here, if I had to pick I would say that the squeaky floorboard in our room could do with sorting. Other than that....there was nothing else we didn't like.

The Hosts Nikki and Nick were beyond fantastic, we decided to go to Blackpool for a weekend break with our autistic daughter because she loves sensory things and most of all coloured lights. Our daughter is scared of the dark and once Nikki heard her say so, she provided her with a beautiful night light for her bedside. Aswell as this, when it was time to leave, our daughter loved the coloured light changing candles on the breakfast table, so Nikki and Nick told her she could take one home, they were really lovely with our daughter and Nick enjoyed looking at Kaitlyns dolls that she won the night before when we came down for breakfast. Our Hosts were truly helpful, very approachable, supportive of our needs having a child with autism and really knowledgeable about Blackpool and the surrounding area. The room was perfect for what we needed, comfy beds, close enough to our little one that she wasn't scared and knew we were close by, she also could see the top section of the Blackpool Tower from her window and enjoyed looking at it change colour, it was a very good sized room/s and very clean. It was also in the best location for us as a family as we were away from all the hussle and bussle of night life in Blackpool, yet close enough to walk into, or catch a quick tram into the heart of Blackpool. Blackpool North and Gynn Square is a place I have stayed many times before but this is my first time staying at The Braeside, but it will not be the last as we have booked direct with Nikki and Nick on our last day for another stay next year this time for 7 days. We were that blown away with how great everything was that we felt comfortable and confident that on our return next year we wanted to stay with Nikki and Nick at The Braeside once again. Anyone reading this, Don't double think this hotel. Family friendly, great rooms, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast, great location and price. What More Could You Want !
