We had a lovely warm welcome from Nikki on arrival. Nikki even helped me with my bag up the stairs. There is a large chargeable carpark right opposite Breaside, which was handy. The room was really clean and fresh, and the ensuite was also very clean. The water in the shower was lovely and hot. The towels were very soft and fluffy. There was a good supply of tea and coffee with delicious cookies for us. The room felt nice and cosy as there was a portable heater for our use. The clothes rail was a useful addition and met our needs for the one night we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep Breakfast was delicious and served in the most beautifully decorated room, as was the Breaside overall.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

We arrived early and had no problem checking in the room was light and had everything we needed for our overnight stay plenty of tea/coffee/milk ,the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great . We would stay here again very quiet area and a nice 20 mins walk to tower but we loved the walk not to far for the tram and bus stop should you need them . Also get a day return or day pass if you need to ride both ways as it’s cheaper . Nick and Nicky were very pleasant and approachable .The breakfast was first class my husband had a small size breakfast and it was cooked well and I had cereal and toast all very nice and you will never leave their dinning room hungry . All in all a very nice happy hotel .

Perhaps the only thing for me and my husband we would probably ask for a room on the first level but otherwise can’t find fault with our stay .

We had room no. 3 with a sea view where you will find a nice corner with armchairs next to the large window ,you can enjoy the view while sipping coffee. Everything was super clean, you can see that the hosts care about this place and invest, they also care about their guests. In the morning you can eat a tasty breakfast, which is included in the price also free car park on the street.

This is the second time we have been to Braeside and went as part of our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebrations. The room was clean, neat and tidy and the breakfast was superb. Our hosts were helpful and made sure we had all we needed. In Blackpool we went to the Circus rode the trams, met friends for lunch and drove through the lights. We had a wonderful time.

Weather not brilliant but made the most of it.

Nick and Nikki where fantastic hosts. Warm, generous and friendly people. The whole place is spotless and felt like home. A pleasure to stay.

The only criticism I can think of is the stairs, especially the landing to our room was a bit dark. Just needs a little light or something to see even where the key hole is 🙂My wife (who is blind in one eye) did find it a little scary.

Nick and nikki were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spotless, beds were comfy, noise pollution from the room was next to nothing. with the best view of the sea, and watching the trams go by. Couldn't fault the experience at all. Will definitely be back. :)

Unaware of the room being in the attic so struggled with the stairs, no lighting once at the top when dark, shower too small to use, few areas in room particularly at the edges of carpet and in corners of en-suite that hadn’t been cleaned properly

We loved our stay at The Braeside. Firstly location, you can park for free on the road outside; we used the tram a lot which goes from Glynn Square at the end of the road; the B&B is in the quiet end of Blackpool just behind the Savoy Hotel. We had a triple room and economy double - the triple room is the best room in the place and overlooks the beach and has view of the Tower. The double room (9) is compact but was clean and welcoming. The tea tray and biscuits were welcomed by the children. Next Nick and Nikki are the most welcoming hosts and were very hospitable at breakfast. The full English and continental options had something for everyone. Thank you, we hope to return one day!

Lovely bed and breakfast. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Stayed in family room 1 single and a double bed, really comfy beds had a fab sleep. Room lovely and light with side view of the sea. Located near to Glynn Square tram stop for getting to and from anywhere if not keen on walking, right next to a small park and beach just across the road. Excellent location. Hosts very welcoming, friendly and attentive, and sorted my issue with original room booking missing people off so no problems on arrival. would definitely recommend. Also excellent taste on shirts like my hubby 😃. Thank you x

The property was immaculately clean. The owners were both so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was first Class. I’m confident this has to be one of the best places to stay in Blackpool.
