Great hotel, excellent breakfast, and Jay the host was lovely

Bed a little hard,but only because our home one is very soft and not used to it

Perfection is guaranteed at The Highfield Hotel. This stay was as excellent as previously. The quiet location is just a short walk to the promenade. Many happy, delightful hours were spent sitting on the front admiring the sea view with the Lake District mountains being clearly visible. You must try watching the sunset from there. The sunken gardens with the waterfall are only minutes away as well. The outstanding qualities of the hotel and its location make for an extremely enjoyable and memorable holiday.

The Highfield provided a superb, full breakfast freshly cooked and presented with fruit juice, cereal, toast and coffee. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent being just off the prom and close to tram and bus stops. The panoramic views from the prom in that area encompass the Lake District and Wales and of course, mile after mile of the Irish Sea. The attractive sunken garden with waterfall is just opposite the Hotel. The Hotel has its own forecourt with seating and a highly attractive display of bedding plants and flowers; the very essence of summer.

Bedroom quite spacious, lovely modern shower, big downstairs lounge, delicious breakfast ever morning, friendly host as usual very helpful and the whole family of owners very nice and accommodating we were very happy and going home relaxed and definitely will be back thank you

3 things : 1. found some cobwebs on back of bathroom door 2. no towels change for a stay mon-fri not sure about the bedding as Monday and Tuesday were really hot and sweaty days 3. bed bit springy but nothing major

Stayed over Easter with my family and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing was to much for them. They were very helpful and couldn't do enough. One of my children was very sick and they pointed us in the right direction to get him seen. Not sickness due to the hotel as he was not staying in the hotel with us. He was playing football in Blackpool and was staying in a different hotel with his team mates. The owners of the Highfield let him come to stay in r room with us and fed him whilst he was there and wouldn't take anymore money off us. Thank you once again Highfield. Keep up the good work 👌🏻👌🏻the location is right next to the tram stop what runs every 15mins up and down the promenade. The breakfast was excellent and they always asked if u wanted more when u were done.

Originally booked two nights however through no fault of the hotel and purely down to personal circumstances we only stayed the one night. Across the road is a tram station with an easy 10 min ride if not less into the main Blackpool promenade area. I stayed here with my best friend for the night for her 30th birthday weekend and was greeted with a very warm welcome and even had the offer of being helped with our bags which we thought was very thoughtful. The hosts always seemed very happy and welcoming and pleasant and friendly and couldn't do enough for you, always going above and beyond. Our room was lovely and clean, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was really well served and tasty in the morning. Would highly recommend and If not down to personal circumstances, we would have stayed the second night....will definitely look to stay here again in future. 😀

A lovely warm welcome and they couldnt do any more to help. Assisted us with our bags up to the room and explained how everything worked straight away. Full english breakfast was better than the meal we had at a local restaurant. Lovely comfortable beds, our kids wanted to move in

The weather! Other than that as i said before they welcomed us warmly and later than advertised at no extra charge. I can honestly say there was nothing we didnt like

Me and my partner stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 7 days and we had a really great time. From the minute we arrived the owners were lovely, they were warm and friendly, more than happy to assist if you needed any help or anything extra and really welcomed you into the property so it felt homely. It was nice that they took the time to interact and get to know us in the time we were there too, the other guests were also all friendly. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. At breakfast, the food was to a high standard and really tasty, nothing was too much and we always got asked if we wanted extras.

Nothing, we really couldn't find any fault with the place or the owners. We had a really great experience and it the stay really added to our holiday. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in blackpool and have already recommended it to family and friends.

I booked for my wife and she liked the family run fact, people were super friendly and it felt like a HAPPY place to be. Breakfast was excellently made from fresh produce. Nothing was pre-cooked. Room was adequate for herself with everything that she needed. I have booked for her again for later this year.

We were late for breakfast first morning due to personal issues however the staff were amazing and offered to make breakfast for 3 people half an hour after kitchen closed. Very friendly and welcoming family run hotel. You can grab an all day tram ticket for £6 riding the whole prom. We were a little more north than I'd thought we would be but just 2 minutes away from the beach, and everything a tram ride away it was great. Roughly 25 minutes walk from Centre/Tower along the sea front. Lovely little place to stay will definitely return. Thankyou greatly to jay and family 🤗
