Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, very friendly, location is fantastic, just a walk away from the tram stop to catch to the main part of Blackpool front, or a little Walk if preferred. Breakfast was amazing, we would definitely go back. The hosts Trudy and her husband was outstanding and made us feel very welcome…

There was nothing that we would like improved.

On a fairly quiet side street which afforded a better sleep than the promenade. The beautiful period property has been well maintained by owners. The public areas: foyer, conservatory, dining room were bright and clean. My 2nd floor room was big enough for my 5 night, solo trip. It had a good shower, toiletries, large and quality bath sheets. Nice bed linen. I was on B&B basis and the breakfasts were amazing!! Cereals, juices, fruits. Then the cooked breakfast was plentiful, well presented, HOT, and delicious. The owners couldn’t do enough for their guests and you could feel they genuinely care about their guests and their business. would love to return.

Its not a fault of the hotel really, but I need an almost “blackout” bedroom to be able to sleep. The white curtains were not for me. But that’s just my fussy preference.

Good breakfast and they went out of their way to provide my preferred vegan sausages.

The proprietors “Trudi and Malcolm” were very warm and welcoming, accommodating of my dietary requests. A fab cooked breakfast with plenty of choice, Delicious and beautifully presented. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. Being in the North of Blackpool it is obviously quiet but the centre can be easily accessed by public transport or a leisurely stroll. The added bonus of car parking spaces meant I could easily park at any time of my stay either on the allocated spaces or directly on the roadside. I was a solo traveller for the first time but was made to feel at ease, I have booked to return in August for a long weekend.

Everything was fab

Clean comfortable Rooms, Lovely hot breakfast, Use of a fridge to store drinks etc. Malcolm and Trudi were very welcoming. Location was ideal. Just a tram ride or 30 minute walk to the tower. Very comfortable beds.

Shower in Room 3 had a couple of issues but I emailed Trudi & Malcolm and they are going to try to address the issue for further guests. No other negative comments except maybe too many beans with breakfast but that was only a personal preference and others may not agree.

My usual visit to Blackpool for 4 day Rebellion Festival, stayed at brother's in past..... Found this "Gem of a B&B"...... Hosts, Trudy & Malcolm were very welcoming, and nothing was a problem, lovely single room with en-suite,, which was spotless... Just far enough away from the Blackpool "Hustle and bustle" .. Will ensure I book my stay for Rebellion 2024 here soon.... Many thanks Trudy & Malcolm, see next year x

Wasn't anything to dislike

A very warm welcome when first arrived, rooms lovely and spacious, facilities within room very good, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order, very fresh and tasty, all usual items available i.e. cereals. juice etc. very informative host and plenty of information regarding what was on offer in the area. Great location, not in the main foot traffic area so nice and quite, but a short walk or tram ride into centre of town.

a longer stay.

it was absolutely perfect location for the Blackpool marathon start and it was 2mins walk from tram stop for town. felt safe walking home myself at night after dinner (not all of Blackpool is like that). the hosts were super friendly and helpful and went to a lot of effort to make my stay everything I needed. I even got a free room upgrade ! the parking was brilliant which is hard o find in Blackpool properties. bedroom was clean, comfortable, cosy and spacious. really excellent

Large , clean room. Quiet but 5 mins from a tram stop made it easy to get into town, but away from the noise when you wanted to sleep. Perfect location really. The owner Trudi was really lovely and a genuine warm welcome was great. We’ve stayed at many B&Bs in Blackpool and this is the first one we’ve said we’d return to. Breakfast was yummy and nothing too much trouble.
