Ideal spot for The Winter Gardens Right on the front a small walk / stagger to the darts and back .Everything close by so a great place to stop .Parking at the door easy to find .

All spot on Breakfast was good but could have been a bit bigger to soak up the alcohol

Great sized room and everyrhing you meeded really just a great basic budget room Staff and breakfast and overall vibe fantastic staff can't do enough for you very juice would definatley return despite the negatives I would definatley be willing to stay again I didn't contact the manager at any point regarding anything as they didn't spoil the stay but I have Jo.doubt if approached they would of handled it appropriately

The room was a little dated but it didn't matter because it was clean excluding we moved out 1 of the children's beds and they're was a disposable vape down the back also Not really parking as advertised so took forever to.find a space as the hotel only has a few at the side on the building just off the pavement all were taken when we arrived so had to.circle block several times outside loading was allowed so we just took it in turns up the steps with the bags made easier and eventually found a space around the back of the property with the close.location to the center we left the car on the back street for the duration of the stay which was a good plus point

Excellent friendly staff and atmosphere. Made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The location is amazing, the kids loved the balcony, they could see everything, thankyou, we had booked the family room with 2 double beds, the room had 1 double and 2 singles, so we just moved the 2 singles together, so wasnt too bad

The only thing i have anything bad to say was the parking, there wasnt anywhere to park, we was driving round at least half an hour trying to find a space, which was very difficult with it being hallowween weekend, apart from that, brill hotel

We enjoyed our stay . The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The place was lovely and clean although a little dated in places but nothing to worry about. The quality of the freshly cooked breakfast and presentation was excellent but a little more choice would have been nice (tomatoes, mushrooms etc). It is in a great location on the front halfway between the north and south piers. The room was very clean and in our case had a great sea view. We had a parking spot to the side of the property which had easy access and no one was blocked in.

Staff were great, so friendly and engaging with our young Child. The owner even went out of his way to source some alcohol free cider for me as i was unable to drink. Breakfast was excellent aswell.

The exterior of the building could do with brightening up a bit, but overall it was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our trip to Blackpool.

Me and my partner liked this hotel the owners were lovely its a good location amd the breakfast was nice when we arrived our room was on the second floor we asked if there was any chance we could have a room lower down and they gave us a room on the ground floor would recommend this hotel me amd my partner would go to this hotel again

The only thing I would say is that in the bathroom needed a roller blind or curtain on the window as it faced the road and we was on the ground floor

Owner and staff friendly and helpfull, breakfast was cooked to perfection. All worked very hard to ensure your stay was the best it could be. Enjoyed the company with drinks in the evening. Look forward to a return visit over the coming years. A great location and love the character of a traditional Blackpool hotel run by a very hard working team.

It's what you expect in the beginning. This was spot on in our view. Hospitality and location with the warmth within it.

We return to this hotel every year as it's in an excellent location for the tram and bus stop , we park the car outside the hotel and get travel passes to use while we are there. The hotel is very good value for money and you can't fault the quality and service of the breakfast they serve.

Staff were amazing went above and beyond! Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and very acomadting to 2 young kids and elderly relative. The bar was great loved playing pool it's a stone throw away from beach and all fun things!

As all blackpool hotels its an old building and bit dated.

The location was fab got what I asked for staff were friendly and very pleasant breakfast was amazing would deffo stay here again thank you for your hospitality winnie Caroline and Denise the (smith booking from clydebank Scotland) thanx

Not that this put us off but an extra pillow and a comfortable mattress would be an asset as it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on other than that it was a very pleasant stay
