Me n the wife booked to stay here for one night and were were travelling here from 3hrs drive north. Booking in was very easy, hassle free, and the gentleman on the desk was very friendly indeed. He had a smile on his face, and nothing was a problem for him at all. He took our bags to our room along with ourselves. He was a very friendly person, and that is something to commend given that so many aren't in the hotel industry. After we checked out the next morning, we had a nice chat with him and left to go do what we came to do. What was meant to be a routine trip to Boston turned out to be a very long and very challenging time, and we had to stay in Boston for 2 more nights, with each night being completely unexpected. Each night, I went to the desk and asked if there was a room available and we were greeted by the same Gent each time, and he knew that we were struggling. He was one of the most helpful, genuinely nice people I've ever met at a hotel desk. His name is Behiery, and he was having to work so hard and for long hours because there was an unexpected staff shortage. This did not matter at all to him. He just wanted to provide a good service for us. My wife is Autistic and has ME/CFS along with other things, and the service he provided was first class. I would be very comfortable indeed recommending this Hotel to people to stay here, even just for his service & personality alone. The rooms that we stayed in were very clean, very well kept, and were well stocked with all that you need in your rooms. I had a little problem with one mattress, and Behiery sorted it out the moment I spoke to him. For the rate of £54 per night I would say that this hotel absolutely is worth staying in. Thank you, Behiery From Pen & Shel.

Nothing. I have stayed in hotels far more expensive and were not as clean and comfortable.

I am on tour at the moment and had worked on a show in Grimsby, our next show was the following day in Lowestoft, too long to drive straight through. I didn't arrive till after 1 am but the reception was there waiting for me. There was a car space right outside the hotel. The receptionist took my bag to the room. He couldn't have been any more helpful. The room was really clean the decor was fresh and the bed was so comfortable. I was only there for 6 hrs to grab some sleep and did't expect much from a motorway hotel but I was pleasently surprised. And I woke to a lovely view.

The only thing that I would have changed is if I had more time to sleep there.

Spacious room with bath in bathroom Controllable heating and windows; fan in room Good variable lighting Attentive staff but low profile Quiet rural environment and countryside views Plenty of parking spaces Adjacent petrol station with supermarket (24/7) and Greggs catering (06:00 to 18:00) Nearby Boston and Donnington offer additional takeaway places

Revolving main door slightly hazardous Lax security at night Agricultural pongs (occasionally) No bar or restaurant in-house (this is probably an advantage) Some evidence of poor maintenance

I recently stayed at Supreme Inn in Bicker, near Spalding and Boston, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the location was perfect for visiting beautiful nearby attractions like the Mouth of Rivers Haven & Welland. Although the hotel doesn’t currently have an in-house restaurant, the staff recommended great local dining options and mentioned plans for a future restaurant. 24/7 of licence shop next door with Greg's :) View from my window was amazing.

I can not say much here. It has just been refurbished, and I've still seen more improvements on my second stay. I will be coming back regularly.

Hotel location made it very easy to find. Staff reception was professional and good humoured, very helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everything was as we had planned.

I was slightly concerened about parking the car away from view of the hotel, though the busy petrol station/shop location made it less of a concern.

Excellent value for money. Very pleasant guy on reception. Greg's & Londis on site + petrol. Comfortable beds. Had disabled room, which had good adaptation e.g., raised toilet; one raised mattress; walk-in shower with seating. Free parking.

Room smelled of damp. Probably not been used very often?

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable in the rooms

Food not available at the hotel but toaster, plates etc in lounge area are there if you e brought your own stuff. A mini fridge in the rooms to store food/drinks would be a benefit so you can use the facilities down stairs

Hotel was very clean and staff very pleasant and helpful.location was good for our needs to visit woodall spa festival.

Although advertised online there were no restaurant facilities or bar facilities open at this hotel, and has not been for some considerable time we found out. best offer staff gave us was to bring food in and they would provide plates and cutlery!! All this despite there still being a leaflet advertising food and drink at the the hotel restaurant in our room on arrival? However we found an excellent restaurant 1 mile up the road Ivy's Farm who exceeded all expectations and saved the day. However had we known prior to booking about this situation as we should have ,we may have looked elsewhere for accommodation.

Very comfortable bed, a lovely spacious room, some extra snacks to go with the coffee!

I had forgotten to mention need for a step free shower so the shower over the bath was inconvenient! I could have asked them to swap the room but it was just for one night!

Nice rooms but can improve the gardens and carpark aesthetically. The staff member, Abdel Rahman bhiery, at the reception was extremely polite, helpful, even carried our luggage to our room. Best service 😊

Need to tidy up the gardens and carpark
