Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to an event nearby. On the day we were coming I phoned when we were an hour away to ask if we could check in early which they said was no problem. Arrived at half 11 and a nice friendly guy came out to meet us and checked us into our room. The room had everything you needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, perfect temperature. They do meals there but I never got round to trying as I wasn’t there long enough but it smelled lovely and there was lots of people there for meals so it must be good. It was a great location, easy to find and you can sit right by the river too, perfect.

We have just spent 2 lovely days at the Riverside Inn. Lovely location, right on the River Glen. Room was large, with large ensuite, with plentiful amenities and spotlessly clean. The food is absolutely amazing, every meal outstanding, and healthy portions. The staff, five star 🌟 We were made so welcome by everyone, including the regulars. We have been visiting Spalding for over 20years, and we have finally found somewhere we can go "home" to again and again. Can't wait to stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxed and homely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Beautiful place, on the river and beautiful views.

Only things I would say is.. - Our room (No 8) don’t have a full length mirror in, only had a small one in bathroom. Luckily we also had room (No 9) which had 2 full length mirrors in that I could use. I would definitely recommend putting one in room 8 🙂 - Pillows were very hard but that’s just personal preference 🙂

Fantastic value for money, owners really good at hosting. Food was delicious.

The stupid millennial they employed behind the the bar who took it upon himself to clear our table half way through our meal.with out even asking.i bet his dad had wished his mum had headache the night he was conceived.

We loved it there we have been when the owners had not long bought it we loved it then but we could see the lovely work they have done in outside areas was lovely. They made us so welcome food excellent only complaint they still don’t do breakfast although I will definitely go back again.

Small car pack with limited parking, roadside parking an option but narrow road. Main road can be noisy some mornings

We booked this place as it was cheap and me and a friend needed a bed for the night. Was expecting the worst but ended up with a really good place to stay! Comfortable, friendly and just genuinely pleasent! Came back from the wedding and saw one of the owners and had a nice chat with him as well. This was a great place to stay and I wish them all the best! They also accommodated an early check in! We arrived and they weren't ready for us but they went above and beyond to allow us access and keep us happy and on schedule for the wedding.

Not much to be honest, especially for the price we paid.

Perfect for what we needed we was visiting an elderly relative in a near by nursing home and just needed a place to stay for the night it was clean and comfortable and good value for money

It was a little cold when we arrived but heating did come on at night but maybe needed to be on a little earlier to warm the room but it wasn't a huge deal

The location on the river. Being a pub it was nice and quiet at night no issues with noise

If they offered Breakfast I would of given a 10 Also no shampoo in shower, the mini shampoos would be a bonus as I forgot to bring mine Lock on door not too secure. I locked the door but easily managed to open it with a little force needs to be more secure room 4

Access for my work.

Car parking very tight with people using the bar. Having to wait to put my car on to the car park as there were no space available for a resident. I stayed away from the riverside so as to Get a space on my return. Not ideal.
