Great location to access the town. We only stayed overnight due to visiting family locally. Bonus of continental breakfast. Car park in front of hotel only £4 for 24 hours. Easy code access to property and rooms. Loved being able to close the curtains at the touch of a button, alter colour of lighting. Great size tv in our room and amazing chandeliers in stairway.

Unfortunately, the lift isn't functional. Had we known this, we would have requested room more accessible due to older member in our party. Bit of a struggle to 2nd floor. Hotel will benefit from the small finishing touches of white paint that needs cleaning from the black window frames, and some areas of ceiling not painted and grubby looking in our room. As the hotel has not been open very long, we assume these will all eventually be completed. Maybe a few jobs were rushed to get hotel open on time. These small issues did not detract from our enjoyable stay though, but will just finish the overall look.

The Arundell is well placed for exploring Boston, situated adjacent to St Botolph's Church and the Market Square. The entrance and stairways are lavishly decorated, while our room was generously sized, well presented and spotlessly clean. The bed was most comfortable. The provision of a continental breakfast each day was much appreciated as our expectation when booking was solely for the room. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely stay again if revisiting the area.

The shower would overflow so causing the need to mop the floor with towels.

Really lovely stay. Hotel was really clean and newly refurbished. Some finishing touches needed to be done but a great hotel. Continental breakfast had a good selection and was a really good stay overall

Need a code to get into the hotel and room which wasn’t communicated. Had to call to get them on arrival, would have been easier to have them beforehand to save confusion. Had booked a family room with an adult and child and the extra bed wasn’t made up. A quick phonecall and we found out the bedding was under the sofa so we could make it up ourselves. Slightly annoying but not enough to put us off returning

The room was lovely with a king size bed and very comfortable. Bathroom was fine. The hotel has techie quirks like led lighting and fireplace. As well as codes for doors. The bathroom mirror that lights up when you touch it is genius.

A lift would be a good idea, we were 2nd floor. The breakfast is OK, if a little odd. It's a help yourself cupboard sized room, so you need to fill a tray and take back to your room. They need to install a coffee machine. The quality elsewhere is somewhat diminished by sachets of instant coffee and a kettle.

Easy to access the hotel and room with a code. The lobby and stairwell was pretty impressive. We had the exclusive kingdom with city views. The room was really big with cool lighting effects around the bed and a lovely feature wall inside the large rainfall shower. There was a lovely big comfy window seat ( if you could get up on it as it was really high😂) in the bay window overlooking the Boston Church. There was a funny little room downstairs where you could help yourself to a Continental breakfast which was a bonus as when I booked, it stated no breakfast included.

Although the shower looked amazing and indeed was hot and powerful, it leaked out all over the bathroom floor and we had to use one of the large towels as well as the bath mat to soak it up! It say there’s a reception open from 3pm-10pm on my email but there actually was no reception at all just completely self check in. This wasn’t a problem for us at all but maybe for others.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Pretty building inside and out.

Take away menu and breakfast food at the hotel would have been great if the food provider covered all food allergens - gluten free food needed due to a medical condition. When we left by car at 8am we were very lucky to be able to leave as the town was closing the square to traffic in preparation for their weekly market. We had somewhere we needed to be and if we had been a few minutes later, we would not have been able to leave.

Amazing building and spectacular entrance/staircase. Very clean, comfortable bed, great lighting effects, good TV, powerful shower with both waterfall and hand held heads. Lovely complementary continental breakfast. Lots of choice including fresh fruit. Handy parking at £4 per day.

Small room with only one chair but was good value for money considering the other benefits. The room was too warm (room 204) and we could not cool it down. A fan would have helped and a lift would have been useful.

Hotel exceeded expectations - décor great and clean. Breakfast bag was fab and the breakfast supplies room was a brilliant addition and catered for different preferences. It would be really helpful if a microwave could be added but that's just an idea. Brilliant location for the marathon too, shame about the awful weather! Option for late check out for a small fee was so welcomed after being out in the cold and wet for about 5 hours!! Liked the keypad entry to all doors too. Will be back :-)

The bed was a superking and comfortable and the room was nice and modern. It was a pleasant surprise to find a self service continental breakfast was included. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside the hotel and costs £4 for 24h.

The streaming services on the TV weren't working. It took a very long time to get hot water as the room was right at the top of the building and the cold water never really ran cold. This isn't really a negative, but the hotel is an odd place completely covered in a sort of marble effect panelling with LED lighting everywhere.

Fab location, beautiful grand property. Helpful staff at check-in, Spotlessly clean. Help yourself breakfast room was a nice idea. Car Park right outside - £4 per 24 hours

A couple of additions to the room would make a stay more comfortable: - A couple of glasses/beakers - A fan would also be a great addition as the room was very warm and we had to sleep with the blinds up to feel the benefit of the window being open.
