Jane & Patrick were the perfect hosts. Our room was spacious, and nicely laid out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The coffee/drinks station had a large selection of herbal teas and a Tassimo coffee machine with a selection of coffees to choose from. Wine glasses and bottle opener, teapots, milk jug etc all provided in the room. The mini bar was stocked with water, soft drinks, and chocolates. The best part was breakfast. It was served in your room. Oh, my goodness that was scrumptious. There is a wide selection of dishes to choose from, portions are large. Everything was freshly prepared, and the fruit served was fresh and delicious. Complimentary fruit and cakes are available in the reception area. It is within walking distance to the beach, and there is a good selection of restaurants within walking distance from Mory House. It’s on the bus route to Bournemouth central. Parking was available on site or on the street.

No complaint, everything was perfect.

Very warm welcome when we arrived. The room was really nice and included a fridge, coffee machine together with the necessary pods plus a milk frother. kettle, lots of different tea bags. It also had a table and two dining chairs as the amazing breakfast was served in your room at your chosen time. So many choices for breakfast and all very good they also included a gluten free and vegan menu which had lots of choices.

There was nothing to dislike it was amazing

Location was excellent: near the sea, quiet neighbourhood, available parking if one drives Hosts were excellent: both Patrick and Jane were friendly and welcoming Breakfast was fantastic: Jane's cooking was on spot. I've had different meals for breakfast on the 2 mornings I've eaten there and they were delicious. The menu is also varied and one has lots of options. Room (this was the one on the ground floor) was excellent: cozy, comfy, quiet.. the perfect place to rest and recharge after a full day of activities Miscellaneous: As Bournemouth is quite windy (and I've visited at the end of Feb, which was chilly), one late evening I'd wanted to make myself some tea with the kettle in the room (there was a rather large selection of teas available in the room) to warm myself up. Unfortunately, the kettle had a few bits on its inside that needed scrubbing out. I couldn't really wash the kettle in the bathroom (the sink was tiny) and I'm certain that Patrick and Jane would've helped but it was quite late to bother them. Not an issue at all.. had a hot shower (great pressure and temperature) and then helped myself to the delicious cake left in the hallway which was made available to us (that was an excellent and delicious touch! thank you)

This is not a big issue and it really stretching the "didn't like" section of the review... I was really grateful for the coffee machine in the room. However, being used to the Nespresso machines, the Bosch one provided in the room output a rather burnt coffee with the first capsule I tried. However, on the second try, the "Americano Smooth" was decent.

Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean .We found the bed very comfortable and liked the addition of armchairs .The facilities and choice provided for making drinks was excellent.The breakfasts delivered to our room were absolutely wonderful with many choices. The location was great ,only a short walk to the fabulous beach and a short walk to the high street with lots of choice for eateries .We had a lovely relaxing stay.

The house was beautiful and clean and the hosts were welcoming and friendly considering we were guests in their house we were allowed total privacy at all times. delivered to our room every morning was a delicious breakfast of great choice. we stayed in a room with a lovely little terrace over looking the lovely garden it was a great place to stay so peaceful and relaxing.

Breakfast was exceptional best that I have ever had in a hotel. Jane and Patrick was very knowledgeable about the local area and full of advice and they were very friendly. I will be going back.

The bed was a little bit hard, slightly harder than I am use to and room was hot during the day, it was 27 C outside therefore not unreasonable,

Fabulous just says it all!! if you are going to Bournemouth forget your 4 and 5 star hotels there is no place better to stay!

Our room was small but we knew that when we booked it. I suppose just storage space in the room. But being really picky.

Friendly hosts, beautiful neighbourhood, amazing breakfast in room, close to the beach and high street, quite. Every details of the house carefully thought through by the hosts. What else you need? Maybe a bit of more storage in the room and bathroom, but it is England, right?

Loved our stay at mory house, it’s spotlessly clean lovely bedding and towels and lovely friendly owners the breakfasts are one of the best we have had cooked to perfection and lovely and fresh lots of different options too we had it in our room because of covid but this was no problem at all with table and chairs we like it this way. there was ample different teas coffees in our room some little extras too in the fridge (nice touches) We ordered a platter one night and this too was beautiful So would really recommend mory house to anyone and hopefully we will be back soon x Paul and rachael from Doncaster xx

The breakfast was incredible (I mean it) and so timely. A very nice touch for you to eat in your room. Hosts were warm and helpful. Very close to the beach as well which is quiet and clean. I read the previous reviews of Mory House so frankly I expected nothing less. Would recommend twice over.
