I liked that there is literally nothing to dislike whatsoever. I cannot even slightly fault anything. I've had multiple stays too and the standard is constantly first class every time. I've stayed in lots of places, many of them have been absoloutley fantastic in every way but what's been achieved here and the continued upkeep of the standards is on a level all by itself. The size of the apartments are something else, the customer service and professionalism, cleanliness, interior design, seamless checking in and out, pre heated apartment for your arrival, amazing Jacuzzis and the list goes on. Words don't actually do it justice, you have to experience it for yourself. I initially booked one nights stay and was still here for night 3. I returned again a couple of days later which I've never done anywhere before but this place just gets you and you benefit from the obvious care and attention that's been invested throughout. Prepare to be amazed!!

Having to leave to be honest

Well what an absolute gem of a property this was. We had the most amazing host Bina who welcomed us and accommodated us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. So much thought has gone into designing the apartments and they are well looked after. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was great. Contacted us to arrange for check in time. Was at the property to welcome us, explained how to use everything in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pictures do not do this place justice. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!

Very comfy bed and recliner sofas Fast WiFi and 65 each tv with in the bedrooknand living The owner was very, very helpful and such a nice man to speak to I would 1000% recommend this property

There was anything I didn't like about theis apartment

Optimal Apartments is a great choice if you're looking for a comfy and convenient place to stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport, shops, and lots of great restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff are super friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any request. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay.

I surprised my partner on 09/03/2024 -10/03/2024 for his 49th birthday. Firstly I would like to mention that the Deluxe apartment which I booked looked exactly like the pictures and was cleaned to a high standard which we appreciated. Bina helped me set up my birthday decorations for my partner's birthday. Bina was very caring, supportive, thoughtful, and professional. Bina went through all of the terms and conditions with me and also showed me how to use Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, lights, and much more. Bina even asked me what temperature I would like the central heating on ready for my return later with my partner. I was also sent a list of local takeaway and taxi services. Myself and my partner definitely had a luxury experience. My partner can't express himself enough on how special our overnight stay was at Optimal apartments. Our stay was worth every penny. My partner booked optimal apartments for my 26th birthday and wow I was not disappointed, was greeted by the lovely owner who showed us to our apartment, which was set up for my birthday 🥰 balloons cake banner etc.. felt extra special. The apartment was absolutely beautiful everywhere was spotless the hot tub bath was amazing, so relaxing. Robes and slippers are left for you when you get out the hot tub which I thought was nice. Tv in the hot tub too, Surround sound throughout the full apartment, overall it was just absolutely beautiful I’m glad we chose optimal apartments to stay with. Didn’t disappoint and I 100% recommend staying here. Thank you so much for a lovely stay I will definitely be coming again. Stayed at optimal apartments designer suite for my wife's birthday. Highly recommend booking here. Exactly as the pictures show. The whole place was clean and modern with everything you need. Led lights and speakers around the apartment were brilliant. Very large tvs in the rooms with netflix,youtube etc. The large jacuzzi bath was the highlight of the stay. Will defiantly stay again and the host Bobsy was spot on and very helpful with anything we needed.

The pictures don't do the apartment enough justice, this place was stunning to be in! I loved the LED lights everywhere, the speakers in each room which gave it a really cool feel, the jacuzzi was amazing and so relaxing especially with the mini TV in the bathroom too! I loved the fact that there were speakers in every room so the music we played followed us wherever we went. A usually undervalued feature at apartments is the amount of cutlery a place has, and the hosts were on job to provide so many utensils so that we had a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to Bina who was an amazing host! She greeted me and my partner on arrival, had a lovely conversation, showed us around the apartment and even texted us some places to visit in the area. The hosting skills went above and beyond what we usually get and so its important to remember this and thank her again for making us feel so welcomed. This place is 10/10!

Great location and lovely apartments! really enjoyed our stay here as a couple. the rooms are stunning and all the little touches really make the experience that more special. The host was exceptional, very professional but at the same time super friendly and comfortable. Would love to return in the future if ever in the Bradford area.

As an apartment I wish there was washing/ drying facilities but isn't mentioned on the booking platforms (to my knowledge) so is just a personal suggestion. Little wear and tear in certain areas but only due to the love from the previous guests.
