Was amazing. Slept well. Plenty of coffee and tea. Although a few more milks would have helped. But the stay was comfortable and we will stay with you there again. The staff were so polite and so helpful. Amazing. 5 out of 5 stars from me and my children. Would love to come and stay again sooner and to see our frinds this time wiithout it being a funeral we had to come down for. But being a single parent of 4 it's hard to do this. We will come again though. Thankuounfor such a lovely experience in such a such time. Xx malcolm Robbins and kids. Aylesbury in Bucks

Nothing. It was amazing. Thank-you so so much

The bed was so comfy and the futon beds worked wonderful for the kids. Staff were really helpful and provided us with what we needed. Room had hair dryer and kettle etc. We were given room on ground floor which was good as we had three kids with us plus luggage.

Few corners there was spider webs present so cleaning needs more attention. Shower is on grim side with few mould spots on show. Beds were clean and fresh tho as was other areas so no problems there. Check out is at 11 and we had someone open our door twice at 9.45. We had the latch on luckily so couldn't come in, and on second attempt managed to get to door. I'm not sure who it was but when asked the guy said its check out and that's it!? Was abit strange. We had breakfast vouchers but didn't use them in the end..

Big comfy bed, TV, kettle with tea and coffee and milk, nice bathroom. Good hanging space. Radiator with controls so nice and warm! Convenience of being at the side of a service station with everything you could ever want at your finger tips. The staff were all lovely and warm and welcoming, which was really nice.

I could hear traffic and the windows were not airtight but it was really windy when I was there so that probably made a difference. The bathroom door was a bit spattered on the outside but other than that it was lovely and I would recommend it. I didn't notice that it was on the Northbound M5 until I got there but there was a hidden short cut to save time going to the next junction.

bed was lovely and comfy room was big

for people staying there hoping to grab a bite to eat at the services we were there Friday after a long drive needed something to eat ( another bonus why we booked there) only to find subway closed at 6 the chopsticks were almost out of food so limited selection, no sandwiches in MS only place was burger king or Starbucks had a small selection as we are vegan we were very limited so the hotel didn't let us down the services did. so be warned if you stop there for food the selction will be limited

Very nice hotel. Lovely spacious modern clean bedroom. Very dog friendly and although it's on a service station there are plenty green areas to walk. Price was very reasonable and only charged £15 per stay for a dog

You have to walk over to the other side of the service station if you want to get any breakfast. If you want to park in the hotel car park make sure you don't miss it when you drive in as one way system means you can't get back. Although you can park anywhere in the service station as long as you register number plate at the hotel

Clean , comfy rooms , hairdryer, kettle, all the staff were amazing , welcoming nothing was too much trouble , weather it was tea and coffee towels bedding, microwave in reception area , a little seating area to front, dog friendly with rear grass area to walk and exercise your dog ,easy access to all routes without going on motorway, parking was great , didn’t hear any noise from motorway , couldn’t fault it at all even stayed an extra night. Thanks for a great stay

Just when busy Could do with more seating area to rear,

Basic stopover hotel..Staff are always fabulous, we stay here often when visiting relatives in Weston Super Mare, it's a really handy no-frills base. We did not book the breakfast, by the way but we prefer to do our own thing anyhow.

We've stayed here about 12 times so we know there is nothing to dislike. Dissatisfied customers do not repeat and we are looking forward to stopping there again as it suits our needs perfectly.

Considering the hotel is very close to the motorway and we had the windows open all night, we didn't hear a thing. We had young children and were put on ground floor, which was great. Shops and takeaway were across the car park which was convenient.

Travel cot wasn't set up upon arrival and they don't allow a family of 5 in 1 room. Breakfast was nice but annoying you just get given a cooked breakfast and have to pay for addition items, also having to walk across the car park to access breakfast.

Was not told when paying for breakfasts that we would have to go over to main services. Was not happy about this but was very pleasantly surprised.Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was prompt and very well presented and tasted delicious. Would go back again. We did not use the facilities at the service station as others coming out were complaining of how awful they were. The staff at Days in were friendly and helpful.Got what we paid for.

Better signage and parking spaces could be wider.

Because the rate was so low (£36 with no breakfast), my expectations were very low. I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw my room. It was spacious with a large, comfortable, clean bed and sofa. Shower over bath, so had the opportunity to have a long soak. I have paid much more for a smaller, cramped room with a single bed in Exeter. Though the service station was a short walking distance, limited food and drink items are for sale in reception, so I bought a porridge pot and had that for breakfast in my room. I will be staying again. Thank you for having me.

The body wash was very low and had water in it, so soapy water was being pumped out. I ended up washing with the hand soap. The bath needed a good scrub to remove the dark patch on the bottom Both these issues are for the cleaners to resolve, which is why I lowered the cleanliness rate.
