The hosts were exceptional and very welcoming. The room was very clean, large bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts gave us some great advice about where to go and what to do. The garden was really lovely and having the hot tub was a great addition! Very close to the beach.

Location wise you had to travel quite far to reach the gorges etc. Before arriving at the place, were under the impression that we would be staying in the hut in the garden. We actually stayed in the house and had the hut to use in the evenings. So it was slightly different to what we expected but it was still a lovely stay.

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was up to date (especially the bathroom!) We were given such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb. I'm only sorry that I waited until the last day to try the fruit plate, which turned out to be amazing and varied, but I'd previously been seduced by the delicious cooked breakfast menu. We'll definitely be back. .

There was some traffic noise at night, we hadn't realised how busy the road would be, but frankly, we just closed the window and were not disturbed.

Our acomidation was superb, clean great decoration and the icing on the cake a comfortable bed. Our host was perfect, helpful, friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. You are made so welcome it's a home from home. You have access to the garden and a lovely quirky garden room with a sofas, music and log burner, and a hot tub. I have no hesitation in going back and recommending One Nintey Boutique.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, such good quality. The room was large with an excellent en-suite. This was the best B & B accommodation we have stayed in, great value for money. They even have a garden room where you can chill out. The guest house is about a mile from the centre of Burnham, but that suited us as we could park easily.

A lovely family run B&B Shirley,Andy and Jean are fantastic host , breakfast was plentiful , lovely decorated rooms through out. Always happy to go above and beyond.

We liked it all, mum and I had a lovely room , a few suggestions tho… We had no where to put out teaspoons when we used them, perhaps a resting dish. Would have loved some jams, marmalade etc….

From the moment we arrived until we left the hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfy, it also has a really nice chill out area and with it a relaxing jacuzzi. Dinner was cooked for us on two nights, both of which were delicious. The location was ideal as we had easy access to everything, both by bus or by walking.

The tap water is not drinkable, so I feel there should be a small water filter provided in each room as people may want to fill up water bottles if they're planning on doing a long walk, or may just want a drink after an exhausting day.

The decorating style of this boutique b&b is lovely. It includes stylish, comfortable furnishings and beautiful artwork by the owner. In our beautifully decorated bedroom was a very comfy bed, that ensured a great night’s sleep, and a gorgeous spacious bathroom, complete with walk in shower. The owners are friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area in the garden was a lovely extra touch that gave us somewhere cosy to enjoy an evening drink. The icing on the cake was the hot tub, complete with massaging jets, where we spent a relaxing evening under the stars.

I only wish we could have stayed longer!

First and foremost, great hosts! Room was great and you can see the owners enjoy what they are doing. The cabin "bar" conversion at the bottom of the garden was really good, and as much as didn't use the hot tub on this visit, maybe next time. Don't normally visit the same place twice, but I think this place (and the hosts) were so good then if / when in the area again then will definitely stay again!

Best b n b me and my girlfriend have ever stayed in literally accommodated our every need beds we’re really really comfortable and the breakfast every morning was to die for so nice! The people who own the place are so nice aswell make you feel really really welcome overall great place to say

very clean and spacious room, a good sized and very comfy bed, powerful shower and also had sky tv in our room which was an added bonus! Got left some biscuits, my partner is gluten free so they left some separate biscuits for her and were able to accommodate very well at breakfast time! a good selection of fruit, cereal and hot food available and very welcoming and friendly hosts!
