People working here were nice and you get all your information at once and writing down on your card were your key card is in. Bathroom was nice but a bit small. Bed was nice. There was 2 cups there with a kettle there which was nice. Breakfast was nice it was self serve but you could find everything for an English breakfast on there. You are in the city close to grocery stores and restaurant and shops which was nice.
There was only on one side of the bed chargers and a night stand which was kinda annoying if you want your phone next to you.

The breakfast was good. It provided a wholesome English breakfast. The scrambled egg was excellent. The bacon was not slimy and there was plenty of it. There were alternatives like toast and cereal with the usual fruit juices plus tea and coffee. The broad time span for breakfast suited our needs.
This hotel provided everything we needed so there was nothing we did not like. I asked for a quiet room and despite it being very central, we were provided with exactly that.

In Brighton to attend the Lib Dem Conference. The hotel was ideal for the conference, close to the Grand Hotel and the Brighton Centre, plus we could come and go as we pleased with a swipe card letting you into both the hotel and our room. Also close to some really good restaurants. Breakfast was good - nice variety of food and easy to serve yourself. I liked the request cleaning. As we were only there for a few days we didn't really need towels or bedding changing - the only thing we needed was more tea, coffee etc and that we could get from the front desk which was great.
Not much really. The only minor gripe was that we didn't realise for several days that we could order extra breakfast items.

Everything is perfect.. Location is very closed to all shops the sea just 5 mins away from hotel the staff is very friendly & helpful.. The room is big enough with small fridge, fan as well which is nice & useful the bed very comfortable we slept like a baby my partner doesn’t want to get up to bed.. This is one of the great/best hotel we stayed so far.. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Brighton..
Only down side the toilet not enough water to flush so needs to fix you need to wait & flush many time apart from that all good..

Great location on the main road leading to Hove, opposite Preston Street - so great for restaurants - and a short walk from the seafront. There are many of the main retail chains eg M&S, Primark etc nearby. Whilst being on the main road there’s no traffic noise as rooms are set back behind a screening block. Fairly basic room but very clean and all you need for a night’s stay. Shower was very good. Clearly aimed at the student market but fine in off peak times. Breakfast was better than expected and included in the price- the staff kept on refilling eg the fresh fruit which was very good. Would consider staying again for an overnighter.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the lack of hooks in the bathroom and in the main room for coats, hats, bags, gowns etc was annoying - a very cheap fix! The corridors echoed - with the number of notices around about keeping noise down I suspect when the hotel is full of excited international students it could get pretty noisy. However overall it did the job.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they even let us leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout as our train didn't leave until later. The room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was good, delicious scrambled eggs, but fried eggs were available if requested. Comfortable communal seating area for groups. Excellent location. We've already booked again for Christmas.
There was a pillar in the middle of the room, which I'm sure can't be helped and didn't really have much impact on the comfort of the room. The shower got a little slippy and there was nowhere in the shower to leave your toiletries. Very minor points. Also only one bedside cabinet. But none of this stopped us from having an excellent stay.

Location was good, very close to shops etc, and not too far to walk to the front and pier either. The room was clean, basic, but functional. Asked for the room to be made up late one morning, and sure enough on our return later it had been done. On a second occasion however, the room was not made up as we requested. Breakfast was good, cereal or full english options. No fried eggs, hash browns or black pudding a little disappointing, but there was limited space on the hot counter so maybe is why these items were missing.
When we stayed in August the temperature was about 22-24 degrees outside however the room was still quite warm. The supplied fan did helpa bit, and the windows did open in our room, however, with no air conditioning in the rooms, I think in the peak summer days these rooms could become uncomfortably hot.

Very quiet well presented hotel either friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and of an excellent standard. Very clean and comfortable. Very wide choice of food for breakfast including vegan and vegetarian choices. A huge array of shops close by. M&S, H&M, Primark,, plentiful restaurants, food shops, Pret, TK Maxx, Costa and the Churchill Sqare shopping centre and. book shops. Lots of music and theatre events. The beach is 5mins walking distance. It's clean and welcoming. Transportation is excellent with a wide range of buses and taxis which are very cheap.to travel around Brighton and Sussex. Only £2.00 each way on the bus to visit the next town Seaford several miles away. Amazing. Bus 6 outside M&S goes directly to Brighton rail station. Hotel has a lift and is smoke free..
I stayed in Room.217 and didn't like hearing two homeless men swearing and arguing loudly at various points during the day. on the street below No complaints about the hotel or its service.

I had an amazing week. I was at the conference 15-20 April and it was quite hard to find a place for less than £100 per night. This hotel was a real value for money - I paid £397 for 5 night, breakfast included! I don’t really get why this hotel doesn’t have higher rating - the breakfast is amazing - lots of choices, hot and cold, the rooms are clean, there is a kettle and coffee in the room (most 3 star hotels don’t supply that), nights are quiet, it’s not crowded, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, even Wi-Fi was solid because usually hotel connections are rubbish. 10/10 recommend.
I’m nitpicking, everything was great overall, but perhaps look into the power sockets in the room - some of them don’t work properly.

The room was generally pretty clean, other than a few stray hairs on the pillows. The location was very ideal, as it was on the doorstep to all the shops and restaurants, but noise wasn't affected as our window looked out onto a quiet side street. I'd definitely book again, purely because of how convenient the location was. I also liked how the windows were able to open fully, as usually you can't open them and it was much needed in the heat.
The shower head wouldn't stay in position at the highest point, it kept moving down so we couldn't get under it properly. This made it really difficult to properly shower. The breakfast wasn't amazing, there were a few basic options to choose from. I did wait for the beans to be re-filled, but they never were so maybe I got in there too late. Was better than nothing, but wouldn't pay more to have breakfast included.
