The breakfast was good. It provided a wholesome English breakfast. The scrambled egg was excellent. The bacon was not slimy and there was plenty of it. There were alternatives like toast and cereal with the usual fruit juices plus tea and coffee. The broad time span for breakfast suited our needs.

This hotel provided everything we needed so there was nothing we did not like. I asked for a quiet room and despite it being very central, we were provided with exactly that.

Good location, close to the Supermarkets, restaurants, Coffee shops, and beach. Rooms had comfortable beds, mini fridge, safe, fan, phone, Tea & coffee facilities, good shower with hot water. Safe as the main entrance door to the hotel is locked secured access using bedroom key cards. Hotel has a lift. Breakfast included in the room price. Basic but good breakfast.

No Air Conditioning only standing fan. Rooms get hot during sunny days and especially if rooms are south facing. Poor WiFi ( WiFi did not connect during my whole 4 days stay in both rooms I booked 208 & 209 despite informing Reception Staff at first day). No Iron and Iron board the rooms. Remember to bring your own!!

Great location 10 mins from train station, in the main shopping street. Road opposite lead straight to the seafront and was full of great restaurants and bars. Perfect location for the Brighton Centre if going to concerts as we did. The cleaners did an excellent job, everywhere spelt clean and our room was tidied everyday with out towels changed. Secure building and entrance system, room comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was perfect again a good selection and well cooked the young people in the dining area serving were polite and friendly.

Our room was off what we thought was a quiet road only because we went during the week , there was noise fairly early from workshops opposite. Weekend was quieter.

Good location 10-15 mins walk from train station. In the middle of the high street near primark etc. At check-in, informed of checkout time and breakfast times at the desk. Nice and clean. Fan supplied, which we definitely needed. It was really quiet outside at night and hardly no noise from inside only when people were moving about to go for breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Nice decor, too. Also there is a 24-hour shop opposite.

All was good except on arrival it took a long time to be let in when ringing the bell. .No one was on the desk, but i assume they getting a drink or something another user let us in in the end.

Britania study Hotel has comfortable beds, mini fridge, safe, Tea & Coffee facilities, TV, phone, good shower with hot and cold water, double glazed windows, electric heating and large standing fan, lift, Secured and locked main entrance door access using your room key card. Friendly Reception Staff 24 hours at your service. very good location 5 minutes walk to the beach. close to the Supermarket , Coffee Shops and restaurants, pubs and city centre. Hotel has free Breakfast including in the price of the room.

Breakfast was lovely. Items running out quickly and had to wait for replenishment but not a problem. Location was good. Bed comfortable. Shower worked nicely and nice clean towels left each day.

Needed better quality loo roll. Need a bedside cabinet on both sides of the bed. Two chairs would be nice so that one person didn't have to sit on the bed. Staff in cafe left the fire door open when taking their drinks outside at 10am. This left a draft and the building unsecured.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is easily and quickly accessible on foot from the train station, and on the next street, you will find many excellent restaurants and bars. As a positive, we also welcomed the very comfortable beds.

Some rooms are at street level and the windows are sandblasted. This guarantees your privacy but you lose any view. But if you spend most of your time outside the hotel and if you think of your hotel as a place where you just sleep, you won't mind. We would also welcome a more varied breakfast.

Very good location, close to the beach and only a few minutes walk into the town. Hotel a bit dated however the corridors lifts etc were extremely clean. The room again was a bit dated but clean. The bathroom did smell slightly of urine. I'm guessing the floors do not get cleaned so this was quite unpleasant. The hotel was quiet during the night which was brilliant. The all included breakfast was fine, not the best quality sausages but we had everything we needed to set us up, staff in the breakfast room were pleasant.

My room located at the rear overlooking street behind so very quiet. I slept really well. Carpeted hallways kept noise to a minimum. Room layout spacious and airy. Good breakfast offered in 1st floor café. Less than 10 minute walk to beach or main High Street but away from 'late night party scene'.

Not much! Small things. Shower base smooth/slippy and bathroom lighting poor for putting make up on. Mini fridge noisy at night.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. And the hotel is convenient and very central.

There was a large patio out side the window so it felt a little unsafe leaving the window open. The room was so large and so it would have been nice to have a small chair/sofa or a table to put things on. The toilet was behind the bathroom door, which made using it a little awkward. The shower was rather weak and the glass door didn't shit properly.
