We had breakfast both mornings of the stay. The breakfast on Saturday morning was great, plenty of choice, fast service, breakfast was nicely cooked and served attractively

They were very busy (100 people expected) however it took 3 attempts for the chef to achieve a softly cooked fried egg. When my first two were hard, I sent them back, but 2 more hard ones were served. They had obviously been cooked and kept warm. When I complained, a second member of staff felt the need to clarify with me how exactly I wanted my egg. Im sure this was just because of the volume of traffic, as the previous morning was great, but it spoiled breakfast for me

Everything was lovely - the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, the restaurant was lovely and the food was some of the best I have eaten (I had the lamb shoulder and it was cooked to perfection) - all fantastic.

My only tiny little problems were that there was no 'main' light in my room so it was very dark, even with all the side lights on, and the shower pressure was a little bit low (plus the shower head was unable to point in the right direction) but none of these things were worth complaining about at the time. I feel it's more like helpful feedback.

Rooms are nicely decorated and well presented and probably one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. Breakfast was really good too, great quality produce used and the continental had plenty of choice. Also couldn’t fault the service from staff, they were all so lovely and accommodating, even letting us extend our stay by a few hours. Will definitely be back here in the future.

The only issues we found was the bathroom could do with updating and Wi-Fi wasn’t really usable which was a slight shame but thankfully this didn’t effect our stay.

Friendly service at check in and overall friendly staff. Loved the beer garden and restaurant. Good selection of drinks and food incl kids menu which was fairly priced. Good portion sizes. Room very large and includes a Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Very nice touch. Good size bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Lots of spaces in the car park. Very good breakfast and big selection. Nice orange juice.

Unfortunately, I found silverfish in our bathroom. We had this problem once before at home and I know how difficult it is to get rid of them. Otherwise no complaints.

Lovely big room, nice + clean, quiet. Very comfy bed had am amazing night sleep..Perfect location for 2 day staycation at Thorpe Park..Plenty of parking at the back of thr hotel..You will have no issues with getting a parking space. Would stay here again.

In the room we tried to watch TV sitting on the sofa but TV was on the wall opposite the bed so unable to see thr screen. The shower head wasn't very powerful but was OK.. but these were only minor things.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice to have a coffee machine as well as a kettle, and a good choice of hot beverages. Breakfasts was lovely, lots of choice and great quality food.

Lots of noise from bar and car park area until after midnight made sleeping difficult until it stopped, and the bathroom noises were clearly audible from the bedroom area! 🙈 Biscuits would have been nice with the tea things.

Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Very clean in all areas. Friendly staff and helpful. Our room was at the back overlooking the car park but this was good as it was quiet at night when we needed to sleep as we were up early both days. My request for a walk in shower was honoured. Will stay again if in the area.

Plumbing noises and walls quite thin we could hear next door very clearly.

The staff were amazing even tho we took maybe too much advantage of the room service they were always nice and polite and well informed of the public going on's. The food was great although the only thing I could say is the sausages coating wasn't to my personal taste but everyone has a different taste. Other than that the beds are okay (would like a little softer cozy mattress once again this is a personal taste they can't cater for every individual taste) and the staff are very approachable and friendly I would love to stay again. We spent our honeymoon there for 2 nights and don't regret it. Oh and they had a live band Saturday evening whose music was fantastic and the garden at night is fantastic. Bar staff were amazing forgot my card and was able to charge it to my room

Excellent location Chertsey is quaint Lovely green area within proximity of London but distanced enough to feel a world away. Great for Thorpe park, Legoland, Chessington, local water sports. cycling, Windsor, London, Ascot. Staff where really polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and served very quickly (in the sunny garden).

Could do with a touch of refurbishment in parts, but generally really good

We loved this charming hotel in Chertsey! The rooms, common areas, and gardens were so wonderfully designed. The staff was very accommodating. This was a great way to spend an unexpected evening in London when our flight was delayed.

It's an old building, and with old buildings, comes some challenges. The water pressure in the showers was awful. We found it difficult to take showers, but again, we loved the charm so we overlooked this issue. The hotel is quite a drive from Heathrow. We spent 90 GBP on a taxi from the airport to hotel and 30 GBP on an Uber back to the airport the next morning. Take Uber!
