The hotel has recently been refurbished, and what a good job they have done.. they rooms were lovely, all beds new.. immaculately clean. Really local to the town, Lovely 'on the river' location Felt the car was safe in the carpark. Staff were just delightful.. The lovely Magda on the bar was so kind to my son, Teddy. He just adored her.. super friendly Ana on reception, made sure everything went smoothly with booking in, and went out her way to get our room ready for us when we turned up a little early. Being greeted with a nice friendly smile was just lovely.. Would highly recommend.. we'll be back for sure. Thank you.

The area the hotel is based is very central to the high St and shopping centre also the bus station is a 3 minute walk away. The room is spacious and comfy for a couple, staying for a night or two.

There isn't no air conditioning in the room at all, just heating. On a hot day, the two windows that are in the room have an option of opening up wider so more air can come into the room.

Perfect I'll every way apart from the Noisey disrespectful guest above me which staff dealt with amazing But ya they was Noisey and continues banging on floors and jumping up and down not only did staff give me a different room but I was given a nice drink on the house so ya 10/10 for hotel they just need a decent clientele to hem it would be perfect instead of annoying disrespectful families who only think of them selves and don't care if they ruine people's as t ok mes at hotels and other places All in all hotel was perfect staff were perfect so I give it 10/10 and 4 stars out of 5

Noisey horrible disrespectful guiste making noise and banging

Good location, walkable into Staines. lovely large room with big bathroom and biggest bed I’ve ever seen! very clean and it was in a quiet location within the hotel.

Awkward to access the car park, it’s off a small dual carriageway which meant driving past it, going round some houses to join it the other way to reach the car park. I also felt that charging guests was a bit of a cheek! Our room only had a door and no window to outside but you couldn’t exit the door which was in turn covered by a metal outer door and went into an empty void with just walls full of weeds-such a shame, it also meant it received very little natural light.

This is a very nice hotel. Their terrace along the River Thames is just great! They have a convenient parking lot, although you have to pay extra for it. Great breakfast buffet. Their staff was very helpful, especially when I had a driving problem due to a closed motorway and returned to the hotel for ideas.

Not sure about the distance to the nearest train station for trains to London. I drove by it and I think it would have been quite a hike. I decided not to go into London because I was there on the hottest day every recorded in England.

Lovely location, lovely view, affordable breakfast. The building looked nice and was in good shape, for the prices the stay was excellent.

I wasn't aware the parking was charged until I arrived, the amount was £5 per night which was a little irritating but not too bad. The breakfast was somewhat limited, no honey for tea, no pastries etc, but perfectly adequate.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic! The room had a beautiful river view, which was lovely for my birthday weekend. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The shower pressure was exceptional.

We would have liked a smart TV.

The staff were always friendly and willing to help with any request. Location is in the centre of town so you can easily get anything you need. Staines has great transport links to Windsor or Waterloo or Heathrow, so no need to stay anywhere else. The reception staff especially, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. In particular Patrick who always offered me a drink when my newborn woke up at all hours. I greatly appreciated the gesture each time. I would stay here again easily.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our evening meal and breakfast were both delicious and very good value for money. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed really comfortable.

I would rather not have had to pay for parking.

location was perfect. the view from my room was gorgeous. loved the patio outside. bed was comfortable.

would suggest adding a power strip. all the plugs were in use due to added fans in the room. ended up having to unplug some things just in order to charge things. or use the blow dryer. also the tv wouldn’t turn on so ended up just unplugging it to occupy that plug. floors creaked very badly.
