Nice little chalet style property, comfortable beds and was very clean. Good times for checking in and out and a nice location for going out exploring the next day via car. There is a bar/restaurant on site, we didn't use it but handy for those that would like to. There's a couple of seating areas/benches around the property to sit and chill in a quiet country village setting. Wifi worked great and dogs are welcome to stay too. There is a large car park in front of the accommodation and the price was very reasonable.

Nothing we didn't like, for the price paid, all was good.

Only a few minor details, light wasn’t working above sink area but didn’t impact on us, bath taps were very slow/low in pressure, a fridge would be handy, also every Morning woke up by what sounded like a stunt plane flying over the area!

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman from Belfast, he gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our room which was spotless and had everything we needed. Room was very nice and warm and cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable, we had great sleeps every night of our 3 night stay! Breakfast was DELICIOUS! highly recommend ordering it if your staying at the weekend. The room was excellent value for money. Don't listen to the bad reviews, I'm glad I didn't! We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again if we're in the area

The walls are a little thin but it really wasn't much of a problem

The chalets were spotless and well equipt with kettle, complimentary tea, coffee, water. Iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fan. Very friendly and helpful staff, sky TV in the room, well stocked bar and snooker room at £1 per game plus sports on the big screens (sky sports and BT sport. 10 minute drive from Conwy, pet friendly rooms, loads of local pubs that are pet friendly too both around a five minute drive and the whole of Conwy. Peaceful location, rooms are warm, huge car park, individual front door to the room. Extremely comfy beds! All in all, fantastic for the price and will be back.

Room clean and bright.

With the windows closed it was stuffy. The bath was very narrow. The walls where very thin could hear nxt door using toilet. No longer serving food during the week only found out about food on arrival. Poor mountain view.

We liked the quiet area where this hotel was located. Plenty of parking spaces available. Everything was done from the receptionist, who gave us the keys and also served breakfast the next morning. He did really well trying to get everyone going, even though there seemed to be only a few guests around. The small integrated pub was lovely for a drink, chat, watching football, etc. Lovely breakfast, with fresh ingredients. Room was spacious, en suite bathroom, shower and sink. Kettle, free coffee and tea available. Room was at a distance from the main building, a string of rooms nearby, which provided a quiet sleeping area. Comfortable beds.

Check in was done at e desk which was inside a small integrated pub, where people were drinking and watching telly. It'd serve better if a proper enclosed reception is used for checking in and out. The double bunk beds were very small and seemed like kids beds. An average size adult might struggle to sleep in there.

Chalet/motel-style accommodation which worked well for us. Set back from the road hence no obvious traffic noise. Smooth check-in. Advertised as a room 'with a mountain view' and that's what we got! Lovely to wake up to birdsong and then to sit outside in the early sun with a brew taking it all in. Plenty of parking. Attached bar/diner met our needs but there are other options nearby too.

No complaints at this price point.

We got stuck in traffic on our route down which ment we were going to be arriving really late , I called up the hotel and the lady who answered was lovely and gave us instructions how to access our room and where to find our key 🔑 that she would leave out for us . We stayed here the night before climbing snowdon the next day and we had a great sleep on the comfy beds

Bathroom looked a bit dated but seemed in working order and had an electric shower over a bath with a toilet beside it . The sink is located in the bedroom

I can honestly say this has been the most loveliest place to stay from the welcoming and friendly staff team of Alfie and Mandy to the comfort of the room with a beautiful view. We felt so welcomed and they are great hosts. A lot of care and attention has gone into renovating the rooms. Nicely decorated (bathrooms are due to be renovated very soon) and the beds are very comfy. a hairdryer is provided (which was a bonus as I forgot mine). Our party was 3 generations from age 6 to 70 and it suited all 3 of us. Sky TV with movies was available but with all that is within close proximity you may find you don’t have the time for TV (great to know it was an option though between trips out). The wifi was superb - strong signal throughout, even for Netflix streaming. The bar is a great place to relax in the evening and enjoy a drink with plenty of drink offers (£5 for a double pink gin and lemonade - my mum was tempted by the 5 shots for £10 offer!!). Sky Sports available in the bar and there is a pool table and dart board. Food was being served Friday to Sunday, so we dined out Wednesday and Thursday evening in nearby Conwy (about a 10 min drive) and there is a JW Lees about 5 minute drive away. I’m so glad we were able to experience the breakfast on the Friday morning. £6 for a Welsh breakfast of Sausage, bacon, mushroom, plum tomato, beans, black pudding and a hash brown. we added toast as an extra. it was delicious and set us up for the day and our journey home. It’s not very often I get home and look to see when I can book again. The price for 2 nights was amazing and perfect for my single parent budget. We’ll definitely be returning.

Our room was excellent size ,very clean, with very comfy beds and all the facilities we could wish for. There was a very clean bathroom, plenty of tea and coffee and a lovely bar at reception. The Staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble . Looking out of our window was a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking was so easy ,the hotel has a big parking lot so it was easy to take our luggage to and from the car. Our dog loved our stay with an easy local walk in the pretty village. The Hotel was well placed to visit places of interest ,for example Conwy with access to main routes to go further afield.
