The bathroom views were unreal - Castle walls from the roll top bath! The staff in the cafe were absolutely brilliant, they made our stay - breakfast was great, tasted brilliant and clearly local products. On arrival the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and during breakfast.

No USB sockets, no mirror in the bedroom and the noise of people in the high street in the early hours (out of the owners control unfortunately). Needs a little TLC now which we reported but easily sorted. Great value considering a premiere Inn which is not central was £320 for the two nights we’d stayed without breakfast included.

The location is great. The room is small and the one we had required climbing 2 floors of narrow stairs. The room was quiet and well equipped. Staff was courteous. Keys are picked up at the cafe next door.

Small room with limited seating space. Small refrigerator not cooling. Parking is problematic but there is the possibility of finding street parking for free. Otherwise the night parking nearby is inexpensive from 6pm to 8am then only 4 hours are allowed at a higher price. Daytime parking is an issue. Breakfast was slow and not too tasty.

Our stay was amazing, the staff were so friendly and lovely and the room was as described. It was a clean space, had character but homely and was absolutely perfect location. They knew we were away for my boyfriends birthday and wrote a card and gave us a couple of treats which was so special. Breakfast in the cafe was phenomenal and couldn’t recommend enough.

Nothing at all, our stay was wonderful. Be mindful of the seagulls if you are a light sleeper, but that’s to be expected by the seaside.

The B&B is right in the heart of Conwy, very good for getting around the town. Breakfast was included in the booking and was served in the cafe alongside. We chose the full English breakfast which was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room wasn't huge but was very clean and nicely decorated. The separate bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom!

It was very hot during our stay - the property doesn't have air conditioning, so was quite hot inside. We were given a small fan, which helped though. Paid parking is available , but is a reasonable walk away.

What a lovely little b&b! We where lucky enough to get a room last minute and we stayed in the suite and it had no faults! We had a cooked breakfast in the tea room which was the nicest breakfast we’ve had in a while!! Staff where lovely too and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The room was lovely, beating a lot of hotel rooms we've stayed in, walk in shower, roll top bath and really comfy bed. Lots to see and do in Conwy and this was in the perfect location, at the top of the high street.

The parking was a bit of an issue, there are only 2 spaces allocated, not sure how many rooms, but it was first come first served which caused a bit of a to-do!

Room very clean with complimentary items, and the bathroom was lovely - we were very impressed with the walk through shower!

One of the bedside lights was not working which was a shame, so we tried the main room ceiling lights instead, but they were flickering a bit, which was slightly worrying - so we just left them off for the evening and used the one bedside lamp that was working.

My room was modern and spacious. Really lovely. The staff were extremely helpful as I'm a little wobbly on my legs one of the girls would come for me and help me down to there lovely coffee shop where you get a huge choice for breakfast. Very tasty. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. Location was right in the heart of conway so didnt have far to walk to anywhere. Thankyou girls

I didn't like the fact that I had to go home. My view from my window was the bins but I had to laugh as I always seem to get the bins .

Very comfortable bed , which menas a lot! I thought it might be noisy having a window onto the high street, but we had a very quiet night. Very good breakfast and very good choices.

Too many stairs , right to the top, and although the entry door had a low headrroom warning of sorts, , the bathroom had none. My husband hit his head quite hard, several times, and hes not tall. I think it would be wise to give adavnce warning to people about the stairs, we were fit enough to make it, but many wouldn't. We werent asked or warned, which would have been the right thing to do. Also, it was quite a failure not to pre-warn about the very low door frames. We had booked quite far ahead, but felt we didn't get best option, room wise. Beautiful bathroom. pleasant bedroom, very nice bedding. Plenty of towels. If we had booked at short notice i wouldn't moan but we booked gfar ahead.

Superb location for the main visitor areas of Conwy (castle, wall walks, Plas Mawr house, shops). Everywhere is in easy walking distance. Carol gave us a great welcome with extra touches for my birthday. Thankyou.

Can be tricky to drive to, due to multiple one way roads. But worth it. Suggest using Google maps rather than a satnav.
