Staff were professional and friendly. Nice to have my dietary requirement considered. very clean and well maintained.

That we had to pay extra to use the spa. This only became clear after booking which would have meant we wouldn't have booked if we knew this from the beginning.

Stunning rooms and all you would need from a hotel. Only issue I would say is the staff in restaurant , weren’t helpful at all or even polite for that matter. Restaurant was so quiet and the guy on the bar said “ don’t think we can get you in if you’ve not booked” I said we rung reception they said it’s fine and counter there were four tables. He waved his hand to another member of staff nodded as to and said “ tell him.” As a business owner I know how difficult it is to get good staff , so I wouldn’t mark anything down. But just feedback to help improve the service thanks

Rooms had good sound proofing and were clean. Enjoyed the buzz in the reception and dining areas.

Despite having numerous lights in the room, they seemed to be aimed at being for mood setting or the lights themselves looking good as pieces of furniture. There was not a good bedside reading light. There was a downward poining mini light good for reading a watch or alarm clock by. The light that I assumed was designed to be a bedside reading light, was no good for such purpose. It had a shade the directed light upwards or downwars so that it could be used to read a book. The toilet did not have a sink in it. If you wanted to wash your hands before touching the foilet flush button, then you had to leave the toilet and use the sink outside the toilet. An odd design.

The rooms were modern. All staff were helpful and friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant, the food was exceptional. We asked for my food to be kept warm as I was feeding our toddler. The waiter agreed without hesitation.

The room prepared for us has the sofa bed made up. We were told by the receptionist to let them know if we wanted it taken down. On arrival at the room we decided to request for it to be taken down so our toddler had some more space to play in. We made the call down to reception at approximately 4:30pm and no one turned up until at least 7:30pm. By this time it was too late as we were putting our toddler to sleep and having the sofa bed taken down would have woken him up again. A bit disappointed it took about 3 hours for someone to come and take the sofa bed down.

Lovely views, comfy bed, gorgeous room. Really lovely hotel. Staff were polite and helpful, every detail had been well thought through. It even had a little shop where you could get hot drinks, snacks and toiletries.

Wait in the restaurant for food wasn't great. We booked a table for 8.30pm and waited an hour and 20 minutes for food. The staff apologised and gave us a round of drinks but that just filled us up and so we wasted £80 as my husband and I weren't that hungry after waiting so long. Everything else was super, we just didn't bother with the restaurant after that.

The quietness of the location, security, and cleanliness. Also, a plus for a fridge wherein you can store and chill your drinks for the trips the following day. It was easily accessible to the places and attractions we planned to visit.

The poor layout of the room compromised privacy especially when using the shower and changing. Not so much when it's a couple occupying but if you're a family with teenage children, it becomes awkward. No towel rails, no drawers to hide the clothes away. The pillows were too hard for comfort.

A nice and comfortable modern hotel in a remote location. I think this is the only modern hotel in the area, and it is super clean. The location is perfect cause it is in the middle of most attractions around north wales. The room was comfortable, the best resting place after a busy day and long driving. Rooms are dark and quiet, and great quality bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves good food. I love their Lamb Tikka, good value for money. Overall the hotel is thumbs up and highly recommended specially if you have dust allergies, cause old hotels around the same area are dusty.

The bathroom doors need better sealing because water come out and leak everytime we take the shower, which in the long term can damage the wooden floor of the room. Plus, if you dont place the rug properly, the water goes straight to the bed carpet and soaks all the water coming out from the bathroom. For me, the toilet needs a little bit of privacy as there's a gap on the top of the door. I think a full sized door is better that the one you currently have specially if you are out with friends than family. I'd be more comfortable using the toilet if I know I am not audible in the whole room.

Lovely, new and modern facility with a stunning view and location close to Snowdonia and the Conwy castle. Staff was great, the restaurant food was beyond the expectations. Our room were bright and spacious. The spa was sublime as well as the treatments.

Some of the communal toilets haven't been cleaned thoroughly, or in our room shower gel or tissues haven't been replaced. Also, we've found that the adventure parc wasn't super organised, with only half of the lagoon available and not all activities functioning, like surfing.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and good food. We spent our entire evening enjoying the view and dinner near the water lagoon. Staffs were amazing and very friendly. There are so many activities to do at this hotel and we loved every bit of it. Dinner was so good with a very friendly bar. Everything was well organised despite the hotel was fully booked. Our stay was short, will be back for a longer stay for sure. Breakfast was also lovely.

Room was quite basic than I expected because we paid 145 pound per room which is more as compared to other hotels of this kind. Toiletries provided was not enough for 3 people, no water bottles provided. I expected bare minimum things like sleepers, bathrobes , a more cleaner rooms. Did not like the toilet and bathroom setup, it gave me a feeling of hostel rather than a hotel.
